Cute place. Nice decor. No one was in there when we went so noise wasn’t an issue. The food was subpar at best. Sliders were optically fun, but dry and the buns were hard. The Mac and cheese pops were over fried. The milkshake was good but the cookie and donut that came with were not. Our server was lovely and my son enjoyed himself but would not go here again because the food was simply not worth what we paid.

I loved Sugar Factory. It was exactly what we wanted for brunch with my daughter. The only issue is that I sold her on the cotton candy drinks and they were out of cotton candy. Then they were out of eggs Benedict. At brunch! Loved the atmosphere but upset about not having the two things we really wanted! Then the to ho containers had what looked like dog hair on them. Very odd!

It was too expensive (even rhe servers singing happy birthday came with a 4 teir menu from $5 - $99). They asked the birthday girl which she wanted to buy. OMGosh! Drinks startes in the 20s for non-alcoholic & went to $52. Fun variety of drinks buy waaay over priced. It was super load. We were there around 6 / 6:30 & there were only 3 tables total. At one point they really blastes the music then turned it back down. The food was horrible. My tacos crumbled in my hand when I picked it up. It didn't fall apart; it crumbled. We had a cook from another restaurant with us who said the hamburgers were very over cooked. His food BTW was forgotten to be made. the Pasta dishes were mushy and lacked flavor. The total bill for 7 people was $350. We only got 1 alcoholic drink and no appitizers, desserts, or shakes. I will say our server was very good. We will not be back.

Everything is insanely overpriced for the quality. Low tier bar food at best. Service is slow, we had to wait with our food in front of us for 5min to get silverware and napkins. The volume of the music is lunacy, you can’t carry a conversation with the person next to you. Even the kids don’t want to go back. (Restaurant was half empty on Saturday at 7pm during graduation season)

Hidden fees for service and added gratuity for small table. We got charged $40 for 2 wait staff to sing happy birthday... The restaurant was very hot and the food was very average and EXTREMELY overpriced. This is our second time going, and it has gone downhill.

We showed up, following our days in advance reservation, on Mother’s Day, only to find many other families just sitting in the parking lot. We quickly discover that the business was closed without notice, on Mother’s Day. We were required to provide a phone number for the reservation (on Mother’s Day) and heard nothing from them to advise as to their sudden closure. Securing Mothers Day reservations can already be difficult and so with nowhere to go upon their sudden closure, we will never go back. Sugar Factory was a disappointment, and not what one should ever expect from a ”hospitality” business.
