I’ve been there before but the rest of my party has never been and everyone had a great time honestly and I never had a bad time there and definitely would keep going.
Birthday experience was great! Loved the interaction with the staff dancing!!
Unfortunately the location is going through some remodeling and we didn’t have the best experience. The music wasn’t playing for most of the time we were there, they didn’t have some of the items on the menu and it just didn’t have the fun feel we were looking forward to!
The food was terrible, there was hair in my daughter's 20 dollar milkshake. They didn't even offer to make her a new one. The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. We will never be back
Visiting from Savannah & first time visiting the sugar factory. Everything was great from the staff to the food. Definitely will be returning.Great Energy☺️
The food is just ok. They were out of a ton of stuff, so we were very limited. There is no kids menu, so ordering for a kid can get expensive. The desserts were good, but nothing so special that you can’t get them somewhere else. I thought with all the hype this place would be amazing. Unfortunately it was just ok. The noise level is very very loud. We didn’t mind that, because it was a fun atmosphere. When it’s someone’s birthday they play contemporary music very lousy and all the servers clap and dance, which is very fun. The decor definitely needs more. It’s very plain inside besides a rose wall here or there.
Terrible. Over-rated, over-priced & under delivered on the hype.
Well done burger served med-rare. Dirty drinking cups.
The Orlando location is super ghetto. Floor super slippery, be careful if you wear heels. Looks like this location is being remodeled??? The shop was not an attractive shop as you see at other locations. The food is not worth the prices but shakes and drinks are delicious. It’s fun to go to celebrate an occasion like a birthday. My experience was not great as I was sat in the back next to the bathroom. I asked to be moved but they wouldn’t.
Wonderful I’ll be back I’m came from Jacksonville fl
I really enjoyed celebrating my 30th birthday here
Not extraordinary as I expected. Candy shops are better in a mall. Food is basic & over priced. Small, crowded seating. No ambiance. Everything was a mess: bathrooms, counters, slick floors, etc. Not worth it in my opinion.
Great special occasion type restaurant. Fun atmosphere. Unique menu.
it was awesome. the environment is fun! our waiter seemed to forget about us quite a bit though
We would only go for a birthday. It was SO loud with everyone having birthdays and the loud club like music. My 8yo loved it. There is no kids menu and they were out of many items, including the rainbow sliders which of course was the one thing we wanted, but I understand they will be remodeling soon so maybe that is why. My 8yo daughter got the penne marinara for $16 and had about 6 bites. Everything was very expensive. I doubt we will be back but it was fun for a one time thing, and I feel lucky I didn’t leave with a headache.
Isn’t a family friend place. Food & drinks are way overpriced.. took forever to get just milk shakes. We will not be returning.
Service was awful. Food slow to come out. All the lights were turned off. Place was dirty and unpleasant. Over priced.
I loved the whole sugar factory experience. Me and my family were very entertained!! We will definitely be back.
This was our first visit to Sugar Factory. It did not disappoint. Our reservation was at 7 and we were seated about 7:10. Our waitress was so helpful and allowed us the time to look over the menu. It was loud in there but that's what gave it the vibe we were looking for. The way the staff involved the entire restaurant in presenting birthday desserts for those celebrating birthdays was everything. I recommend this place to everyone!!
Wonderful service, food, drinks, and overall service. Perfect
Very loud-stated ahead of time we were celebrating a birthday. Drinks didn’t come till after meal. Very pricy for the service received
This place was fun, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing even with unfinished renovations. Definitely a place to go for celebrating a birthday. The staff is nice, full of energy, and provide quick service. Amazing first experience!
We only went in for dessert! It was a great experience. Everything we ordered was great! A little pricey but the experience was worth it.
Amazing atmosphere, excellent staff, drinks were just right
Great ambience and our waiter was the best!
Vacation , was a great time and our waiter was the best
The air conditioning was broken and it was incredibly hot I couldn’t focus, it was so hot the floor was slippery from the humidity. Food was okay drinks were good and my waiter was awesome.
Our waiter was AMAZING
Our 1st time was awesome expensive drinks but overall good will go back!!!
Came to Orlando to celebrate daughter’s 18th birthday, our family came here and the vibe was live, no doubt, however the cleanliness could use some work. If I ever have to ask for the tables to be cleaned or large pieces of food to be wiped from the seats/booths then the attention to detail and lack of steady cleaning is evident. The food was good, minus the popcorn shrimp... nothing spectacular, think Captain D’s.. lol... but the pastas were really good and seasoned well. In my opinion the drink situation especially since you don’t get to keep the goblet cup is a little of a stretch... even more so when your drink is virgin... :/ ...
All in all, go... be smart with your money... try one of the pastas... and finish with the Cookie Jar sundae...
They was expensive and they wouldn’t take my money it is overrated $21 for a ice cream wow crazy
Very loud- but great service and a fun time.
The service was awful and we found hair in our food.
A great place to visit. Food delicious.. Omg Salmon was unbelievable😀😀
Drinks were amazing. Ambience perfect . Server very attentive and kind. Food however was terrible. My steak was overbooked and had no seasoning on it. Burger wasn’t good. Chicken for chicken and waffles was dry . Would def go back for the drinks. Food is a hard pass
Jonathan was amazing he was very attentive and polite!! Very good manors, would make anyone smile. All around great experience for family !!
Everything was perfect. My waiter Josiah was the best. Gave us EXCELLENT service to celebrate daughter’s 3rd birthday
It was great with one exception! We had several young ladies in our party of twelve and it was tough for them to access the bathrooms as the attendant would tell everyone entering that they could not do so without a mask (the rest of the restaurant was no mask for us so we weren’t prepared for the bathroom to be mask only). The ladies were unsure what to do so used the men’s bathroom in some cases and a few came back to the table flustered about not being able to use the restroom. Ultimately the manager gave us masks and said the safety of the attendant was their priority. I suppose I expected more notice or explanation when the cost of the meal is such. Just be warned you will need a mask to use the bathroom if not then you’re using the men’s room!
It was amazing
This was my 2nd visit to the Sugar Factory. This time was very different from the 1st visit. I’d really enjoyed my 1st visit which is why I returned. . This time it was warm inside and the floors were very slippery. The waiter was good however he informed us they were out of certain items so certain drinks we could not order. It wasn’t that clean and the table we were seated at was sticky.
We had a reservation for 9 in which I was informed because all my party was not there that they couldn’t sit us and they could only wait an additional 15 min and if the the remaining party did not arrive they would change my reservation for whatever number of party was there which it was 6 of us instead of 9. I had to call the other 3 and tell them not to even bother to come because they could only sit who was there because they would not be there within 15 minutes. I thought that was ridiculous because what was the point of making reservations and furthermore we were traveling from different parts of Florida.
On a positive note I did enjoy watching others celebrate their birthdays. When music was played. It created an more upbeat environment.
Our bill was close to 400, I’m sure it would’ve been more had the other 3 was allowed to come also for the price atleast it should be clean, nice temperature and more energy throughout.
Our food came out cold! The sliders were extremely dry, the bread was hard as a rock. For ordering appetizers it’s took over and hour for us to get the food. Overall the experience was terrible and not worth the money they charge.
