About Sugar Factory - Las Vegas Boulevard

Sugar Factory fans, brace. The restaurant version of the celebrity-friendly brasserie is about to return to the Strip in February!

Sugar Factory American Brasserie plans what owners describe as “its largest and most lavish restaurant and retail complex to date” at Fashion Show mall.

The main dining room for this Sugar Factory American Brasserie takes up 12,500 square feet with an additional 3,500 square feet for the retail store, all on the first level. While candy has always been the calling card, this location will debut the brand’s new chocolate line. Guests can also get homemade ice cream, gelato, freshly made doughnuts, fudge-covered pretzel sticks, milk chocolate-covered Oreos, Rice Krispies treats and more here.

Fun and crazy candy inspired food. Drinks and shakes are off the chart. Best Birthday candles around!

This place was awesome.... I can't thank our waiter Chaz and the bartender Lauren enough! They were both great! The manager also bought my friend and I a drink for going on about how great the service was. We will definitely be back! Loooooove it here!!!!

I bought a Groupon for four at breakfast anticipating a wonderful breakfast with my daughter and two cousins whom I haven't seen in years. I was given such a hard time over the Groupon by the wait staff and manager, I was so humiliated. And it wasn't as though I was asking for more than the value of the Groupon, I explained that I would willingly pay even more and in fact I did; even leaving the nasty waitress a 20% tip. The experience was so bad, so humiliating that I will never, as long as I live, so much as walk through the door of a Sugar Factory. I live in the Bay area and have been making sure to spread the word, as is my well connected Las Vegas cousin. I can't understand the thinking behind treating a customer with such disrespect. What is any business without word of mouth. You can advertise all of the celebrities you wish but in the long run it's the regular, repeat customer who will make or break your business.

It’s a fun place for a one time experience, but it’s not someplace I would go out of my way for. The Turkey club and hamburger were good, but better at other places. The fries and dessert were really good. Overall, I would recommend to someone to check out and definitely try a dessert, but it’s not someplace Worth a second trip.

The service was horrible. We saw our waiter when we ordered, then as he walked by asking if the food was correct (he didn’t even had the courtesy to stop) and then when we paid.

We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it looked nothing like the picture in the menu. The only good thing about this restaurant was the shake we bought.

Hamburgers are great but the fries that come with them, not the best. I would rather have a bottle of ketchup in my table than asking for more every time I needed it. Signature cocktails ar3 awesome I as well as the desserts.

We went for Thanksgiving. I wanted my 90-year-old father and my mother to have a good time, which they did. That said, the food was extremely overpriced for the quality. Extremely. My sister ordered the ribeye. $48. Dry as a bone. How does one manage to make a ribeye dry? No clue. $40 for a mai tai in a goblet? And we didn’t get to keep the plastic goblet unless we paid an additional $15? Seriously? The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were dry as a bone; the bananas foster ice cream sandwich had barely any bananas; and the brownies that came with the chocolate fondue were dry as a bone. And those are just the highlights of the poor food quality. Anyway, it was fun. Glad we went. Wouldn’t go again.

Service was horrible. Two beef dishes came raw (steak and a burger). We would have sent back but our server never returned to our table to ask how everything was. They did remove those two dishes from the bill though.

Goblets are delicious but pricey. Food was nothing to write home about compared to the price. Nice atmosphere, waitress was nice. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely would recommend only for the drinks— food needs some work

Service was awful and clearly understaffed. The waiters had to stop and make their own drinks which kept them from the tables. We had a groupon for 4 people that cost $50 that we couldn’t use because we only had 3 people. Disappointed how kid-ish the atmosphere was compared to the website design

My daughter and I went and used a Groupon. It was fun and the food was good. Skip the Goblet and get one of their insane shakes. Wow!

Average quality food that was way over priced. Nice staff. Place was nearly empty. Lower the prices and the crowds will come. $20 shakes. Near $20 burgers. The candy store didn't offer anything unique to the brand. I chose a $2 Starbucks coffee next door and saved 7 times the money on coffee alone. This business needs volume sales. Seems confused on who their audience is and shows no concern for driving loyalty and repeat traffic.

Waited at least 15mins before our wait person came to our table just get our drink order...we were 2 tables away from the hostess counter, two! Water came about 5 mins later, another 5 mins go by and our wait person comes back to tell us they didn't have the two milkshakes we ordered, any milkshakes! THEY HAVE 4 pages of milkshakes! Ended up getting a virgin chocolate mudslide for one kid that was basically a chocolate milk with a chocolate syrup rim in a martini glass...fancy!

Table next to us had one guy falling asleep waiting for their bill.

The artichoke dip was good. Oh and we got a rubber ducky with our sliders! Woohoo!

One and done!

Terrible experience . We had a party of 8 which included 3 children . Halfway through , they turned off the lights so it was dark on our side . When we asked , they said they’d be bringing candles over since they were transitioning on to the evening lightening . It never happened , so we were sitting in the dark. The goblets of alcohol were very expensive and the food was just ok. To top things off, the service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask the bartender for our server to get the bill. We definitely won’t be coming back with so many other great options in Vegas .

The service was great, my only issue was the goblets were over priced. Honestly it felt more like they served us juice. Didn't get a buzz at all. Other than that it's very cute and the candy shop adds to the ambiance.

This restaurant was TRASH (horrible). I went there for my birthday dinner because I wanted to see what it was all about and try thier drinks. Our waitress Adrian was horrible. No smile, very short with us and didn't check on us often. Not until I told the manager did she come around more often and was trying to be nice. The drink I had was nasty, it have an over the top coconut flavor which meant I couldn't taste anything else. I sent it back. My food was bland and noodles didn't have a lot of sauce on it. I had the Chicken Parmesan. They don't do anything special for birthday unless you pay for it which sucks. I couldn't even get the damn birthday song! I'll probably NEVER go again at least not to that one at Miracle Mile Shops.

We went for the experience. It was pretty loud and the food was ok. The drinks were upsetting for $38 you would think they were stronger but they were very weak. They had loud music so if you going for conversation with people this would not be a good place and the server seemed like she didn't care much or she probably couldn't hear our questions over the music.
