The waiter Chaze was great had good remmondatons for are dinners and drinks. Made sure we were attentive at all times. Will definitely go back again thanks for the great services also the food and drinks were excellent. Michael & Shalonda Patillo
This is my first time to Vegas and we were looking forward to dining at Sugar Factory but after dining in the patio and reading our $125 bill that included a goblet, dry/soggy fish tacos, a basic grilled cheese and the wrong chocolate dessert than what we ordered, I was pretty confused how this place got so much street cred from celebrities. In-and-out was better than this. I hope that this was just an odd night for this restaurant and that they don’t typically serve mediocre food like this.
Everything was outstanding. Best burgers, insane milkshakes
Food was good. Service was fast at first but slowed tremendously as the evening continued. It was oftly empty in the restaurant for such deadly in service. Also it was very noisy do to cheer team there on mother’s day night which was a bummer. They should have gave the a separate section away from older crowds trying to enjoy a good meal and family time
Manny is a great server.. he makes every time we come in there a great time
Food was fine; although we had a Groupon for unlimited mimosas, but we only saw our server when she brought the initial mimosas to the table and then again when we finally gave up on waiting and requested the check.
Jake was Awesome! Super fun food and atmosphere - Mimosas were delicious 😃
Fun experience went there for Mothers Day brunch. Everyone was very happy with their choices. I had the Chocolate Mint Martini which was amazing!! Fun place with a young upbeat ambiance.
Service was very slow and my veggie burger came out hard and cold. We waited 45 minutes to get our food once ordered.
Extremely cold restaurant, could not enjoy meal.
We went to celebrate the end of our cheer season and one of our coach’s birthdays. Service was amazing and the entire staff was attentive. Energy in the room was great. And they made our event so special. They were able to serve all 30+ of us efficiently and food was served hot and fresh.
The food was good. The ambiance was really cool. WAY too expensive and HORRIBLE service!
We took family here for the experience. The food is just okay and that isn’t why you go. It’s a lively atmosphere and the drinks are fun. Those goblets are very expensive so be ready for the price tag ($39). It’s very loud so don’t expect a quiet dinner. It’s a Vegas experience that’s overall worth it.
Food was cold and service was slow
Not enough wait staff. It took 45 minutes to get an omelette.
I would highly recommend Sugar Factory to all my friends, I think it is the perfect place to have a celebration. We were in Las Vegas to celebrate my best friend's birthday and we had an awesome time. The staff were very accommodating and with the changes in party size.
My server Richard was outstanding!! The milkshake was a lot of fun and tasted great!! The rest of my meal was just ok. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely return!
I think there speciality are drinks.... not so much food
We had a small misunderstanding when I had called in to order the Her Birthday bucket. The management took control and did an amazing job in correcting the misunderstanding and helped us to have an awesome experience. I would recommend The Sugar Factory to anyone looking to have a fun, energetic dining experience!!!! Our waiter Chaz, was very interesting and did a great job in making us feel comfortable and taking such good care of us while we were there!!!
Good Drinks and food but overpriced.
My first time there food service and atmosphere was exceptional. The outside bartender was awesome he was very patient and helpful.
Service was great! Food was great! Atmosphere was awesome, we enjoyed everything ! I think our servers name was Justin highly reccomend!
We went here to have a joint Bachelor/Bachelorette dinner and the food here was pretty good and the drinks were huge and were sweet! The only issue we had was the server would not split our check for us so we had to do the math ourselves and write on the back of the receipt what amount to charge to each card which was strange because there were a couple parties that were also there for prom and we were all pretty sure their checks were split up as teens most likely don't have that much money to spend on 20+ people. Other than that we had a great time! Also the server decided to take my plate away as I was still eating and working on it was pretty rude.
Food was average, service was absolutely terrible. Drinks are overpriced, $6 for a soft drink with no alcohol.
Poor atmosphere and service throughout the entire time we were there
Great food & drinks! Server was a little slow.
It was pretty good for a one time visit, the food was not special but I enjoyed the mimosas.
Waitress did not smile the entire time serving us. She did not seem happy to work there. Food looked nothing like the pictures in the menu. And tasted horrible. My Mac and cheese burger tasted like it was made with craft Mac and cheese. Fries were burnt and extremely salty. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and we received a salmon burger. We sent the food back and the waitress argued with us and told us it was our fault and brought us back the same burger which was now cold because it was sitting out. She insisted that was what he ordered and would not give him anything else. When we received the check she told us we could leave her tip on the table as if she expected she would be getting a tip.
We came in as a group of ladies just looking for a great place and we found it here!! This was the best experience hands down that we had in Vegas!!
I loved the menu and the food choices. The noise level is very loud making it difficult to hear people in the party. It was a fun place to go. I would really like if they posted the price for the drinks next to the items.
They did a great job with my daughter's 18th birthday dinner. The kong was a hit and huge ! Thanks to Sarah, the planner and our waitress Nicki - they made the night special for her
I would definitely recommend for a party again, bachelorette or prom. The drinks the girls ordered didn't have alcohol yet they were the same price a little $$ , but I guess you pay for the effects glow, dry ice etc.
A friends birthday and very accommodating. I just felt like we were in a dark corner with limited interaction of wait staff and delay of service
Great Experience and Great Service
Went to sugar factory for my birthday. Club sandwich was delicious and the lollipop goblet was amazing!
The goblet drinks are good and fun. Service was okay I think I was just expecting more.
We went to the Sugar Factory for my wife's birthday but they were out of desserts.
This was a very bad choice by me to choose the Sugar Factory on such a special event.
My grandson loved it he thought it was wonderful
It took a very long to receive our drinks the waitress forgot to put our order in,we received our food first and she dropped my peice of bread and never brought another one. Never came to check if we needed something and only acted nice when she brought the check .
We had an awesome time celebrating my daughter's birthday here. The menu is creative and fun, the decor is festive and the service was friendly and attentive. It was a great atmosphere!
The food was outstanding - better than we've had at Sugar Factory locations in other cities. We will definitely be back for future special occasions!
I hate to give poor reviews but I feel that it’s the only way places can realize their mistakes and work on correcting them. On this particular visit I had made a reservation and arrive 20 minutes prior. The host said it would not be a problem as they weren’t that busy and he could accommodate me right away. It turns out that they did not check me in and I received an email from Opentable on a missed reservation. Of course that was since corrected, but it only added to my bad impression.
Once seated I waited and waited, and waited about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. It seems the wait staff was flustered although the restaurant had about 10 to 15 tables occupied and might be giving a generous estimate. I ordered a Grape Crush cocktail and was told it was not available, so I opted for cola. For my entree I ordered a four cheese grilled sandwich with tomato soup and fries. My order was brought out quickly and upon seeing the dish I was disappointed. I had seen several other dishes come out and they were nicely plated and generous portions. This was a typical homemade style white bread grilled cheese with what tasted like Campbell’s canned Tomato Soup. At $16 for this entree it was very underwhelming. To add insult to injury, my server brings out my cola and I notice a very strong fishlike odor on the glass and straws as well as permeating around me. I look to see if I could find the he source and perhaps my server had brought fish out to someone, but I couldn’t find it. The restaurant smelled bad. So bad that when I paid and walked over to the ice cream counter I could not bring myself to order one as the smell was felt there also. Other patrons were even making comments as well.
It’s a shame as I’ve had Sugar Factory before and my experience has always been pleasant.
