    Was very disappointed on this visit. I have been to this location before and loved it! This visit was such a let down. Food was mediocre at best. Waitress didn’t bother with drinks or desserts and that’s the reason for the visit! I went on my actual birthday for the celebration and nothing was worth celebrating on the visit. Luckily I had great company with me but I had raved about Sugar Factory as my selection.

    Traveled all the way from northern ohio. Made reservation and didnt get seated for over an hour. Was out of most deserts and dishes we wanted once seated. It was my daughters 10th birthday they bring us the wrong food had to wait to be corrected. Manager promised to comp for birthday treat and sparkler and final bill charged us. Was told he would refund then he disappeared. They over booked it was ridiculous. We didnt have this issue last year

    Server was great and tried to make up for the extreme slowness of the kitchen. Food was mediocre. Apps took almost 1.5 hours and came out at the same time as the meal.

    I went for brunch. The tab for 3 of us was $148 and only one of us had an alcoholic drink. The pancakes tastes awful. The only thing spectacular was the presentation. This place is overpriced with substandard food; however, the presentation is good.

    Great for celebrating special occasions. Free parking onsite and great walkability in Icon Park. Food was served quickly and portions were generous. We could have easily shared some of our dishes. Fun spot

    The place is very cute and energetic. Food was awful and overpriced. Maybe try this place for just dessert, you’re better off eating a burger at McDonald’s.

    We had a good time. Obviously a popular place for birthday parties which can be super loud but thats just part of their deal. The food and drinks are pretty expensive but again you kinda know what you are walking into here.

    The overpriced food was good, not great. The service was terrible. It took the waitress 10 minutes to come to our table and it was a slow business day. She also forgot to bring several requested items to the table.

    The drink were good, but the food was priced to high to be very dry, asked a staff for mustard the staff said she would get it but she wasn’t our server so she didn’t get it she went and started a conversation with our server. I told them it was my wife birthday and that was ignored and I paid a mandatory 15% service for nothing

    I set up a reservation over a month in advance for my daughters 11th birthday. I called and asked for a nice table and a nice location when we walked in we were told to wait in the candy store area which was not lit up and left much to be desired. It looked dark and gloomy in that section. the restaurant was lit up very nicely and beautiful. We sat down Near an exit that wasn’t really an exit. It wasn’t a special table at all but that’s neither here nor there are Server comes. She was very friendly but the service wasn’t great. I asked for candy to be added to one of the $40 goblets we ordered 3. I would have paid for the extra just to have it in there when it was served to her because thats what she wanted. the server assured me she would bring them and forgot , the drink was poured into the goblet and made a very big mess. It was overflowing all over the table. The server came to clean, but didn’t clean well enough. I don’t think there was much effort put into cleaning it, because as we were eating, our hands and wrist were sticking to the table. I had to go up to the hostess and ask for a cleaning supplies so I could do it for myself. the hostess came and cleaned it up, the cups that the goblets come in have deteriorating writing on it where the sugar logo is, again not a big deal but at the price point and for the experience you would think that they would get new cups each time it looks deteriorated . Overall my daughter had an amazing experience. This is just my observation. Obviously I didn’t share this with her but as a person paying the bill these are things that I found kind of crappy and then at the end there was a mandatory 20% tip which is fine, This is what I usually tip but I think that because it’s mandatory that’s why the service wasn’t there. My server knew that no matter what she was going to get a $43 tip and that’s why she didn’t try hard when it came to the extra candy that I added for the drink or cleaning up our table

    Was extremely disappointed. Food was terrible. Overly salted on something's and some food tastes like the grease was old. Fun environment but the quality of food was absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing especially with the prices Id expect better food.

    This place is loud like an elementary school cafeteria! There were people walking in, sitting with a disgusting look, and then leaving. We would have left also had it not been my son's birthday. People were yelling and screaming at each other because it was so loud. Drinks took forever to arrive and expensive at $47 for what tasted like fruit punch and alcohol with dry ice. This was Orlando. They have locations in major cities like Times Square and Queens, NY. I can't begin to imagine the atmosphere at those locations.

    Celebrated my daughter’s 19th birthday and from the waiter being attentive to the food and the birthday performance was amazing we loved everything from sugar factory especially my daughter will definitely go back again the energy in that place is insane, it’s a bit pricey but worth it if your going for a celebration be ready to spend at least $250 for 4 people!!!

    Unfortunately we went in a night where they had ran out of a few things both on the food and drink menu. The restaurant was cold due to excessive air conditioning, so take jumper or jacket with you.
