   The ambience was great - aesthetically consistent with other Sugar Factory locations. However this one missed the mark in terms of food quality. The rainbow pancakes were over cooked and tough, the macaroni pops came to the table room temperature, and the chicken wings had no flavor. The best thing was my hamburger and I only ordered it because the cannoli French toast, monte Christo French toast and regular French toast were not available. My daughter ordered a unicorn hot chocolate - it was also unavailable. I put in my booking that it was my birthday and I didn’t even get a song or a scoop of ice cream. I was really disappointed with my experience. Wouldn’t go back to this location

   I ordered penne pasta & shrimp in Alfredo sauce. It tasted good but it was drowning in way too much cheese sauce that I thought I was eating soup. I expected the sauce to be made the way in most good Italian restaurants would make it.

   We took our daughter here to celebrate her 10th birthday and it was amazing. Although it was difficult to find because the directions don’t say that it’s inside the hotel. The restaurant was GORGEOUS!!! The food was really good, drinks amazing and desserts superb! Our daughter had a great time! We’ll def be back!!

   Terrible service. Waitress was rude, everything came out cold, they forgot the grilled cheese meal - which should not have been the last meal to come out. Waitress messed up the substitutions. We spoke to the manager and honestly no change happened - hair found in food , received a credit but over all the worst sugar factory experience ever.

   Celebrating my daughters birthday at the Sugar Factory in Queens was a horrible mistake. The family style food was not coming out of the kitchen to serve all of my guest, the food was horrible, the only good thing were the sliders. It took over 20 min to the desserts and my cake cut. It was not busy for the food to not come out. The server was very nice and pleasant and the manager did accommodate us for the horrible kitchen service. Even with being accommodated I would not return! The food was disgusting and overpriced. The drinks are nice for pictures but that’s about it!

   Have what’s on the menu in the kitchen. Stir fry is not a salad and doesn’t take 40min to make. Wings are a bit salty. Waiters could be more attentive

    Such a great concept but fell very short. They were short staffed, out of a lot of food and drink items and the food was sub par at best. Management tried to be accommodating and were very nice but I can’t see this location lasting very long since it is not worth the money. Bathrooms were gross and out of order and I felt like all we did was wait for a table, a server, drinks, utensils. Disappointing bday celebration for my daughter.

    I took my son and daughter with their friends to celebrate both their birthdays. It was mine too but it was all about my kids. The waiter was amazing he made sure he understood the assignment. Thanks

    Food was cold and taste horrible, very overpriced and service was bad . Our waitress did not pay us much attention and then come with an overpriced bill. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

    I DIDNT ENJOY THE FOOD MY SHRIMP Alfredo was too soupy the hot wings was good but I'm used to getting even flats with the leg pieces o don't eat the leg peices I like the flats me and my husband split them

    It was not a good experience. We ordered our drinks soup and salad all at the same time. Soup and salad came at the same time. And then drinks were received about five minutes after the soup and salad. Had the French onion soup which was nothing special and the salmon salad which did not contain all of the ingredients as listed in the description and salmon very dried out. We told this to the person who brought out the food and he was very nice and accommodating and said that he brought this to the attention of the line cooks that they were new. The food quality was subpar for what we ordered and it was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. And just to mention the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. So bad was not able to use it.

    Our server was slow to get to us. After taking our order and quite a wait we had to find another server to help us get the glass of wine that one person at the table ordered. The food took a bit of time. When the salmon arrived, it was served on a cutting board that you could tell was used for other things because of the dark cuts in it. The person who ordered the salmon does not eat meat and was concerned about bacteria that may be in that board. We moved her salmon onto one of the bread plates we had. We wanted the dessert menu. Again, trying to flag our waitress down with no success, we got another waiter to get us the menus. The birthday milkshake was perfect and they sang Happy Birthday to my grandson, he loved it. Now, what was most unappreciated was the service charge/Tip that was mandatory and WAY more than what I would have tipped my server. The restaurant is overrated in my opinion. I expected so much more from a server.

    Had Reservations but still had to wait $15 min for the table to be ready. Half of the table didn’t even have utensils, plus when I opened mine it had a food stain on the fork. Appetizers came out cold and not all together at the same time Half of my tables main meal was cold We had 10 people but this is no excuse for the type of service we received

    We celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday. We had a large party and unfortunately had an emergency and we couldn’t all be there at the same time. Thankfully management was accommodating and didn’t rush us. Our server Robert was great and attentive. His personality allowed us to relax and once everyone arrived we were able to celebrate and my daughter had a smile on her face! We have great pictures and the ambiance was festive. Thank you!

    Service was poor after 25 mins waiter 25 mins after a drink.... 50 mins after a sample appetizers.... 20 mins after our food which was ice cold... we couldn't eat.... 30 mins sitting waiting to sung happy birthday to my sister.. her birthday dinner was ruined 😕... and I was very disappointed because the first time I bring them there... they wasn't happy... our bill was $380.00... was a huge waste

    I was celebrating with friends for a birthday dinner. We had a great time we were early and no one rushed us. We were able to talk and laugh. The server was great very accommodating.

    Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 20 mins. Server still hasn't greeted us or told us his name. This guy did not wanna be there. He barely said 2 words to us- "you're welcome" when we thanked him for whatever. My Moscow mule wasn't the best, came in a glass tumbler. Food took forever to come out. My stir fry was so salty. Ehh. I'd go back at some other time to give a second chance but over all it wasn't a great experience.

    Made a reservation, was seated within 10 minutes. Taken care of by Vlad! A wonderful and attentive waiter. Everything was so clean and sanitized. Tables shining menus wiped clean. That’s something I look for a in a restaurant. Within another 10 minutes the food arrived and was not only beautiful. But delicious. Will be back again for the great food and fun ambiance. Great eats before the casino!! Thank you Sugar Factory.

    Our host was amazing and attentive. I love that there was also a manager there I believe that personally greeted every person as they arrived. Shows that they truly care about customer satisfaction. Food was amazing and prices are reasonable. Celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday and the host made sure she felt special and placed close attention to her peanut / nut allergy restrictions. Thank you for this amazing service and for providing stellar service.
