Overall it was good..we had over the amount of people on our reservation, I feel like they didn’t do enough to accommodate us as there were empty tables all around that we could have used.
Had a great experience for my birthday.
Great service. The waitress was wonder. She was very attentive
Loved this place can't wait to go again. The food and drinks are really good. Love the Party atmosphere!
Me and my friends really enjoyed ourself it was their first time and they really have fun and looking forward to returning again with their families we are a month to month traveler for Manatee County . we travel to Orlando a lot four different events always try to make reservations every time we in town.but was full but we was pleased to get the reservation that we had that day and they enjoy so we looking forward to return
The desserts and drinks are simply amazing, but for $38 you would think the cheap plastic cup would be included. Food was very good but hard to justify $22 for a thin steak sandwich.
Everything was great. The good came out on time but the drinks took a while to come out. They came after the food was served. The overall experience was great.
Great energy and great place to eat
Went for my birthday. It was my first time and I enjoyed myself. We be back next time I’m in Orlando.
I understand that it is a busy please but we're in the middle of in the pandemic and they had the tables so close together that it was ridiculous. There were so many empty tables but yet they were sitting everybody right next to each other instead of at least trying to skip every other table before having to fill up the rest of them. I'm pregnant and I felt so uncomfortable in there because the guys next to me were laughing and will Laying across the seat literally inches from me
Great experience, food was good and drinks were even better. Well worth the price and the atmosphere was awesome.
the food was very disappointing and the drinks were not very good for the price.
We have been to Sugar in New York, this was nothing like that at all. NY, two levels super laid back but what we walked into in Orlando, a disaster.
Now, service was amazing but they had a Bday party for 50, 4 to 8 year olds with zero parental supervision. Essentially, Hunger Games for kids.
We literally had to kids spill waters on our tables from running through like crazy little people. The problem is the Real Housewives of Orlando, took this time as a baby sitting session for the kids.
The biggest problem with the scenario, outside of the wait staff and is no one was wearing masks when walking around.
Again, food was what we expected and the staff was great but everything else, brutally awful.
We’ve eaten at other Sugar Factories they are pricey but usually worth it. The service at this one - awful. Also the chandelier we were under was I’m assuming at one time crystal cuz that’s how they always are at sugar factories but this one appeared furry as if it had never been dusted and had two dirty napkins stuck in it which gives you sanitary and cleanliness concerns about the whole place. No hand sanitizer to be seen. Had many guests roaming restaurant never being asked to put their masks on. What a mess. Had this been my only sugar factory experience I’d never visit another: I instead will just never visit this particular one again..
It was always a good experience to come here, one of our favorite spots in Orlando. Server and the food was great and we had a good time!
This was like eating in a cafeteria. Tables were within 6 feet--I was genuinely concerned about catching Covid--especially with the singing and dancing. A cafeteria nightclub. Food was the worst I ever had. Frozen hamburgers still cold inside with McDonald's French fries. Pasta resembled something from a can at Aldi's.
The staff was friendly, helpful and fun. They did a great job singing Happy birthday to my daughter.
The restaurant was amazing and a lot of space inside. The food is amazing and the drinks were exquisite. I feel like it needs an update regarding the seats and tables. The waiter was amazing as well.
The service was great! I was there to celebrate my birthday and had a blast!
Slow. Poor food quality, with the exception of dessert.
The Sugar Factory is a great place to go for celebrations and sweets. Service was great and my daughter had a wonderful birthday celebration - which is what counts.
Appetizers were OK, but entrees were very disappointing - food was bland and steaks were overcooked, so I don't recommend coming here for dinner, just come for the atmosphere, apps, drinks and desserts.
Yaqub was our waiter. Very friendly, great service, definitely will be back. Thank you Yaqub for making our experience a truly great one.
Way too loud !
Food was overpriced not worth it
Ice cream and shakes were good
I was there for my bday in Dec and i had a great time so I brought my daughter for her bday and she loved it.
Great food and exciting atmosphere! Plenty of choices on the menu to choose from and some great drink choices. The milkshake and desserts are delicious.
Super slow service. I’m talking 30-45 mins before I got my drink. Seemed like it was everyone’s birthday that night and every single time they blast music to bring it out and ignore the rest of the people.
This is a party place very expensive uncomfortably seating, very sticky, loud as hell place. Note if you have a birthday so does everyone in the building so if you want to make your birthday semi special better have $40–$100 dollars for some nasty ice cream and fireworks. If you have fomo go for the experience but note American brasserie is not a French Brassiere. If you truly want elegance on your special day DoveCote.
Way too many kids. Smelled bad but the drinks are good but over priced
Really great food and drinks. Loved the red velvet in the sundae 💛
We were in Orlando for vacation and decided to make a reservation to celebrate a friends birthday. Our server was great and the food was delicious! Adult drinks were okay, they didn’t have much alcohol for the price. The experience was really fun when they came out with the birthday dessert and played a song of our choice. I will say that the restaurant didn’t look very clean and smelled dirty. Other than that our experience was good!
My server was Alejandro. He was very sweet and nice. Very attentive. Great experience
Based on social media and celebrity endorsements, we were expecting something much more bright, colorful and fun. The vibe is a dingy ice cream parlor, with a full bar plopped in. From the desk staff to the kitchen, service was super slow... on a Monday at 3:30 with only 4 other tables? The floor and bathrooms were dirty, peeling stickers on the tables, smudges windows, tables chipped and broken, holes in the seats. Maybe other locations are much more up to the hype... but for the $$$$$ ($38 drinks) and $18 milkshakes...I expected so much more. Go to anyone of the other themed restaurants in Orlando and get a better experience for your money.
Was told they had gluten free, got there and was told no gluten free, then the manager came over and said they had gluten free burgers, then burger came with fried onion straws and fries- not gluten free. Needless to say my daughter was in tears and the worst experience ever. Would not recommend
We arrived for our reservation, was sent to another host stand where we weren’t greeted. I told them we had a reservation under Austin and the girl walks off. The other host at the stand was speaking with a guest who arrived after us. Nobody said a word. We waited a few minutes, glancing around seeing the dirty worse than McDonald’s environment that was extremely loud. It was like McDonald’s met an over crowded playground without parents.
The food was old and the music was extremely louder than normal
Amazing experience for all ages. Best way to celebrate your birthday!
Had an amazing time food was great!! Great for birthday celebration
The food is amazing, and the energy in that place is fantastic our waiter was the best..... will be going back!!
Service terrible. Drinks took over 20 minutes. Food over 40 minutes. People came in after us got served food before us. Water not replenished. Didn’t have root beer. No unsweet tea. No Worcestershire sauce for Bloody Mary. A lot of no we don’t have. Food mediocre at best. Noisy. Would never go back.
I absolutely loved this place for my best friends 50th birthday celebration . Our server CRYSTAL was the BEST at helping me out making her ice cream sundae surprise the absolutely best. Thank you Crystal
Very nice forst time experience. The vibe was fire! Food not so much. Definitely a place for dessert and drinks .
