Our server wasn’t attentive at all during our entire visit. I also made a reservation for 9:00pm and didn’t get seated until 9:30. Terrible alllllll around
We came to celebrate my mother in love birthday🎉 we had wings, fries, spinach dip, chicken strips, of course drinks and the infamous birthday song and sundae🎉
The food and drinks were great, but service was not so good. Although the server was nice, they were not attentive. We had to ask for a server after being seated, ask for water 4x, and ask for our bills to be corrected. The music was great!
Food & drinks (minus the cotton candy, no flavor at all) was amazing. Service sucked. Took us an hour to get water, waiter never came back to check on us. Actually had to wave down the busboy to get our check for us. I’d return, just not to that particular location. They were busy but each waiter only had 3-4 tables, our waiter only had 3, one of them being ours.
Awesome desserts. I would recommend trying everything once.
Good drinks, service okay.
Overpriced for value
This is my second time here in a month!!! I love it the energy and atmosphere is great!!!! The food and service is top notch
Great food and drinks.
Way too freaking loud! We had to ask the waitress a number of times to repeat herself and she kept asking us to repeat orders. Couldn't wait to get out of there!
My family visited Sugar Factory in San Diego and loved it. So I was excited to visit for the first time. The food was great but the service was poor. The server wasn’t friendly. Almost every thing we asked for she said she it wasn’t available. There’s no way to know if they weren’t all actually available or if she was just being difficult. Also we asked for to go plates and we had three different food items. She told us she could only give us two boxes. How can a big chain restaurant like that, in a high brow area hoard their to-go boxes. That was very weird and annoying. It just spoiled the whole experience for us.
waited over an hour with a reservation. I was very dissaspointed
It was a great experience and we had a great waitress
The steak and cheese was terrible and had very little meat and hard bread. The cajun shrimp alfredo was not cajun. Food portion was very small
This was a fun experience for kids. The ambience was lacking, the chairs were cracked and very worn looking & the floor was not clean. Our server was friendly and prompt. The food and drinks took quite some time. The drinks were good, but the food was lacking. This restaurant is in need of a deep clean and makeover.
Awesome time! We arrived 1 minute before our scheduled reservation (rideshare issue); however, we were seated in about 7 minutes. I was expecting a lively staff as my Orlando experience—the vibe did turn up when I purchased the King Kong.
A+++.Everything was delicious. Staff was prompt and courteous. Excellent experience
It’s was nice I’m guessing the food isn’t what people go for
Good food service was slow in the beginning but eventually it got better. Get there early for reservation for them to have table ready.
The food was fantastic!!! The food was very reasonability priced for being in the Vegas strip!
Our server was great, just be prepared if you have a reservation to be waiting still after your reserved time.
We had to wait over 40 minutes in the heat even though we had a reservation. The whole reason we came was for the goblet drinks and we never even received our order. We had nothing to drink while we ate dinner. The restaurant itself was dirty , super loud, and had the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I was upset because it was my daughters first time in Vegas and it was her pick for dinner. Horrible experience.
Had reservations at 7pm on a Monday wasn’t sat until after 8:30 pm and multiple people with reservation times later then ours were sat before us. Received a no show email at 8:15 while I was STILL waiting to be sat. Completely ridiculous
Even with a reservation the wait time was ridiculous. Wasn't seated until 745p with a 7pm reservation.
Was seated upstairs and only the bartender was waiting on around 6 tables.
Showy place fun for teenagers who want the crazy candy drinks for $40. Our teenagers did enjoy that. It is loud and the food is pretty average bar type food. Our waitress was great. Checking in outside is a mess and they don’t give accurate times when you will be seated after checking in at your reservation time.
Very fun experience! But, you are paying for just that, the experience. Our server was fantastic. Very nice and attentive. The drinks are super fun and tasty. However, very expensive. But like I said you are paying for the experience. The veggie burger was VERY good! It wasn’t just a beyond patty. Someone actually made a veggie patty and they did it right! This place is great for vacation or special occasions.
Loved the experience…the drinks and food were great! The music was too loud for conversational speaking and the booth we were sat at needs to be repaired, especially when wearing shorts.
Overall, we had a great time!
Told my friends how much we enjoy this place when we come to vegas. So we came for my friends birthday. We had a 7:45pm reservation and we checked in with the host. At 8pm we were still not seated. Didn’t get seated until 30 mins later. Then we walk to our table and we have to stand there for a few more minutes because the table was dirty. Then we were at the table for 15 mins before our waitress comes. She puts waters down and then leaves. It’s another 10 mins before she comes backs and takes our order. The milkshake the birthday girl wanted they didn’t have ever the waitress said even though it’s on the menu. She then orders another one and then the waitress comes back 2 mins later to say they didn’t have that one either. She said it takes about 15 mins to make. My friend didn’t get her milkshake until about 30 mins later and then right after that our food came. On her milkshake the donut was stale. Overall it wasn’t the best experience.
Server took forever to see us.
I took 6 people in July 2021. We waited 40 mins after our reservation time. We were told 3 times they were cleaning the table. Our actual waitress was very nice. We only ordered the giant sunday. It did not look as nice as it did in the pictures online. It must have been served in a warm bowl because it melted very fast. Overall, our experience was just very unimpressive and after paying $75 for a "just okay" dessert, I would not take others back there.
Don’t expect the sugar factory to come close to having you a table ready near your reservation time! I still had to wait 30 plus minutes after my reservation time. Unacceptable wait for someone who checked in 15 minutes early with a reservation time.
I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and it turned out to be a good choice. The food was excellent! From appetizers to the main course, everyone in my party agreed that it was delicious. They make the best milkshakes I’ve ever had! At the end, the waitress brought a bowl of ice cream with a huge sparkler on it and everyone sang me happy birthday. It was PERFECT.
I always go here when I come out to Vegas but yesterday was very disappointing. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and both times it was raw from the center. Always cut your chicken in half to make sure it’s cooked. I would definitely recommend this place but make sure your food is cooked well or the way you want it.
This was a fun location to visit. Food was good. Milkshake was fantastic.
The hostess Genius didn’t seat our party together. We had be sat upstairs. The bartenders had to be our hostess waiter and bartender and DJ. The manager is garbage. After he was informed that we had no waiter he just came upstairs and looked around and did not help the staff. The burgers were pink inside for kids to eat. The waffle were packed from a store not even warmed the chicken has to much batter. Bad experience. Never again. I will never encourage anyone to eat there.
My food was great! I had the Surf and Turf and there was no problem with me switching the lobster to Salmon with my steak. It was too warm inside the eating area though and the drinks are definitely over priced. Doesn't matter how much smoke is coming out them glasses!
Food was great, service was fair for how busy it was however our reservation was for 7:30 PM, we arrived on time and still waited an hour to be seated. To my knowledge and understanding, a reservation is for our table to be ready upon arrival. Otherwise, what was the point of our reservation? It was not stated there would still be a wait time or that the reservation was just to “check in”. You need to be more specific on exactly what your reservation entails. People plan according to their schedule time and it’s very inconvenient when reservations are not reliable.
We was there from 6:15 to about 10, LITERALLY to eat and celebrate a birthday. Service was horrible and everything took forever and the waiter got our food wrong as well as our drinks. We ended up finally leaving and didn’t do the birthday celebration and the manager took the drinks off our bill. I was so mad and embarrassed because I highly recommended this place.
The waiters are over tasked so they forget orders!
