Worst experience EVER!! I work in a restaurant, so I am extremely understanding but this was the worst experience!!! Nothing was enjoyable about this place except the fact I was there with my friends! They will never get my money again!!!
We had a ball, the food and service was outstanding!
Mike was a great server! Very personable and attentive
The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was almost empty. Our server was horrible at coming back to check on us and refilling our water glasses. The food was delicious when it finally came and the red velvet cake is to die for!
I enjoyed the excitement and level of enthusiasm from the staff for those with birthdays. Our service was poor, I don’t think it was intentional, he was just a really fast talker and seemed aloof. The atmosphere itself was nice. Overall pricey for what we ordered, just based on our experiences throughout the world, for food, drinks and service.
Boy daughter had a great time for her 15th birthday.
I was so excited to go to the Sugar Factory for my anniversary!! It exceeded all of my expectations the atmosphere was so inviting!! Everyone .. the waiters, hostess, manager, bartender was so friendly and was very hands on with the customers!! The atmosphere was OFF THE CHAIN!!! I was having so.much fun from singing.and dancing to enjoying my adult beverage!! It was a little pricey but well worthed!! It was a nice gesture that the manger came over and sat down and gave us top picks to choose from for dinner!! Overrall i enjoyed my experince and excited to plan my.next trip BACK!!! I loved the Watermelon Goblet and shrimp Alfedo!!🍸🍹 Also enjoyed watching the large drinks and mikshakes walking by my table while I was waiting in my food!!🤗🤗🤗
Awesome friendly service.
Staff was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Made my daughter feel very special for her birthday! Our service, Mike, was the best!
My waiter was great! The food was average. My eggs were cooked too hard and there was a piece of cheese separation paper left in my son's sandwich. The birthday music was way too loud, and the staff overlooked a panhandler that was in the restaurant going table to table asking for money.
In spite of all that, my 11 year-old daughter loved it!
The staff was really friendly no complaints. The drinks were okay but I feel overpriced at $28-$30 per signature "smoking" drink from hot ice. The popcorn shrimp were good. My 11 year old pointed out that it cost an extra $6 to have only 3 shrimp added to her pasta dish. I just expected the inside to be as nice as the other locations listed online. It did not even come close.
Too expensive for what it is. The food is mediocre at best. The drinks, while interesting, are not worth $24 for a virgin goblet of juice with less than a handful of candy. Ambience is what we went for and that was great for a birthday. Wouldn't recommend for much more than that.
This a a great place for celebrations! I really loved the food -seemed very fresh. Get ready to spend something but this place is definitely a gem.
This was The most horrible dining experience I’ve ever had. My friend had a mocha at this restaurant in Arlington and she had a allergic reaction and got super sick and the staff did nothing and they were told many times that she was sick. She needed to go to the hospital it was that bad.
We were seated timely according to our reservation. However it was not crowded at all, so we could have walked in and been seated right away. The hostess was very friendly as was our waiter. He was helpful and attentive. Drinks were very over priced ! Food was good but you are definitely paying for the experience. Family of 4 with 3 drinks, 4 main dishes and 3 desserts was $300 with tip..... so be prepared!
Everything was great!!!!
Service was great, I hope that this shop receives more of your signature lollipops because an employee said that this place hasn’t received the shipment in 2 months and I was looking forward to getting a lollipop. But overall service was great and so was the food, very filling.
The Sugar Factory was a great experience. The drinks were a bit pricey but worth it. They run about $30 but you are getting at least 2-3 standard drinks in one. Our server, Jason, was outstanding! He was very attentive and energetic. The hostess, Donna, was great too! We got there about 10 minutes before our reservation and they had not set up the table yet. She kept us informed as they were setting up. More than what I would expect. She was very friendly and also checked on us after we were seated. The food was good as well, I had the Brioche French Toast and it was good. Overall, I had a great time. I will definitely go back in the future.
The cocktails are just way to expensive by something that is not crafted carefully and anyone could put together. Each of the goblets its $30 and other cocktails are $15-20. They’re nothing out of this world but I assume they can charge this much because there is nothing like it in the area.
Awful experience...I cannot believe we paid for this. Staff drama, including relationship fight for over 30 min that was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. Multiple tables had wrong orders. Drink prices are not listed, so beware...$22 for a non-alcoholic drink and $30 w/ alcohol. We spent $100 on 2 drinks and an appetizer platter. Bathroom was disgusting, one stall was working, and yet had no top to the toilet. Yet, through all of this, the manager had the nerve to ask the table next to us for a yelp review, saying “just post a picture of your drink”. Stay away from this place. They should have refunded every customer from last night.
I Love Sugar Factory. I love the energy that it brings, as well as how they celebrate birthdays. Out waitress was nice and courteous.
I took my daughter for her 17th birthday. We all enjoyed our drinks and food. Our server was outstanding! I have already recommended the Sugar Factory to several of my friends.
Enjoyed myself for my first time there, only issue was service was very slow and t was not crowded. After 20 minutes of sitting , I had to look for my waiter
Absolutley disgusting offerings. Think McDonalds amplified. The chocolate fondues came out clumpy and burnt, the buns for the sliders dry. If you go, stick to eggs only for brunch. Pancakes were rubbery and chewey. Coffee is luke warm, and who puts the cream in the coffee instead of leaving it up to the guest? A total waste of money, never would return.
It took forever for the server to get to our table. She was very sweet but seemed well over her head. The food took over an hour and it came out cold. It then took another almost 30 minutes for the deserts to come out. We had to use other employees to track doen our waitress more than once. We even had to call the manager over because she charged 4 meals to a card for only 2 people. I doubt that I will ever be back.
Our waiter was great! The manager was over selling it all like her job was on the line turn off!
Food ordered was not delivered/cooked as ordered. No price on drinks menu, non-alcoholic drinks should never be same price as alcoholic drinks. Took over an hour to get one food item served.
Very festive atmosphere with energetic wait staff! Great place for a party!
I was not happy that I paid the same price for a smaller goblet. I understand alcohol limitations, we are asking for the approved amount but the correct glass that means more non-alcoholic beverage in it. We had a reservation and people without one were seated before we were.
I will definitely come back but I was disappointed in the service. I understand it was a holiday and everyone wanted to get home to families, but we spent a large amount of money for 2 people on a date. We had reservations but a walk-in party was sat before us. We sat at our table for 20min and asked twice for a server before we even got drinks! That put a damper on everything but the host was the only thing that saved the day. I would suggest employees stay playing the positive role, even when you want to go home....
Took my son here for his birthday along with some family and friends. We ALL had a ball!! Our food was good, the drinks (the Berry Bliss goblet) were just ok, however the service made everything wonderful. Our waitress was sweet and prompt. And the waiters that helped her were also cordial and quick.
The staff performed a remix of happy birthday and the whole table loved it! I want them to do the same for my birthday.
The drinks are great but the food is not tasty at all. The server we had during his experience did not listen to our orders, I think maybe she was also sick because she was doing a lot of sniffling, with stuff dripping from her nose. Yuck! She also got both our orders wrong, however, we did not complain because we were enjoying the date and the limited drink menu because they were out of lots of products.
I came for my daughters graduation lunch and my husbands birthday. We all had such a wonderful time .
Service was not good at all, way too long for food and communication among staff and patrons left a lot to be desired to say the very least.
Other than that a good experience!
Awesome drinks! noise level was loud and food wasnt great the service was slow we had to find the hostess to seat us when it wasn't busy and we had a reservation. We heard really great things about this place but this location seemed as if it wasnt being taken care of well, I usually dont leave reviews but this location was a disappointment
Drinks were good...but the food wasn't had to send back the first two orders
Just out celebrating life with my youngest son. The food was good and the serving sizes very generous. The noise level was loud BUT that was due to the staff acknowledgements for those celebrating a special event/occasion. I loved how that staff went all in which made the celebrants and restaurant visitors engage. It was a great night and we’ll visit again.
My daughters 12th birthday and she enjoyed herself.
We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. Our waiter Jay was awesome! He was a great conversationalist, suggested great options for food and drinks, he never forgot anything, he was energetic, he wasn’t pushy, and he had a great attitude. He handles our party of 16 with ease by himself. He made the overall experience unforgettable.
Although I had a reservation I still had to wait almost 30 minutes. The milkshakes were good but not $16 good and I had to ask 3 times for my shake although the rest of the table had theirs. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was warm. Noise level was over the top as well.
