Our Server for the night was Rj and he did awesome ! I highly recommend!
We were there from Jacksonville for our daughter’s 18th birthday. Our waiter was excellent even though slammed busy. We had lots of fun celebrating other table’s birthdays too.
It was great environment the entertainment level was amazing the waiters definitely provided great customer service the food was very plain.
Good food. Not a great place to be able to talk with the people you are out with. Incredibly loud.
We had a great time. Me and my family had a blast. My only less than perfect experience was normally when they come out to celebrate they dance and pump up excitement this night they just clapped. One song they did have a dance to and it turned up the energy in the whole place. But that was it. Ever other restaurant claps and sing SF is different not just because of the desserts and drinks but the energy. Nonetheless less food and service was good
Perfect for a fun family experience. Energetic, very loud so be prepared but a really good time- the staff make the experience great. A bit pricey for the “specialty” items but some affordable options also, be prepared to spend at least $100 for a fam of 3.
Drinks were good but pricey. The food was mediocre and I thought the pricing was expensive. Basically you are going and paying for the experience.
Great place for everyone very nice place for younger people
This was my second time to the Sugar Factory. And I was extremely disappointed. My friend ordered a fishbowl drink and I ordered 2 martinis. Neither of us got a buzz. $70 plus tax and tip on just drinks alone, we should have got a buzz off the amount we purchased...and we arrived on empty stomachs. His tasted great, very peachy, with zero alcohol taste. The food was okay...got the sampler platter for $23. Came with very good wings, 3 small strips of dry chicken, like 4 cold onion rings, and some nasty Mac n cheese balls. For the 4 of us, i spent close to $300 after tip. While writing this right now, I’m wondering to myself what I was thinking spending a month’s worth of food money in one night...crazy. Our waiter was cool, the energy was pretty good in the place. But I spent less for Pit tickets at a blink 182 concert and drinking there...save your money and go to a concert if you want music and energy and a good buzz.
I planned my daughter’s 18th birthday dinner to be held at the Sugar Factory-Orlando. I had a lot of people to tell me that the food wasn’t good but it had a nice atmosphere. I went in expecting a mediocre experience; however, I left having an exceptional experience! The food was great, the drinks were superb, and the atmosphere was awesome. I had a great experience and I was sure to tell everyone that our food was excellent! Thank you Sugar Factory (Orlando) for providing my family and friends with a memorable moment!!
For the price I just expect to have a cleaner environment. We were sat at a table that was cleaned off but under had spilt drinks and food. The bathroom reminded me of a hole in the wall pup at 2:45 am.
Absolutely no social distancing whatsoever, as if there were no pandemic. I asked if we could sit outside, but no servers were currently serving outside due to it just having rained a bit ago. Need to decrease capacity and space people out for sure, otherwise very irresponsible to have the place packed to the brim.
It never gets old...food is awesome, hot and delicious. We had a great 21st bday party. Thanks, Sugars
We had a very good time very energetic the waiters danced which was fun. The price for the meal was to expensive for what I got not really that good. But the desert was really good and the drinks.those are worth the price.
I went there with my family as a birthday dinner and it was very noisy because of the music that is played which is various forms of rap and hip hop. My 3 year old was asking me to cover her ears because it was so loud that I was getting annoyed that I couldn't hear our waiter or my wife. Food was nothing special. Mainly their desserts seemed to be the main attraction. I think its a little over priced for some items. I can't recommend it to others but maybe the younger generation.
Always have a good time here. Never disappoints. Good fun and fun atmosphere.
It was a birthday
This place was amazing the food is Perfect! Vibe is great in there! Wonderful for a birthday dinner
Freezing cold in building
Service was slow. The atmosphere was lit! Club vibes!
I like the idea of the birthday celebrations they do.
However, I wish the music used besides the birthday song was at a level that patrons can have a conversation. If I wanted to lose my voice while having a conversation with family/friends then I would have went to a nightclub.
The quality of the food is not comparable to the price, it is a little too pricey. The server was very attentive and helpful!
I think I would only recommend this place if you want to have a drink and/or dessert. Their signature drinks are interesting.
Went for my daughter 16th b day she enjoyed herself. Only thing we expressed to the waiter we did not like the pancakes and the pasta was salty and she said nothing. I spend $500 for that to be dismissed.
It was great, the staff was very energetic every time they did a birthday celebration
The music was way to loud. You could not even talk with anyone at your own table. The food was very meidatoaker at best. There was nothing special about the food. Very rarly even saw our server. Wanted to surprise my daughter with a birthday dessert and song. Instead the server came directly to our table and said here is the birthday song list pick a song and we will bring your dessert with your sparkler. So much for a sweet surprise. Do not see the food being worth the money that was spent.
It was for my daughter birthday with her friends. They enjoyed themselves. Alex our waitress was great 😊.
My fiancé and I had an amazing time there will surely return back again
We made a reservation for this location and looked forward to eating there. We showed up to reservation a few minutes early and checked in. We were seated promptly. From that point we sat at our table for more then 10 minutes without being spoken to, no server, nothing. We asked the hostess to reseat us as clearly no one was waiting our table. She walked away with no comment and nothing happened. After another five minutes we got up and left. Never served, never spoken to. Completely disgusted with the lack of customer service. We walked across the street and had lunch at Ole Reds restaurant with amazing service, live music and delicious food.
I love everything about my experience, I went with my husband for my birthday and it was amazing.
Ben was a great server and was very attentive to our needs
Went there for my daughters sweet 16
Her and her friends had an awesome time.
Well worth the trip !!
This was my family’s first time at Sugar Factory. RJ was an awesome waiter; very prompt with his actions and spoke respectfully. The food was good. The burgers are reasonably priced but many of their other items are overpriced for what you get (my opinion). I really wanted to try a gauntlet drink for my birthday, I just couldn’t bring myself to do it for $38. If you don’t care for loud ambiance’s, then Sugar Factory is not the place for you. Overall I would go back but it’s wouldn’t be my first pick on I-drive.
We scheduled one reservation but did not receive a confirmation email and only got an answering machine when we tried to call and confirm, thus we scheduled a 2nd reservation and did receive a confirm. Upon arrival we confirmed that both did in fact go thru, but this could have been avoided had our call been answered or the original email confirm sent.
Beyond this slight hiccup, our experience was great...and our server was outstanding!
I loved the place. It was very chic and for my daughter's 8th birthday celebration, I think it was a great pick. I was not crazy about sitting in the very corner of the restaurant. I felt there was not much space, but other than that, it was a great experience:)
The establisment was not busy, but yet it looked very dirty. There were papers on the floor and it needed to be swept up. Only 4 tables in the entire place had patrons. The waitress could not do enough she was awesome and very informative.
Mat was our server and everything was great! Definitely a party atmosphere so since we were celebrating a birthday it was perfect!
The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and complied with COVID regulations. The only things that need improvement are that the music was way too loud and it was FREEZING in there. They need to keep an eye on the thermostat.
Great atmosphere and awesome drinks!!! Great place to celebrate a Birthday!!!!
Absolutely love this restaurant. Will definitely be back soon!!! Our waiter, RJ, was absolutely the best!!!
Kudos to your team and thank you for the beautiful experience!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It was great!! Celebrated a 13th year old birthday and it was so fun! We will be back!
