Sugar Factory - Las Vegas Boulevard
Sugar Factory American Brasserie plans what owners describe as “its largest and most lavish restaurant and retail complex to date” at Fashion Show mall.
The main dining room for this Sugar Factory American Brasserie takes up 12,500 square feet with an additional 3,500 square feet for the retail store, all on the first level. While candy has always been the calling card, this location will debut the brand’s new chocolate line. Guests can also get homemade ice cream, gelato, freshly made doughnuts, fudge-covered pretzel sticks, milk chocolate-covered Oreos, Rice Krispies treats and more here.

slow service and mediocre food
My niece and I had a great time. The rainbow sliders were fantastic! It's pricey for what you get and the staff seemed rushed and like they were ready to go home but otherwise we had a great time.
For a Fun day to enjoy sun
Great food and awesome desserts. Great for Instagram photos!
Came here for Sunday brunch sat close to the bar area was pretty loud but not a big deal, had to change tables due to an increase in our party size which hostess and server were accommodating was a little upset I wasn’t able to use the free avacado toast yelp check in with Groupon but got over it. Ordered the waffle burger which took one hour to come out which the manager came by and compd a dessert. Service was friendly and accommodating hate how the fries tasted like McDonald’s fries but will come back and order a new item to try.
Place was great. The only good service we received was from the bartender. Hostess was rude and the server was extremely disconnected. The servers attitude ruined our meal. Also mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and she did nothing.
We were charged for two $39.00 drinks when we only ordered one drink which was a virgin drink for my sixteen year daughters birthday, it was a dream of hers to have one of your drinks. So I ordered the drink without alcohol and I was told the drink was $35.00 I agreed as my daughter really wanted the drink. When the waiter came by i ask him if I could get the alcohol on the side and I the adult over 21 would drink it and he brought it to me in a plastic cup. When the bill came I saw where he had charged us for two $39.00 drinks and not one as I asked for. If this is not stealing then what is. I would like a refund from your company. We were there on Saturday, March 23rd @8:30pm party of 10 under Jacqueline Lester.
The quality of the food and service was well below standards especially for the price. It would only be a good place for drinks and dessert.
That was my first time going to the Sugar Factory. I've been wanting to go, so I can get my goblet. My best friend and I was not disappointed. I had a great time, burger was yummy, and the service was great.
The only reason I would recommend is because of the fun Drinks! Everything is super expensive! The food portions are really small for the price.
The restaurant was very loud - which is fine - but the tables were obnoxious around us.
It was fun because of the drinks but not what we hoped for.
Manager was awesome.
Food too expensive and very small portions. I ordered fish and chips that was $24 but they were the size of fish sticks and i only received 4 w/ a small basket of fries.
Overall some of the food was good the chicken and waffles was dry and the chopped salad chicken was dry. However the Mac n cheese burger and buffalo sandwich were very good. Our food didn’t take to long to get to us. Our sever always came around and checked on us.
Noise level was really loud and my server had a soft voice. I felt bad asking WHAT? So many times. The cracked leather wasnt comfortable against my thighs. The food was amazing and the service was good. I would reccomend this place
Chaz was a terrible server. We got there in the morning right when it opened and there were only 6 tables in use. We got one soda and then never got another one until we got up to leave. Even a manager came by asked if we needed anything and when we told him we needed drinks he said ok I’ll find him for you. It was 20 minutes later and we were irritated by that time. Then when we got the check he stood at our freaking table and never left. He watched my husband fill the tip. SO RUDE who does that? If this is how you treat your normal bread and butter customers no thanks we will choose another restaurant. Our bill was $165.00 and trust me it wasn’t worth it. Believe me in Vegas there are a lot of options. Thanks but no thanks!!
This place is a real treat! It's worth spending a little extra to have a great meal that's so fun and instagrammable.
The Sugar Factory is a fun and festive place! Great ambiance for all occasions. The drinks are amazing and the food portions are pretty good. We were seated at table that seemed like it was just put in the middle of the restaurant. It was right by the bar, surrounded by booths and tables next to the windows, so my kids had fun watching the drinks being made. But otherwise, it seemed like an awkward place for a table. Our server was ok...she completed the minimum requirements of greeting us and taking our order. The food was delivered by other people as it came out. We ordered the rainbow sliders, shrimp Caesar salad, fries, and calamari. I specifically asked for all the food to come out together. The sliders came out first....then about 5 mins later, we got our drinks. Then a few minutes later the rest of the food. Our server never came back to offer water or get us boxes. This meal was over $200....I would have expected better service.
Went there for my daughters 15th birthday and she definitely enjoyed it. Drinks and dessert were fun but wasn’t overly impressed with the menu for food choices. Definitely would go back but only for drinks & desserts.
The Berry Bliss and Fetticinie Alfredo were amazing. I wish there was more interactions done for the birthdays like i have experiences at other Sugar Factory’s i have been to.
The drinks were amazing - with the smoke from the dry ice, in enormous goblets, this was the best part of the experience. The food was pretty good, but not great. Nice presentation. Our server was slow and not very attentive - maybe she was just having a bad day. For the high prices of everything, you expect everything to be awesome, and it unfortunately wasn't.
Ambiance was great. The service was fine, but the food was not at all worth it. I will be telling everyone to go for the drinks and atmosphere, but leave the food alone.
The food was delicious. Such a fun atmosphere. Feels like you’re in Hollywood.....
I was excited to learn a new Sugar Factory was now in Las Vegas. My family and I regularly celebrated special occasions at the old one inside Paris and were sad when it closed. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this Sugar Factory. From the fact that you cannot figure out which door to enter from or where the hostess stand is, to a noise level that makes any sort of conversation impossible, to virtually non-existent service, to marginal (at best) food, to prices impossible to justify it was one terrible experience to the next. Stay away. This is Vegas - you don’t have to settle for overpriced, bad food and bad service. There’s plenty of options.
Excited to celebrate a birthday there, we booked with ease on OpenTable. We were quickly seated and the menus passed around. I have no complaints about the food. The shakes were quality and tasted better than they looked. All the food was impeccable. Our waiter on the other hand was the worst. He never came back to our table but to rush water to fill our glasses and run away without asking us how we were doing or even making eye contact. I had to raise my hand or holler at passing employees for service. We wanted a Birthday song and waited and waited for over 35 minutes to be addressed. Our table was full of our dirty plates we stacked nicely but he never came by to take them away. I was really angry and he didn't seem to care. I chose a 3/5 stars because the food was excellent but the service was terrible. No I would not go back.
Amazing experience, great food!
This was an amazing experience! We loved watching all the fun orders come out. We enjoyed every minute of it!
The food is just ok, but the desserts are great. It is very loud. Our waitress disappeared on us for 40 min. Thankfully the manager got our check for us and was very accommodating.
Good food... great drinks... SUPERB desserts!
We had so much fun and our waitress was great! Fun food and drinks and everything tastes great. This restaurant is a definite go-to!!!
For having made reservations 3 weeks in advance it felt like they just stuck us in the most random spot. The server was horrible, no personality and very annoyed by our questions. They has no sugar for our coffee. The Sugar Factory was out of sugar. Had to wait a long time for our coffee and the server hardly came back to check on us.
Service started out okay. The host took us to our table and it wasn’t clean/ready. No big deal. Upon sitting down, we were greeted by our waitress; we placed our order; food arrived with no issues. When we were done with our meal the waitress was nowhere to be seen; we waited about 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted a box by the table cleaner who was rudely reaching over our food before we could acknowledge her. Let’s just say we were finally able to leave the restaurant approximately 30 minutes after completing our meal. I’ve been to this establishment plenty of times but it’s hit and miss.
We wanted to order a 19.00 milkshake. We were told they didn't have any glasses available. That was the main reason we went there. Then we continued to see them bring milkshakes to parties that came after us. We had to speak to the manager more than once as well as our server to finally get one! Very expensive for average food.
I only spoke to the server twice in the hour and a half I was there. The food is expensive for what it is. A basic Cesar salad was 15 dollars! To add any meat topping??? 20 dollars. The food arrived a bit cold and flavorless. Not worth the expensive date.
This restaurant is so over-hyped. The food isn’t great and the service was horrible. It’s a fun place to go and look at the candy themed decor, but that’s about it. We spent over $400 on our party and most of us barely touched our food. We waited 35 minutes for our waiter to even offer us a drink and then he never came back with more water or asked how we were doing. We went to this restaurant when it was at Paris and the food seemed much better, but now everything seems commercialized. Their big thing is dessert and drinks and the shakes were good. If you like a lot of candy in your alcohol and cool instagram photo opps, this place works, but otherwise save your money.
Excellent service and food. Justin our server was phenomenal.
The food was incredible! Absolutely loved the decor in the restaurant! Staff excellent!
Love the ambiance 😊
Love the atmosphere
This was fantastic. The burgers were great and the cocktails were better.
