   Beautiful venue. We waited over twenty minutes to be seated despite having a reservation and visibly seeing several spots open. The restaurant charges a mandatory 20% fee for the staff so you will need to pay this in addition to a tip which can get pricey. Nice experience overall for a special occasion.

   Waited 30 mins to be seated with a reservation. Food quality was ok. The food was served cold. Bathrooms were filthy. Would not recommend.

   I took my son here to celebrate his 7th birthday and the service was sooo bad and unpleasant. The server treated us like he did not feel like being bothered and his energy was so negative. When we asked questions about the menu he was not knowledgeable AT ALL! They did not have basic Cheese quesadillas for my son and that’s his favorite basic food, another child was with us and he ordered the flaming Cheeto burger, the waiter took the order and came back almost 20 min later to let us know they did not have the ingredients to make the burger so now everyone else had their food to eat while the other kid had to wait for something else to be made. They also tried to charge us for the burger they did not have, also we feel like $40 for non alcoholic beverage drinks is way overpriced. We do NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

    Went for my daughters birthday and the service was painfully slow. After telling our server we wanted to order dessert it took over a 45 mins for someone to come back and take our order. The food was mediocre at best. You are paying for the drinks and ambience.

    The decor is pretty and it seems like a fun spot for celebrations. Service was extremely slow and the food quality did not match the prices. We ordered guacamole and it was obviously thawed avocados. It took so long for the food to come out, one of my kids fell asleep at the table. I wasn't a fan of the automatic 20% service charge either. I think the servers all know that no matter how they are, they are guaranteed their 'tip' so they don't even care to provide attentive service.

    Sugar factory was great, Its mostly a spot for picture taking, birthdays, and other special occasions. The food is kinda overpriced and they didn’t have any tacos or fajitas but overall our experience was great. Would definitely recommend getting their signature drinks with the smoke, they pour it table side and their buffalo wings are really good !

    Food took way too long to get out , when the food came out it was barley warm and dry with no flavor had to send it back . Drinks took way too long as well . Overly crowded and beyond loud .

    Food was good. Staff was pleasant. Everything went well until they returned the custom cake I brought in. We only had 3 average size slices but half of the cake was Missing. Very disappointed and upset. If they wanted cake they could have asked. Especially when I paid a fee to bring in my own cake. They also didn't return the custom candles until I asked for them, of which they threw 1 away. Spoke with management and got a simple apology nothing else.

    Don’t go to this restaurant with your kids . I made reservations and got seated right away , it took 20 mins for someone to come to my table , he gave us water and said someone will be with you soon to take you order. The waiter came to my table 30 mins later , I ordered and it took another 20 minutes just to get my drink . BTW the restaurant was empty. I have a 3 star because my waiter was great.

    Lleve mi niña a una cena de cumpleaños y el servicio estuvo pésimo nos sentamos y nadie iba a nuestra mesa duramos más de 20 minutos y nadie se acercaba , luego ordenamos un lobster tails con steak y lo ordenamos médium well y me lo llevaron rare pura sangre. Después duramos muchísimo rato con todos los platos en la mesa hasta con los de aperitivo. Después ordené otra Margarita y no pude tomármela porque fue casi 40 minutos para que me la llevaran a la mesa 🥹🥹🥹🥹

    The server was great honestly! If it wasn’t for him I would give this place like 3 stars. The food was good, the drinks were really good, but the Caesar salad was not good at all. Overall an ok experience. I would recommend if only for the drinks.

    We came here to celebrate my sons 15th birthday…. Let’s just say it was not an enjoyable experience they were out of Oreo, they were out of macaroni and cheese they didn’t have cups for regular drinks so after telling us they are waiting for someone to clean them they came out with the clear plastic cups with no lids because they said no one cleaned the ones they were waiting for. Now on to the order my son ordered a brownie Volcano milkshake NO whip cream well my waiter brings it out the waiter says so I know you said no whip cream but she put a little there’s usually a lot all over it but she must’ve forgot I said no whip cream and stopped. My sons allergic to whip cream so he then says o I didn’t know brings back and bring me one that looks like they just took one of the brownies off it. Not gonna work I sent it back an got a regular chocolate shake. They charged 20 percent service fee the food tasted like gas station food. Very disappointed with that location I love the meat packaging district restaurant.

    There food is amazing and the drinks as well. I like the taste of the drinks but mines was non-alcoholic, it was candy and flavored without any added but just sweetness. Food is good, they take their time, they treated us with respect and very good on services. No complaints or no concerns.

    The tables were dirty. I had to wipe it down myself. Was ordering and waiter asked said i’m ordering too much food which i thought was rude because i was hungry. then the food he brought was not good and cold. and her brought the wrong food. Place used to be good. idk what happened

    half of the menu was not available. very frustrating when you have a party of 6 people and all that was ordered was not available. Drinks took more than 30 minutes. Server was not attentive. We had to clear our table ourselves for room. Food was warm and chicken tenders were burnt. I was upset when receiving a bill of over $400 when the service was terrible and the food was not that great. I won't be going there ever.

    I went for my Birthday, excited on Sunday 12:30 pm for brunch. They claim they had none of their notable dishes available all burgers were gone, the rainbow pancakes gone, no fruit exception of bananas, no turkey bacon, no French toast, no Mexican dishes at all. It was strange the table arrived before and after had burgers. We were told their was a supply chain shortage. You think your iconic food items would be available at 12:30pm even if the rainbow pancakes were out. Just strange. The staff was friendly but did very little made no offering or anything special. When it came time to order a dessert in anticipation of my song and sparkler half hour went by the dish didn’t arrive I had to cancel the order and forgo the rest of the celebration. I wrote to the company on their website to discuss my disappointment with customer service and no one contacted me. It looks like a a fun place the chicken sandwich was good it was more than a disappointment for my experience. Far as I am concerned if they charge luxury prices it should be a luxury experience and if it wasn’t everything should be discounted not getting to splurge on the same dishes as other customers it’s not right I drove an hour and booked my reservation ahead of time and checked off this was a birthday celebration be nice for the restaurant to be transparent and tell you before you arrived most of their iconic dishes aren’t available. I was traveling with older parents feel jilted out of the experience. They sell themselves as over the top place but was not the experience I had and it was not a busy restaurant the day or time we went.

    Worst experience in a restaurant I had ever had. I had a reservation for 9pm. I waited till 10pm to be seated. Sat at the table till 10:30 before anyone came over to the table. We ordered soda. Not even one of there specialty drinks. Kept asking a "manager" what was going on. The only response we got was the drinks were coming. At 11pm our whole party of 8 walked out because we still didnt even get our sodas. Managers were not help. Worst experience in a restaurant ever. Never go to the Queens location. Broadway in NYC was way better.

    Everything was good. But at reservation for 630 didn’t get seated til 730, meanwhile parties of twos came after and sat before. I understand busy nights but if a person as a reservation it should be honored at that time the most 15 mins. Not an hour.
