   Came here to celebrate two friends birthdays. Our server was named Autumn and she was very rude at first seemed fine then tried to get her attention was given the finger to tell me to wait then waited 10 mins for her to come over as we wanted to get drinks ordered before happy hour ended! Then two friends talking but my other friend and I were speaking to her about drinks and she just clapped back at us to just never mind about our drink order and she would figure it out! We were discussing rim or no rim on the margaritas but I guess she was annoyed at our other two friends who were in a conversation. Then I ordered the $80 surf and turf with asparagus the meal came out with mashed potatoes, steak under cooked and then the lobster was burnt all the way through! I cut the lobster up to inspect it and when I made Autumn aware of the issue she said I can’t take it back you ate it!!! I explained no I cut it open and you can clearly see this is burnt!!! She rolled her eyes and took it back I then found the manager who took over our table and even after making my meal over it still wasn’t cooked right so I told the manager to never mind about a dinner choice for me! Needless to say drinks and desserts are fine but I do not recommend the food at all! Maybe other Sugar Factory locations are better in food service but not the Jacksonville location that’s for sure!

   Definitely loved everything! Kellie, Taylor, Greg were amazing the whole way through!!! They made sure we were good the whole time and even offered appetizers due to a small wait on the food. I definitely recommend because everything went smooth with my party of 25 🥳🥳

   Food quality and quantity was very good. Too many a la carte items. Drink prices are outrageous for the size of the drink. Would recommend this place but would tell my friends to be prepared for a large bill.

   We came for brunch. Several of us ordered omelets. They were all over cooked and cold. The home fries were a brown mush that was also cold an unseasoned. They brought out some hash browns to replace the home fries and they were like the kind you get from McDonalds, but not tasty, also cold and saturated with grease. Two friends got burgers and we agreed they were decent. We thought they would do a great job on a milkshake. Nope. It came out room temp. It was topped with a doughnut and some kind of muffin with greasy icing. Both of the baked goods were colder than the milkshake and tasted like a dirty refrigerator. The service was ok, but deeply unenthusiastic. A manager stopped by and we gave her our feedback and she apologized and said she’d have her manager stop by and give us a discount or comp because we didn’t eat our food. The second manager never stopped by and I think we collectively got - couple bucks off a meal that was ridiculously overpriced to start with. We had a great time laughing at what an abject disaster it was, so not a total loss, but I can’t imagine a scenario in which I would return to this place.

   The decor and atmosphere was great. The menu is extremely big, the food was very interesting they put a lot into making it different than anywhere else you go. But as far as food quality it was mediocre. The prices are high but to be expected from a place like this. The servers definitely go all out to make it an experience, very bubbly and outgoing. Overall good, will be back for my birthday when they can sing and dance for me!!

    Wasn’t the happiest with the service. Had a reservation at 9 and got sat and no one helped us for 15 minutes. Then another table got served before us and got help before us. Super upset probably won’t be back for a while. Drink was great but $40

    It was my son 9th birthday he loved the one in Orlando … our waitress had multiple tables still made sure we had our food and drinks.. my son hate having the attention on him they came out and sing happy birthday the whole restraint joined in… I had the birria tacos … my son had buffalo wings and he’s a picky eater.. my drink? I only could have one and I usually have a couple.. definitely will be back with my friends minus the kids lol

    Had reserved a table for my birthday party months ago, and was really looking forward to celebrating at Sugar Factory. Our experience was painfully bad. We were there 2.5 hours, most of it spent waiting on our food. Had to go up and ask for a manager twice…finally I went up and asked a hostess if we could just get our checks so my poor friends could leave. It was such an embarrassing experience…I feel badly for putting my friends through it. There were at least two other big parties celebrating birthdays and they both arrived after us and finished before us. It was a big disappointment from start to finish.

    The menu definitely gives a Cheesecake Factory type of vibe. Drinks are good but sweet. So if you don't like sweet drinks it's probably not for you. The manager was great, she was out checking on tables and making sure everything was going well.

    Besides the restaurant being absolutely beautiful, the service and quality of food was terrible. It took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive (margarita and two basic milk shakes). The food quality was terrible, the chicken had gross pieces init and for the price I expected better food. I would never return and would never recommend.

    Subpar compared to other SF locations. Go to Baha Mar in Nassau and learn how it is done. No adequate bday turn up. The music doesn’t get loud and the lighting doesn’t change. It gives regular restaurant bday vibes. We were disappointed. Fire alarm was going off because the kitchen isn’t properly ventilated. You pay for the vibes because no one expects the food to be amazing. It was lacking the vibes. Had a reservation, it was not packed and we still waited 20 mins to be seated.

    We had a 4 pm reservation, the place was still pretty empty yet we were sat right next to kitchen. We were not even approached by our server (or anyone) for at least 10 minutes when the manager walked by and said “you good?” When our server finally came she asked if we were “fine with water?” I asked for the happy hour specials and she said there weren’t any inside so we asked to move outside because the margarita was $10 LESS outside. We moved, the new server was nice, no napkins, silverware etc till we asked each time. Busser came to our table, paycheck in hand (while opening it) and we asked how is day was he said “great it’s payday and I am the master busser!” He then proceeded to walk away with no dishes/glasses etc. we were there for 1 hour tops, spent $200 on 3 apps and 4 happy hour cocktails. When we left, every single dish was still on the table. There was ONE other table outside and inside had more staff than patrons. Oh then the fire alarm went off (fine) but no one said a word about it. Even once the fire trucks showed up. The place has such potential but service and that manager specifically need some serious work. Sadly we will not be back and we will not recommend.

    jazz was amazing!!! We absolutely loved her. The only complaint I have is that there were multiple birthday people there. They sang to all of them however, they did not seem to my daughter, which was a little disheartening.

    The dirty dishes that we were finish with were left on our table so we didn't have room to eat our main courses Our food came out very late and our burgers were raw and undercooked when we asked for well done. The coffee that we asked for was cold and the hot chocolate that we asked for since the a/c was up so high and it was freezing came 45 minutes late as we were leaving. The ice cream celebration from the sugar factory for my son’s graduation came out as we were leaving as well . This sugar factory isn’t like the one in Miami. We will not be back.

    Folks please don’t waste your time with this restaurant… if they survive 2 years and are able to work the terrible service and mediocre food kinks out then I would possibly give this place a try again but beyond that wouldn’t bother…. Had a my husband’s birthday dinner there and it was terrible. I’m not sure why on a Tuesday when it was not full why it would take over 30 minutes to get dessert or beyond that why would I get served a burger with no fries or why my entree would come out before the appetizer or why with a reservation on a Tuesday it would take nearly 15 mins to even get seated…: the list goes on but the end result is the the same… if you know like I know skip this place and go to any other restaurant in the area… better bang for your buck! It seemed like they didn’t even finish the construction buildout of the place… looked like it was stitched together with left over parts from 5 other jobs! All celebrities please take this overpriced dumpster fire restaurant back to its original location!

    AHHHHMAZING!! The servers go above and beyond the expectations of making your experience SWEET. I’m so happy we have a Sugar Factory in Jacksonville FL now! The menu can be intimidating as it is wordy, but having options never hurt anyone, period! The environment was clean, has many backgrounds for photo opportunities, and a selection of delicious drinks for both the kids and adults :)

    Food way over priced, servers have a sarcastic attitude and dont want to help u. Do yourself a favor and dont order the Rainbow Sliders . They were severly smushed and manhandled and little flavor. The ladies bathroom situation for this size establishment has only 1 toilet. Yes 1 toilet. (Can seat 196 guests.) It isn't even labeled properly and the finishes on the walls with the grout looks like a child has installed it. The chocolate fondue was cold and gloopy and the cheesecake cubes were still frozen. No candle was underneath the dish to keep warm. Manager doesn't do anything to help. Would never go back.

    The food was delicious, but our waiter was annoyed and in a bad mood as soon as she got to our table. The AC was extremely low and everyone was freezing cold in that restaurant. The noise was pretty loud. I would of loved to given this restaurant all stars but my waiter disappeared on us plenty of times for long period of times as well.

    The sundae was the only redeeming factor here. The glasses had lipstick on them and were small so constantly needing a refill. The food was sub par at best and extremely overpriced for the quality and taste. Would not recommend at all unless going for Instagram pictures with cool drinks.

    The food was good but the specialty drinks we ordered never came. I had to ask the Manager about them. She said our ticket did not print to the bar, even though I asked our server about them twice. The Manager did comp our drinks and we received them before we left.     I have been to Sugar Factory in California but it was my first Jax, FL experience. We enjoyed it. Our waitress Kyra was amazing! The food, drinks and shakes were great! Even the kiddos enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this location.

    I know it’s early in their time here in Jacksonville but having been to a few other locations, I already had low expectations for the food quality. I was hungry so I went all in for the filet - it was over cooked on the outside (which usually means it was frozen, then thawed) and just not flavorful. Fried mac and cheese was cold, cajun pasta was small and plain, and son’s birthday burger was overcooked and tough. They definitely know how to celebrate a birthday though and I hope 🤞 they improve.     If you're in the mood to freeze, to get extremely over-priced mediocre food, to yell at your dinner guests to be heard, and to get poor service, this is the place for you. We ordered a salad with dressing on the side, and the salad arrived at the same time as our salmon entree, covered with a ton of dressing. We had to wait 5 minutes before the other entrees arrived. We ordered bread that never arrived, and the replacement salad with no dressing was coated with a lime, salty topping. Fajitas were just OK and the tortillas tasted gummy and raw.     For a new restaurant, it was very beat up and dirty. No soap in unisex restroom which was observed to be used by staff. Our server was very good but she was the only thing that made this a 2 star review. Food was nothing great and drinks and desserts are overpriced stomach aches. I will not return.

    The place looks great. The menu hsd a lot of varety, but lunch prices were high-$19 -$21 ish for a sandwich or burger with fries? And why $5 to substitute the fries for onion rings? The server was friendly and attentive, perhaps a bit too attentive. She seemed to be new and a bit unsure of herself The food finally came (took s bit longer than expected), the portion sizes were large, especially my friend’s burger. The food was good, but not great, nothing unique (which it should have been considering the price. This is Jacksonville after all, not Miami. I would probably go back, likely for happy hour and get drinks/apps…
