Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Overrated if we made an appointment because it was a birthday and we got seated in the front there was so much In-N-Out the service was good however the fact that we booked it and drove an hour to this location to be seated in the front like a walk-in was very disappointing to celebrate a birthday

We’ve been to this restaurant before and it’s been satisfactory. Unfortunately this last experience was well below that. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty we needed to wait until every one of our 7 party were present before being seated. This despite advising that my husband was unable to stand for any length of time. There was no attempt at customer service either in form or function. Food was ok but took forever to be served and then the order was wrong for 3 of the 7. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

The glasses and utensils were NOT SANITIZED PLATES DIRTY GOT AN ELERGIC REACTION from eating food. Short staff waited long for service food very cold French fries too hard music was EXTREMELY LOUD. Could not hear conversation and did not enjoy the dine in

It started off on the wrong foot. The hostess was mumbling to us and not speaking clearly when we arrived. We stood waiting for atleast 15 minutes to be seated even tho there was a reservation. She walked away from the front multiple times. We were left standing in the entryway while she walked by herself to the back of the restaurant carrying all the menus for us. Then the waiter took our order and we expected to be served water first, alcohol and shake drinks, soft drinks with meals, appetizers, dinner meals, and then dessert, in that order. We received one meal, one drink, another meal, the appetizer, a couple of drinks and so on like this. There was no organization of the meal what so ever. Everyone was finished eating at different times. The drinks, like a glass of water, didn't come out until everyone was almost done eating. It was a horrible dining experience and the food was terrible. Everything was over cooked and soggy and I'm talking burger with fries, chicken & waffle, fettuccine alfredo - all easy things to cook. The shakes and ice cream were made on point, and delicious to boot but not enough to salvage our experience. Never goin there for a meal again. Not to mention I had called and cancelled the 5pm reservation which was never canceled. I received a phone call at 5:15 asking if my group was still coming to dine. Very disappointing.

Really cute spot. My fish tacos were yummy. I had a very attentive server. Desserts on the menu seemed too large but a single scoop of ice cream is an option.
