LOVED the food and our host and waitress were very sweet!! Only complaint is our table design/placement was very disappointing next to an elevator and staff area. I think they should change the middle tables to be nicer. It was hard to see everyone else in fancy areas and yet we had our reservation way in advance! :(
It was amazing
Our waiter was more than great!!!!!
Great food! Large portions. Was disappointed they were only serving breakfast foods for brunch. **EDIT to add they made this right within a day! For reaching out and bribg concerned... 5☆☆☆☆☆
My first time at The Sugar Factory. My experience was great and so was the Birthday music. We will be back soon . Not until next June , my daughter is turning 21 and she wants to celebrate there.
Reservations definitely help but you have to force the hostess to acknowledge you. Once sat the servers hustle for sure and the food came fast but you gotta order everything you'll need first time bc they are busy and you may only see your server once or twice. Drinks are huge order just one and share.
We came from San Diego expecting a fun vibrant venue like we have here and it didn't seem so great. While the server was awesome and the food was good, the venue was very run down. With a turn over like Vegas, they need to have people cleaning up and taking away dirty dishes way more frequently. Also, getting in for a reservation is super confusing. Noone was standing where they were supposed to be. Overall, dinner was good but I recommend a bigger staff with more cleanliness.
Great variety of food & drink options & excellent customer service!
The overall experience was ok. The service was terrible. There was only one waiter really in the top level. The one in Chicago was better. Definitely won’t be returning again
Atmosphere and music were great. The food was good, but the drinks were delicious.
Gave food to the wrong table... had to wait longer
Garbage made a reservation to wait 20 minutes outside in the heat after we waited we were taken to our table it was my birthday they didn’t even offer us a booth we told the waiter we needed a minute she disappeared for twenty minutes no one came to even check on us we got fed up I lost my appetite n walked out never again will we return here and we go to Vegas 4 x a year
We were highly disappointed with our visit to sugar factory. we expected better service for the price we paid for the 6 of us. Our waiter was pulled in all directions. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was not even acknowledged. over all very disappointing and will not come back here.
The music was nice mimosa was amazing
I understand we were alittle late but I did call and told them about the situation. We came in and there were seats available but they put us all the way in the back right next to the waiter door. It took our waiter about 8 mins to even come to us and give us water. We waited again for a while to get our order even taken. We got the food and my boyfriend asked for a knife for his food, it never came. Then the waiter came and took my plate of food without even asking if I was finished. Not worth going to.
Food is great, good portions. We have done the big drinks in the past but they can get in the way of dessert.
The drinks are Amazing!! This place is one of my top favorites for cocktails. The only downside is that the hostesses are always super rude. Every time we go. The people in the front are just horrible. Luckily, I’ve had good servers to make up for it.
The server was one of the best and did anything she could to make sure I had the best 21st birthday!
The food wasn’t horrible but it was a bit overpriced. The music was terribly terribly loud. Very nice ambiance. But didn’t match the atmosphere. A tourist attraction for sure. Service was decent. Very over priced. Overall experience was just, ok.
i like how precautious the staff was during this pandemic. Our waitress was awesome! she was helpful on the menu items and quick.
We were so disappointed at this restaurant. 6 of us were seated at a booth with a small table so we requested a different one. After waiting for a while we were moved to a different table. Still we had to ask a waiter after 10 minutes if someone was going to attend to us. The service here was crappy and I would never recommend them to anyone. The sugar factory in orlando was way better.
Waiter took forever to come over to our table , so the manager had to take our order , the wait to come in was longer than expected which was weird because we made reservations.
Went for a little pre-birthday celebration. The wait wasn’t bad but it was so loud and all the guests were screaming. I get that this is Vegas but they should have a spot for a more quiet gathering.
Couldn't get in at all first day they were reservation only. Came back the following day 5 minutes early to reservation only to wait an additional 30 minutes. Extremely crowded and loud music. Great food and drinks just not worth going out of your way for.
Get together with friends.
Service was great. Our waitress Susianna was awesome
My hubby and I were in Vegas to celebrate his birthday so I decided to surprise him with a special birthday brunch at the Sugar Factory! I made a reservation and we were seated promptly when we arrived and all of the workers had masks and were practicing social distancing guidelines. Our celebration drink, strawberry lemonade was presented with gummies for decoration...it was too cute!! A little on the sweet side but hey we were at the Sugar Factory. I ordered chicken and waffles which by the way, was enough for 3 people to share! My hubby had a breakfast waffle sandwich and it was delish but big another to share. I highly recommend this cute restaurant if you are in town. The drinks are sweet and food portions are massive! Enjoy!!!!
The decor was cute. The food was mediocre. The service was nice.
Food is delicious here as well as the famous drinks. Great customer service and they are following all guides for COVID-19 to ensure safety.
It’s was a triple birthday dinner. We had an amazing time
We were visiting from another city & LOVED everything about it. Wish we had one in our city..😊
We went for my friends birthday and let me tell you everything was terrible. Everything that could be wrong was. We had reservations at 12:45 got there were told are table was getting cleaned. After 15 minutes we questioned the favt on how reservations worked there. They replied well your reservation only guarantees you a table not the time slot. So unprofessional. After speaking to the manager we got seated at 1:30. by 2 we just ordered are food to go and took our food. They thrive on the sugar factory name that it seems like they dont care to give good service because people will still come in. I am from San Diego so im use to having incredible service at this restaurant. Never going back to this location.
It was not a very busy day, yet the host staff was completely lost. They took 30 mins to sit us, even though we had a reservation. Than it took another 15 mins for a waiter to come take our order. We had mimosas which did not seem to have any actual sparkling wine in them. We ordered the steak and eggs and eggs benedict. The food was terrible, it looked bad and tasted exactly like it looked. I know it is supposed to be a dessert spot but we didn't even order any, we were too disappointed already to risk wasting another dollar. Really felt like we got caught in a tourist trap.
Great experience. I will definitely recommend this place.
The food is just average... not special at all. What you're really paying top dollar for is the "experience". It's a soda shop decor (that is getting run down: chairs cracked, bathroom in shambles, etc.) that serves drinks and desserts with candy loaded on it. The management is working the employees to death, not taking care of the building and charging astronomical prices for "photo worthy" food that tastes average.
It was a remarkable evening! The service was exceptional and the food was fantastic! We will definitely be returning when we come back to Vegas.
Food could have been better, presentation was bad. Food was cold, and the waffle wasn't crunchy. For a 28 dollar plate it wasn't worth it. The place itself was nice will come back to try dinner but breakfast is a no go
Our waiter went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience.
Super expensive. But the experience was great
Loved it outstanding will visit again love the drinks
