The food was decent but nothing particularly memorable — it lacked that special touch that makes a meal stand out. The service was fine; the staff was polite but not especially attentive or engaging. As for the ambience, it was acceptable, though it didn’t create much of a vibe or atmosphere that would make me eager to return. While there was nothing terribly wrong with the experience, there also wasn’t anything that truly impressed me. It felt average across the board.

   This was my first time having a bad experience at this restaurant. The waiter brought out the wrong items and kept forgetting to bring our drinks. After I placed my order, I waited almost 25 minutes before being told that the item I ordered was no longer available. I then had to wait another 25 minutes to finally receive my food. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had here.

   Bathrooms were a mess, dessert had be made 2x. Waitress did right thing but overall poor experience

   Thank you very much for the service. Everything was fine. The atmosphere and the food were delicious. I would recommend it 100%.

   First timer, the service was excellent, the food great, fun unique atmosphere. Definitely will return to a Sugar Factory.

   Was a pretty and spacious place but the value of the food was not worth the price. Also with such a big menu, half of the things my party tried to order the did not have available which was disappointing. Service was excellent though, our waitress was very accommodating.

   The food was just not worth the $200 spend. Seemed like movie theater food.

    We had great time , the kids loved everything, (Sugar, Sugar) it was very nice spot for a very Happy Bday.
