It was great! Food was good and service rocked!
I’ve been to sugar factory on 2 occasions and both times the service was terrible! Both times we ordered goblet drinks and they didn’t show up until half way through our meals! We ordered another round of drinks and those came after we got our bill! Both times the servers had way to many tables to give good service to anyone! I definitely won’t be back
After seeing a Groupon deal for this restaurant for weeks we finally decided to give it a try during brunch. The menu is extensive so finding something we liked was no issue. I tried the tasty red velvet pancakes which lived u to the restaurant's namesake. My wife had a traditional breakfast, but wasn't all too impressed. Service was at a snail's pace. Our waitress was inattentive and not very informed on the Groupon deal, which many people around us were talking about. It's easy to hear other people's conversations due to them having to yell over the loud music making the Sugar Factory the loudest restaurant I've ever eaten at. We had an ice cream sandwich for desert which contained the hardest cookies in ice cream sandwich history. After tiring of chiseling through dessert, our dining experience came to an unsatisfying end. Thank goodness for the Groupon.
It was my first time eating here. Although the food was good, I felt the goblet (althought it was entertaning)was not worth 34 dollars even for a non alcoholic drink. That was the price of a meal and you couldn't even keep the glass unless you pay extra...
The drinks are good and fun! The price is just right! Loved that they had a candy store inside!
Over rated. Rude staff. Dirty. Overpriced. Do not waste your $ here!!!! Listen to me! Don’t do it!!!
I would have hoped the non-alcoholic version of their goblets would have been more than $5 less than the alcohol versions. Everything was really overpriced for what it was - $35 for a goblet of juice? $18 for three pancakes? The tie dye shake was good - it was giant and came with candy necklaces and cotton candy so i get that cost. But everything else just made me feel like I have fallen for the gimmick.
Open table menu showed sushi, booked for sister birthday. The menu wasnt what was shown on open table. They didnt celebrate birthday with son, clapping, etc. They said it's not the same as Fl location. Only reason we decided on this place. Very disappointing.
The experience was great but I can’t believe they won’t split the check.
This place serves the most expensive basic food. All the dishes are traditional American dishes that start at $15 A plate. The service is extremely slow and the food is disgusting. I attempted to use a Groupon I purchased for the restaurant and was hassled by three managers when trying to redeem it. My waiter cursed at his co-worker while taking our order and never checked to see how we were doing. Never coming back.
not too bad be prepared to spend $$
This was our first time and we loved it. The food was great, our server Carolina was amazing! She gave us the best service we have had here in Vegas.
We came there with a Groupon for $75 of Late Night Happy Hour and we were told that there is no late night happy hour but we could spend $40 on a Goblet and we could choose a very limited selection of $5 appetizers only if we purchased the Goblet at $40.... service was fair to poor... the server didn’t even know about the appetizers for $5.... they didn’t have a late night menu that listed the appetizers, so I had to read the abbreviations off of her tablet to figure out what apps were $5.... the entire experience was not at all what we thought it would be!!!😔
I was expecting a better quality customer service and food. I spend almost $400 dollars and as soon as we were going to get a bite of our club sandwich we found a hair on our food after this our party lost lost appetite it was just gross period. We notify the waitress they removed the plate but still charge us for the plate. We were constantly asking the waiters for items 1 waiter on the 2nd floor and she was getting busy. I will not recommend this place to no one and I will never go back to Sugar Factory it was a bummer because my expectations were extremely high for a place like this. 😔
I wanted to go there 3 years ago but, it was closed at the time... 3 years later the hype wasn’t worth it. Too expensive of food for not that great of quality. I ordered a goblet drink which always good but the server didn’t even leave the rest in the shaker for me to put in the goblet for later. And I opted to purchase the “glass” for $15 extra and, the cup is PLASTIC. VERY upset I paid that much for a drink and got a cheap plastic cup!!! THIS SHOULD BE A DISCLAIMER FROM THE START!!!! And our server was very nice and sweet but seemed as though they were serverly understaffed for a Saturday night! And what’s the point in marking on your reservation if it’s a birthday if the staff doesnt bring you something and sing to you... you are already over priced and yet expect me to pay for a service like this.
The food is terrible. I'm not a very picky eater, but our lunch was pretty disgusting. The rainbow slider buns have consistency is like play-doh and probably tastes about the same (guessing what play doh tastes like) - they were pretty gross & the ham/cheese crepe was also so bad. I just ate the side salad and left the crepe. The fancy goblet drinks are $35 each. For me and 2 kids, was over $200 for 2 goblet drinks, sliders and 3 entrees. Even the candy store attached was sub par. If you want to experience it with kids, my suggestion is to go in to have the goblet drinks as those are cool & the kids loved them (even my 13 yr old loved it) but save your money and eat elsewhere.
It was great. We should have inquired more about prices for things it is very expensive. Service and food were wonderful. Would love to go back. The drinks were fun and very yummy. Loved the music it was awesome.
Had a fantastic time! The ambiance was fantastic. They run videos of the famous people who frequent the establishment. The candy store is captivating and the selection of ice cream is impressive but the presentation puts Baskin and Robins to shame. The desserts and cocktails are over the top. Will definitely make this a must for all future Vegas trips...and I’ll bring the kids (and g-babies) next time!
Such good food ! The atmosphere was perfect and we had such a great time drinking our fishbowl. It is pretty expensive but Sugar Factory is so good .
We've attempted dining at 2 other Sugar Factory locationa but found the staff to be so rude we decided to bail. Here in Las Vegas the staff are awesome!!!
Now for the real truth about the food...it looks amazing, tastes meh.
The goblets are fun, taste great, but are pretty pricey.
If you don't mind blowing some cash on a fun time, go for it!!
Lauren was incredible. It was our 1st time visiting Sugar Factory and we will be returning.
Was visiting from out of town with my daughter for brunch. We had a good time and the food was delicious.
Loved it. Food and drinks were good. A little expensive but worth it.
Our server was over the top. He made sure our bottomless mimosas were always full...thanks Jayden for such a super fun day. We started early at 10 am and it was almost empty...filled quickly and at capacity by noon. Interesting to see the transition from empty to full. Food was excellent, steak was seasoned well and eggs benedict were perfectly prepared. The service really put this place over the top! TIP them well and you will be served like ROYALTY:) We had such a wonderful, memorable time.
I had a fantastic time for my birthday!!! The drinks and service were absolutely awesome loved it!
It was okay we went there for a bachelorette party, the deserts and drinks were good but the actual food i wasn’t the best fan of I.T was very bland, the workers seemed to hate their lives when they sang happy birthday to people and definitely gave off a negative vibe but our waiter / host was great and he helped us the best he could
Drinks were nasty. The food wasn’t worth the price
We came with a group of teenage girls for a dinner out during a dance competition. The moms sat at a different table. Pricey and noisy but fun atmosphere for young people. Ambience is nice and servers were attentive, upbeat, and nice.
Adrian was awesome from the time we made it in and the time we left. Attentive, she made sure we were good and great info about what to order
We were there 1 hr early, they were nice enough to sit us. We ordered are food, we didn’t get all our food at once. I asked if I could upgrade my fries to onion rings was told yes but didn’t receive my onion rings until I asked. I asked for BBQ sauce 2 different times before I actually got it. I mentioned a couple of times that we are celebrating a birthday and no one approached me about getting a happy Birthday song. More things to mention, not enough space. Beware the goblets cost way more than the food (prices are not listed), this place best caters to the famous.
We were excited to try this place on mini vacation in Las Vegas. They were out of the 3 items we really wanted. One was the mini sliders with the colorful buns that comes with the signature take home duck (pictured with the logo printed on souvenir as shown on the menu). They only had 2 colors for the buns and gave us plain ducks without their logo printed as shown in the picture. Our first 2 choices of the goblet drinks were sold out...however, our other choices were quite awesome. I would go back for the drinks and deserts.
Restaurant was so loud you can not even hear the person sitting next to you without shouting. I’m all for an upbeat and fun vibe but I don’t want to scream to my company over rock concert decibels of top 40 hits playing here.
The food was okay at best. It reminded me of something you would get at a cafeteria, nothing special. We went in a larger group snd every one got something different. We all had the same ‘meh’ opinion of our food. Also, I’m not sure if because tip was included it meant that our server did not care to be attentive.
I will say that if you are in the mood for dessert or an over the top drink, this is your place. I would recommend to eat somewhere else and stop in for drinks or something sweet.
We had a blast at the Sugar Factory! Loved every minute from the Rainbow Sliders to the grand finale of the huge ice cream Sunday! Our "moms and girls" trip was just so much fun because we want there. It was truly special....Can't wait for it to open in San Diego!
Valentine’s Day. Mac and cheese burger was good but the tomato soup tasted like Campbell’s. Milkshake is what will bring us back though!
The Sugar Factory is a fun place to visit and they offer some of the most unique drinks and food on the Las Vegas strip! Definitely a must see if you are in the Vegas area.
First time there. Great atmosphere to go along with good food
It was a fun EXTREMELY loud place with creative drinks however a little high dollar for virgin juice cocktails vrs full octane. Less then 10.00 difference for “10” supposed shots of alchoal?
Rainbow sliders were not worth 24.00 since The colorful bread was hard as a rock and waiter never came to check on us until it was time for the bill.
The big cheesey was good the spaghetti sauce was horrible but the meatballs were delicious. So it’s a catch 22.
It was a fun unique place great for a 1 time visit (maybe) dessert only next time. Make a reservation for sure.
We saw Lili Reinhart from Riverdale take her sugar photo. Ooh Awe moment. NOT
It was fun and worth a try the lady making desserts was awesome & very helpful & kind and the outside host was sweet. Waiter not so bueno.
This was a disappointing exsparence in all the time I have visited the Sugarfactory . I will never forget my first, second, third, forth and fifth when it was over by the Paris Hotel. When we first got there the host did not check are reservations and sat us down we wait for a while tell are waiter aproch us. You can tell with his attitude he was not having a good day my guess ask specific seasoning added to her food and was not given to her food . He came out gave us the bill , we try to make conversation and he was short with us made a commitment it was to busy and they were short staff. We flew out here from Texas for my birthday to exsperance this. I Hope this can do better I hate to tell everyone on social media my experience. If some one found contact me at+12104303005 my name Sonny Rayos.
We took a 5 year old and she loved it!! Adults thought it was a lot of fun
Everything was great but I felt the drinks were super expensive and there was no liquor in it.
