Michael (manager) was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything went great! The new location is so much better than the old one. Adrian (our server) was so sweet and such a doll! We loved the experience. 1000000 stars. The s’mores milkshake was bomb diggity.
The drinks and atmosphere was amazing! The bartender Andrew was the bomb.com🖤
The location they gave us was closed, they would not answer the phone. We went to 2 different ones and both were closed. If you move to a new location you need to inform the people who have reservations. Very poor advertising. I would not recommend them.
Our waiter was excellent and very busy. He was helping everyone and with a smile and great attitude. I think his name was CJ or Ct but really good waiter. They clearly overbooked and under staff. The food was descent, the drinks are are okay. The customer service is bad and some of the staff need proper training on how to deal with customers.
Good experience. Food good. Drink very good! Unfortunately, one of the saucers on the table was dirty (Fortunately I didn’t have to use it) and there was something on the outside of my small glass of water too (obviously that glass wasn’t cleaned good either). The staff was friendly. Food came out very fast.
To get some one to the table after being seated was too long and when they came they brought nasty Tap water 🤮. They disappeared again oh and finally came back so we could order so irritated took food to go !! Yet another wait but understanding because food had to cook and yes I like fresh food. The food was good, the cheesecake was horrible for that price It should have been great. I’ll stick to the Cheesecake Factory. Another thing the ladies bathroom was filthy !!! I walked it and immediately walked there was no way I would consider looking in a mirror, washing my hands in a bathroom like that and sit on a toilet I think not. I rather used my hand sanitizer and that nasty Tap water y’all serve. Of course another patron and I told a server he act concerned but did nothing. The prices are too high to have a bathroom that filthy and the noise level was too loud and horrible customer service. Will not go back

This location is closed! Do a better job of notifying the public instead of placing a piece of paper on the window with the new address!!!
Horrible service! Drinks were nasty and open table has the wrong address!!
Excessive wait times. A little unorganized when it comes to customer service skills. It was my first time there, the food was good and the restaurant was beautiful very instagramable! I would dine there again.
Upon arrival we made reservations and we were set pretty quickly. Our server did greet us and brought us water but then we waited 20 minutes for our slider appetizer.... We watched a table of six get sat and appetizers before we got ours... I had to flag down a whole other server and ask if everything was okay.... The sliders ended up coming out about five minutes after that.
When we finally did get our sliders they were actually pretty decent, they were not dry and the bread was made properly but I have to say the pickle was an afterthought.
Q our server did a really great job of communicating after the fact apparently there was miscommunication in the kitchen, understandable.
All in all we had a good time and the fries.... I have to point out these fries because these fries are absolutely perfect they're crunchy and thin and delicious and you don't even need ketchup they're so perfect!
Excellent service with outstanding varieties of food options
Our server was amazing!
This place is fun to go but what's disappointing was not updating the new location in the system
The atmosphere was everything who ever the DJ was he was on point he played all the greatest songs the waiter was amazing he even fixed our drink to make it better because the first time it came out it didn’t come out right but he made it all good the food was wonderful I really enjoyed my birthday they made it worthwhile I will be coming back
Boy oh boy what a night! First please be careful of booking a reservation with this restaurant through OpenTable, as the primary address listed (and the only address in the email reminders) is their old address! Which we did not discover until AFTER our 25 minute walk, just to then have to get an uber anyway to the new location.
The music is WAY too loud! Caution to anyone with chronic migraines or sensory sensitivities. When asked to turn it down we were told it couldn't be and then it was turned up during every birthday celebration.
Our waiter was extremely unattentative to not only us but the table he was serving next to us. We were right by the kitchen and could see all other waiters/waitresses going back and forth and our waiter seemed to be hiding in the back. The table next to us ended up going to the kitchen to get their waiter. He also got our order wrong despite being very clear on directions.
Positives: the food is great and cost is not that bad considering the hype of the brand. Also the manager at this location was amazing! If I had the ability to tip her I would've!
We usually go to Sugar Factory every year we are in Vegas but I'm not sure about returning next year.
There wasn't an experience to share!!! Restaurant was closed, dark inside and we never knew it wasn't open!! No sign on the door either!! NEVER will I go back again!!
The food and drinks were amazing
I went here knowing that it probably was not going to be my best meal in Vegas. That being said, it looked like a fun place and they had what looked like amazing desserts. We were seated outside overlooking the strip which was pretty cool. It was the highlight of the meal, honestly. I ordered a turkey club and my daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were OK. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much from the meal. What was truly disappointing was the dessert. All of their sundaes were for two or more people. The desserts for one were very limited and honestly didn't look too intriguing. We got a banana split for 2 even though I hate bananas, but there wasn't an option for a single sundae so we went with that. Honestly, the ice cream tasted like a cheap grocery store brand and the toppings were devoid of taste. Being our cheapest meal on the trip, I didn't think it was a bad value, but go with the expectation that the food is just OK, the dessert is meh and the atmosphere inside is a little sterile. I would avoid this place, go over to Shake Shack at New York New York and get a better meal for 1/2 the price. With the money left over, you can treat yourself to milkshake to curb that sugar craving.
Don’t recommend, not worth the cost, over rated.
Disappointed. So loud we couldn’t hear the waiter. Food was not good at all. Paying for the name.
Such a cool place! Would definitely recommend to others! Only thing we didn’t like was was the music was too loud!
We had some issues with finding the new location because the restaurant had recently moved however the host was gracious enough to push back our reservation. The food and service was amazing. Overall, I had a great time♡
Food was average. Drinks were good but of course expensive. We had a great server, amber. She was very attentive! It I’m pretty sure she got set a million times in 5 minutes and was still able to take care of us!
The location that you have on here is not the location for the sugar factory. I missed my reservation but it wasn’t crowded when I went to the correct location. Please fix this
I made a reservation for 10 for dinner weeks prior to my visit. The day of my reservation I received a call to verify i would Be there. I said yes. Upon arrival (15 mins early) I was then notified that the location had been changed. Called the number that had called me to verify appt & the girl said oh sorry to me about me being at wrong location. Said she would update my appt to say running late. Arrive at restaurant and had to wait 20 mins even though I had reservations. About 15 mins after being seated we were brought water, another 30 mins our order was taken. Drinks were ordered & never came. Well into our food (half of it eaten) the waitress said she was going upstairs to get our drinks. 20 mins later after I stated she didn’t have to worry about the drinks, she then stated they were ready and she would fo get them. The entire table didn’t want them at this point. She kept insinuating she would go get drinks & they were waiting on us. She stated the other tables around us were getting multiple drinks, food items & milk shakes brought to the table because they preordered food. Waitress Sarrina checked on all the tables around us except ours and then finally asked if we needed anything. Not even a water refill was given. We got checks and left. To travel from Dallas to Vegas and be let down from this highly talked about restaurant I was disappointed. The service from verifying the reservation to getting my check was horrible. A temendous let down
It was my Daughter 15th Birthday. We arrived for our reservation and waited 1 hour to be seated. We finally got seated and ordered our dinner and appetizers at the same time. It took 1 more hour to get our food that we ordered and it all came out at once. So imagine how our table looked when all the food came out at once not to mention when the food came out it was cold, we then let them know that our entrées were cold and they did nothing. The service was so slow the food was not good as it was cold. I was in disbelief as I never thought service could be so bad in such a nice restaurant, but I guess it does not matter. I was very disappointed and won't go back to that location. I forgot to mention I let the waitress know it was my Daughter Birthday when we arrived and they were supposed to sing Happy Birthday, but apparently they were to busy for that, so that was ruined. I did not even want to stay any longer then we already did so I said forget it, but you can imagine how not only me but my Daughter and the rest of the family were disappointed that that did not happen and that was the whole purpose for the dinner. Unbelievable but all true.
when someone books online it gives the old address. Customers should be notified that the location had been moved as we had arrived for our reservation and did not know the location had changed.
It was closed so didn’t get to experience it
It was so loud and we were put at a tiny table and forgotten about for 25 minutes before I had to go ask the bartender to get waters. Sold out of several of your specialty drinks by 10pm.
OpenTable took us to the wrong location. We missed our reservation and spent $30 on an uber to the wrong place
Sat quickly, good strong drinks. Food wasn’t the best. Service and ambiance was excellent.
It was awesome! Such a great atmosphere and great food!!!
They were short handed as most places are which we completely understand… but our server couldn’t handle the pressure and kept telling us how short handed they were… we were patient but our food took 45 minutes to come out and we still hadn’t received our drinks… when our drinks came about 20 minutes later the alcoholic beverages were horrible, syrupy flavored… not impressed and we will think twice to ever return.. also like their old location better the new place has little room to move and didn’t like it…
1st time in Vegas and had a great birthday celebration.
It was a fun experience, ordered. Soul man and was soooooo good made my day.
I’m a fan of Sugar Factory (at least the one in Miami). I was hoping to have the same wonderful experience at this location that I had in Miami. Well, that was not the case. Once my friends and I walked in the hostess didn’t even greet us properly. She simply asked if we had a reservation and then told us to follow her. Our server was pretty nice but I feel like he didn’t try to make a little more effort for the customer. The drink that I ordered came with a type of candy that I didn’t like. I asked him for a different kind and he basically said they didn’t have it. However, I stopped another server and she was able to bring me the other candy that they supposedly didn’t have. Onto the food. I loved their salads but the shrimp was not fully cooked. It’s as if it was steamed and that’s about it. When I took a bite it tasted chewy and gummy, which was my first indicator that it was not cooked properly. I had my friend try shrimp and she said the same thing. Of course it’s going to be very noisy because that is the atmosphere of this restaurant but it is nothing that will keep you from enjoying your time there. When we were leaving, we went to the elevator and as it was closing a black gentleman and white older lady who were employees there, I think managers, asked us to hold the elevator. We held it and they got in and did not even smile or say thank you. So I said loudly to them, “YOU’RE WELCOME”. He didn’t even turn around to say anything and the lady just looked at us. So that is completely unprofessional and a bad representation of this brand. I don’t know if I would recommend anyone go to this location in terms of customer service because the employees are quite rude and unprofessional. For the type of money that you spend here you would expect that your experience would be a pleasant one, but I can say ours was the complete opposite. Very disappointed.
My food was okay, but others in my party not so much. They said they ran out of Brick Chicken, but they could substitute with chicken breast. What they brought out they should have been ashamed to serve. It was dried out thin piece of chicken breast that I assume they use to top salads with... Service was slow and unorganized however our server did try his best to accommodate our tight schedule. With their limited food menu, I highly doubt that I'll return or even give their other locations a try.
The food was delicious. The cocktails are so cool and taste fantastic. Location is great and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back.
Service was extremely slow. Food was cold except appetizers.
