   The sugar factory is a fun place but you make reservations and end up waiting an hour beyond your reservation. The food was great but they were out of many things. The noise was a little too loud for me as far as eating dinner atmosphere. The server was outstanding and she made the night for us enjoyable.

   We waited over an hour and we had a reservation!! Food is mediocre, definitely not worth the amount of money they charge. Very disappointed by this establishment

   Even with the reservation we had to wait an hour. Also it was too loud for our liking. Our table was very wobbly we had to switch tables twice. Our silver left for the day without telling us. The server never gave us the extra condiments that we requested nor did she give us any utensils or napkins. We had to ask another server for those items. In addition We had to flag down another server to pay our check. One bright spot was that the food was very good and came out quickly. Not worth a return trip

   Horrible service! We were seated almost 20 minutes after our scheduled reservation time, never received silverware or napkins, only some of us got waters. The tables are broken and lean whenever you set anything on them. We ordered drinks and desserts, but the drinks came out one at a time, almost an hour later. After an hour and a half they finally came out and said they ran out of milkshake glasses! After asking for a manager TWICE they had someone from the back come out that we had not seen on the floor in the entire time we were there. He did comp us almost $200 worth of stuff but at that point my daughters birthday celebration was ruined, and we were all angry and tired. The thing is, half their problems would be solved if they just worked on efficiency. PS: Bathrooms were so gross we held it and waited to go in the mall.

   I went to celebrate my sister’s 43rd birthday. I had heard so much about this place and I was completely underwhelmed. The service was horrible, my waitress never refilled my drink, the attitude of my waitress and the rest of the staff was as if they were annoyed to be there, the food was expensive and mediocre- I could have went to a diner for a 3rd of the price and had better food. They were out of the insane milkshakes and the old fashioned ones were nothing to rave about. I would never go again. I don’t drink alcoholic beverages so maybe that’s there claim to fame...the drinks🤷🏻‍♀️. Also, the seating is horrible, we were constantly being bumped and bumping in to other tables. Definitely don’t recommend. You’re better off going to the Cheesecake Factory where you have a larger variety with fair pricing. I came from the Baltimore area and what a waste of a drive.

   Took some time to get drinks even water. Lots of young kids there. No good work ethics. The one in Miami was 1000% better and work ethics were great. Will not go back. Was my son's birthday so I am glad it wasnt ruined.

   When I got there I was a little annoyed because we had reservations but still had to wait. However the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. My server name was V and she was AWESOME! She even gave my daughter some advice on attending Howard U. Great vibes, great staff, good times!!

    Arrived for lunch at 12:30. Doors were locked. Door on the side was propped open with a chair. Pushed back the chair, but instead of a greeting received a grunt from the employee in front. The waitress was sweet. The food was less than mediocre, the place did not feel clean and the bill with tip was over $50 for a sandwich, salad and a drink. Food did not look anything like the photos in the menu. I would not go back for any reason. We should have left when we walked in and there was no one else there at the peak lunch time.
