Manager Alejandro worked around last minute seating arrangements for my autistic 5 year old which was SO APPRECIATED. I can't say enough positive things about sugar factory. We've had Bailey Chance & Aricka & they are all phenomenal servers. 👏 will be back everytime we get a chance!! 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Long wait in-spite of advance reservation and was provided with table on patio. Had to wait for 15 mins or so to get any waiter at the table once seated. if you are looking for a quiet dinner with your family or friends not recommended as music is too loud.

The hostess was very rude, and made us get up after putting in our order and move to another table even after our waitress asked for us to stay, sat at the table. In my face, she stated that she accommodated me in my party, and that we need to be kind enough to accommodate her in the worst tone ever. If she would’ve asked nicely, I would’ve felt entirely different about the experience, but she was just very rude. But there was another hostess there that was super kind. I believe their name was Trey, not entirely sure.

We dined at Sugar Factory for our daughters 13th birthday. Our server Jaz was engaging, fun & helped steer us in the right direction with food choices. Jaz & two other servers put on a fantastic happy birthday show and helped to make our daughter feel special!

So booked reservations (6:00P) for my wife's Birthday. Arrived at 5:50pm and not seated until 6:07pm. Place was slow and 80% empty. Host came from a back room with no urgency or customer service. Our waitress was "Jaz". She was pleasant, but uninformed on the menu items. My wife's drinks were to strong, but at $50 bucks a pop she drank them. The food was decent, but not as described upon order. Maybe it was just a bad experience, maybe that is how it is all the time? We will go back some evening just on a date a try it again. Hopefully they make it. It's a tough environment in the Town Center. Every customer, every review matters. Do Better is all I can say.

Service was amazing, everyone was fun and kind and they really create an amazing atmosphere. The food was awful though. No flavor in the burger, cheese balls were gummy, rice was over cooked, for that much money I expected better food. However if you’re going to a cool environment and amazing atmosphere this place is perfect, food though was on par with a dennys 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am so disappointed. We have dined 3 times over the last couple of months. Last evening we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. We made reservations weeks ahead of time. We ordered a celebration Birthday and were told we could order her preferred dessert to come out with the celebration dance/picked our song. I told the front desk as well as our waitress. She was super kind BUT we ordered the drinks for the kids, they didnt arrive. We ordered an app (chips/salsa/Quac.) at the same time. only our water was provided 1 time. Then my daughter's surprise dessert (which has explicit instructions to come with the Happy Birthday celebration dance/ song after dinner. I explained this (surprised ruined). then 20 minutes later they came again with her surprise dessert only (again, not until after dinner). About 45 minutes later, the app AND dinner came out. Still not drinks nor the 1 cocktail I ordered. So I Cancelled the cocktail halfway through dinner. AFTER dinner when I complained AGAIN that the large $28 drinks had not come out yet, they finally brought 1 of the 2 drinks. 10 minutes later the 2nd drink came - this is really fun having 2 13 year olds not able to celebrate together. The waitress complained of only having 1 bartender (not my issue - you could have explained this well over an hour and a half prior.) During this time, the waitress came over 4 times over hte course of almost 2 hours asking again for the song choice I already provided her. Clearly it wasn't put in but she said each time that we were in line. Never did she check on us otherwise. 3rd time they come with my daughter's dessert - not the others we ordered for the table. Then they came with the other about 20 minutes later - again, unable to eat together. Finally an hour and 15 minutes AFTER we finished dinner, they asked my daughter what ice cream and toppings did she want on her dessert - it came out wrong. arrived at 6:15 pm and left at 9:45. Never again!

We went on a Friday night and it was birthday party central. I can see why - the atmosphere was very cool. And our server was great. It was super loud though and my dinner food was just mid. Desserts and drinks were very yummy though.

The bartender Jody was absolutely amazing! We sat with him prior to our reservation time & he completely sold me on the SF. His energy, personality, everything was just thru the roof!!! Our waitress was Jaz & she again, knocked it out of the park!!! The whole experience was fantastic!

We had a reservation and were seated relatively quickly. The service was not good however and we weren’t even brought water or had our order taken after 20 minutes when we waved down a staff member. The food was hot and delicious but our drinks didn’t come out for another 10 minutes once we waved someone down. It was VERY noisy with inappropriate themed music and the dress code was very lax in decency for a place that prides themselves in children’s Birthday experiences. I saw someone’s entire bottom end with their very short skirt. Not even sure underwear were present at all! Not my kind of place.

What a horrible experience. I’ll start with the positive, if you want a big obnoxious birthday celebration and to get “Crunk” in his is the place for you, otherwise stay away. I took a friend and her daughter from out of town as a treat and after waiting for our reservation and were given the run around about a table we were sat, our table was near the door to outside so we were freezing sitting under a vent. Our server was nice but got the worse service ever. We were never given so much as silverware to eat our food. After 2 hours of freezing I finally grabbing the manager and told him this is ridiculous please get our check we are leaving. Even he couldn’t get us proper silverware and brought us plastic to go stuff and no napkins. I went to the car to ask for a metal fork. The servers are required to constantly required to perform birthday dances so they majorly cuts into their ability to actually be servers. I will never go to this location again. Ever. I gave the 2 stars because the sliders were decent, and the employees do put good effort into the birthday dancing that I’m sure people pay a ton for.

I walked in and thought it looked great inside, but it was EMPTY. Now, I know why. They were out of stock on so much. Tried to order a Corona on the happy hour menu and was told they have yet to have that in stock since opening. My friend was sent a chicken quesadilla without chicken. I ordered green beans with my meal, and the kitchen sent french fries instead of letting the server know. My friend is lactose intolerant. The kitchen was so slow. They were out of stock of all the desserts with cookies and cake that she could eat. They only have some of their ice cream options. We asked to speak to the manager, and he was insincere in his apologies. He said he was going to make it right and would be right back, but he NEVER returned. Our server was wonderful and trying his best. Even he was frustrated with the whole situation.

They were out of a lot of things. Especially desserts, which I find odd for a “Sugar Factory”. The waitress said because food truck comes on Tuesday and by the end of the week they are out. Not a good plan for a nice busy restaurant!! The food was good and the atmosphere was great but it took over two hours for our two meals and desserts. I would go back for the kids! I hope they get it together. Nice place!

Went there for my daughter's 10th birthday and few of her friends. They absolutely loved the vibe and the birthday celebration. Appetizers and Food entrees came out promptly, desserts were satisfying and worth it!!!!! Staff sat us early for our reservation and also asked if we needed anything. Would definitely go back again for any occasion. Thank you Sugar Factory from the Michigan guy, Go Blue!!!!!

Went for a teenage birthday dinner. Had a party of 10 people and everything was good! Service was good, wait was not long and food was hot and fresh! We had no issues even with a larger party! Would definitely go back! This was a good experience! Kam was our server he did a wonderful job with our party.

The atmosphere was fun and energetic. The service was slow and frustrating. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Then once we received water, it was another 10-15 minutes before the server came back to take our order. Then one of us received our food before the other. then our drinks came after our food. It was just not an enjoyable experience, despite the festive atmosphere. There were 3 employees at the hostess stand and plenty of servers in the restaurant.

It was cold so we was seated outside our waiter cane to our table a total of two times to bring food and drinks i order the super cheesy burger not knowing the waiter will pour a cup of melted cheese on top of my bun causing it to be ti messy to eat and soggy bread overall it wasn’t a good experience

The Sugar Factory in Jacksonville was everything we thought it would be and more! Our group drove there from Charleston and Savannah, and it was worth every penny of gas we used up- we are already planning our next return trip! The atmosphere was everything, the dancing was so hype, the food was REALLY GOOD, and our waiter, Chance…let me just tell you- was IT for us. If you call ahead to make reservations (which I highly highly suggest you do), ask to be seated at a table in Chance’s section! We asked the manager, Matt (who was also so very nice and attentive!) if we could ask specifically for Chance when we call to reserve our next visit, and he told us absolutely! The trip was already so fun, just because of the food and atmosphere; but, Chance and his beautiful shining personality took it to the next level for us…we felt like we had a new best friend by the end of our visit, and cannot wait to go back again very soon!!!
