Sugar Factory - Las Vegas Boulevard
Sugar Factory American Brasserie plans what owners describe as “its largest and most lavish restaurant and retail complex to date” at Fashion Show mall.
The main dining room for this Sugar Factory American Brasserie takes up 12,500 square feet with an additional 3,500 square feet for the retail store, all on the first level. While candy has always been the calling card, this location will debut the brand’s new chocolate line. Guests can also get homemade ice cream, gelato, freshly made doughnuts, fudge-covered pretzel sticks, milk chocolate-covered Oreos, Rice Krispies treats and more here.

We love Sugar Factory- food and staff weren’t amazing 🥳💕
We came here for my daughter‘s birthday. The desserts are absolutely delicious! The food is very pricey and it is just average. I recommend coming here for the desserts only. They even charge you five dollars to get a birthday candle.
Not what we expected.
Food was mediocre, service not the best - Server could’ve been a little more friendly.
Good food. Service was a little slow but overall a good experience.
Honestly it was wayyy over priced for the quality of food and drink. The goblets are fun to grab if you’re on the strip but the food is not worth the price and our waitress was actually offstandish with us the entire evening
Food was mediocre compared to the price I got the salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes which cost $35 dollars and I was not impressed. Food tasted decent but quality definitely didn't match the price tag. The drinks were good but pricey as well. Overall it was okay no plans to return though.
Great place to have a party get together. Good selection of food and drinks and some of it eclectic--but hey, its Sugar Factory.
But, it was busy and way too loud to carry on much conversation. Music was very loud which caused everyone to have to speak very loudly. Takes away from the experience a little.
Food was awful and overpriced. Desserts decent. Dessert drinks are good but hardly any alcohol. Service is awful. Tourist trap. Way better places in Vegas.
The place just look basic, I was looking for something more classy, I was very disappointed. I wasn’t able to order what I want it, they were out of so many things no type of fish was on the menu which was my plan to have the salmon.
Over all, it was a little run down and not very clean.
The only complaint I have was that I ordered and egg Benedict and my egg yolk was cooked all the way threw sadly..
The food was great and a very good variety. Nice outdoor seating. Our server Harlan was great and went out of his way to make me an ice tea flavor that I wanted. Great place to eat on the Strip.
There website says open at 9am Friday-Sunday but we get there for our reservation and find out they don’t open till 10 on Friday! Change your website please!!!
We got to restaurant early for a large party. The table was ready and the restaurant was empty. The hostess was not going to let us sit and order drinks while we waited for the rest of the party showed up. Considering the restaurant was empty and we wanted to order drinks I was not pleased- We should have stayed at previous restaurant we were having drinks at. The food quality was poor and everyone agreed and 2 people actually complained of stomach issues after having the Alfredo. Very high priced for quality of service. Total tourist trap.
We had the unlimited mimosas for the Sunday brunch but you could hardly taste the champagne. The seat I sat on had cracks all over it which is no big deal except I was wearing shorts and the edges scraped and pinched my legs. Not the worst place but not the best place. For what we paid, it was definitely overpriced and the watered down mimosas made it even more so.
Food was terrible, restaurant was way too loud, but waiter was nice.
Fun environment with good drinks and great deserts lots of fun. Service was fine but food was mediocre.
We went here for my daughters birthday (teenager) and we got pretty much what we expected....good ambiance with fun shakes, fair service and poor quality food.
Yes, there are fun things to choose from on the menu, like $40 cauldron type drinks with dry ice, and colored buns on small sliders, but apart from the shakes, the food is really lousy. With the drinks and the ambiance I'm actually quite surprised by the incredibly poor quality of the food....it wouldn't take much to up some of the ingredients. The tomato bisque soup tasted worse than a can of Campbell's. And the buns on the sliders were rock hard.
The only saving grace was the support from management to provide a discount to Military (which my husband proudly served for 20 years). So yes, we'd come back for the shakes, but other than that, don't eat here and expect a delicious meal.
Friends bachelorette brunch.
Celebrating our Wedding day 👰🏻🤵🏻♥️
Food was good. Waiter was very attentive. Super cute.
The server was awful. He did not pay attention to us for most of the visit. We were not a difficult table by any means. We didn’t get a single refill, even though I asked for them.
Right when we were ready to pay (which we waited a while for) he said “oh, our credit machines are down so we can only take cash. Unless you want to chill for a while” (we were going on 2.5 hours at this point. My husband was outside with the kids because, they can’t sit still for that long. So the server came over and asked if we had figured It out. I told him i was waiting for my husband to walk back with the cash.
He said “oh, let me see if the cards work” took our cards and said “oh yeah, they worked”
Food was amazing and dessert was even better.
Server was very awkward & just seemed like he didn’t want to serve us. Also they had everybody in the restaurant sitting on only one side so we were all super close to one another.
Not a good first impression when over half the menu is unavailable including the drink menu. Basically, our party had no choice but to order burgers & the Sugar Goblets were limited to the ones that only had vodka. We were not told about the limited menu until after we were seated and ready to order. No discounts offered either. Very bad first impression.
Drink was really good but the food portion and quality did not match the price. I was super disappointed as it was my first time
After we received our water we were told they were out of ALL pasta dishes, no salmon, no whipped cream for shakes etc.??????
Disappointed staff informed us they were out of most of food that night and we were served drinks in plastic cups. The amount of money you spend here would expect better quality
I took my husband to celebrate his Birthday! We had a great time!! The staff was awesome and we loved the experience!
We will definitely be back!
Yes, maybe to go in for some treats. I thought it would be more kid friendly but it seems more geared toward adults as there is no kids menu.
This was our first visit to the Sugar Factory, and will probably be our last. The Sugar Factory is conveniently located in the Fashion Show Mall, across the street from Treasure Island and the Wynn. The décor was fine, but somewhat annoying with the looped video playing on the screen about all the famous celebrities that visit the Sugar Factory. If they were trying to sell themselves on who is seen at the Sugar Factory, I would have never gone in the first place. My wife had a artichoke dip appetizer/starter dish, I had a Club sandwich, and we both had a goblet drink each. The sandwich was good, and my wife said the artichoke dip was good also. Service was good with the restaurant being mostly empty (we had lunch at 11:00 AM). Was it over one hundred dollars good, no!
No había azúcar, mal servicio,
Great drinks. Great food.
Food and service was average, for an average restaurant, not a place marketed as upscale and filled with celebrities. Speaking of marketing maybe they should do some more as we were one of only five tables in the restaurant on a Sunday at 11am, prime breakfast time in Vegas. Maybe is was because of the way the place looked? Because I sure noticed the missing chandelier with the hole left and exposed wires on another? And the candy shop, yeah no, try not looking so much like a sweet factory and more like a Lolli & Pops. Even then, $22 for a sucker with some plastic rhinestones on it.. oh and to top it off my reservation was for the chocolate lounge for a birthday. Well the chocolate lounge is closed, and the outdoor space with it looks run down and cheap. And nothing came of the birthday part at all.
Didn’t live up to our expectations. The food was mediocre at best, service was lacking, on the plus side...the shakes were definitely good, but way overpriced. It was a one and done for us.
A little hard to find the door I went to a few different doors that were not the actual front door! Always a fun environment and great selections! We loved everything and will be back!
Service was slow considering the restaurant was not full. We sat outside and our server was working the bar and our tables. They need more workers.
Tbh I tried the sugar factory for the first time over this Labor Day weekend & I don’t see what the hype is about. Of course the cute drinks are cool but they weren’t that good or strong , also the food wasn’t good either. The service was okay. A lot of waiting happened and also they forgot to bring out my birthday dessert because they were so busy. If you wanna take cute photos and have a cool drink ( do something cute with friends) then this is the place for it. If you want a good meal you’ll be disappointed. I’m a vegas native btw .
I'm from San Diego and we have a sugar factory, but it is significantly smaller. This location was amazing and had so much more on the menu. The food came out fast and looked great. DESSERT WAS AMAZING! It was worth the trip and will definitely recommend to friends and family
The drinks and desserts are unique and adds a fun factor to the atmosphere.
I had an amazing experience there, the food was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sugar Factory and can’t wait to go back.
