It was just as other reviewers described as having slow service and OK food, but I went with it because it was so convenient to the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel. 3 minute walk. Can’t beat that. But we did have to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated even with reservations and a half empty restaurant (the hostess has to set up the tables), another 15 minutes to get a server, and when the food finally came it was just good enough but not delicious. Large parties tend to eat here which contributes to slow service, however, knowing this, the restaurant could staff up especially on weekends but they did not.

Brought my niece here for her 10th birthday. Her drink took 25 minutes and the food was salty and gross. Server rarely stopped by to check on us. Overall very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Went here to celebrate my birthday… never again. The food is mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality. It was not flavorful, came out cold, and overall just bleh. The service was also mediocre. They have a charge for everything.. a restaurant fee, a fee for photo, a fee for the birthday dance…i didn’t even get the basic “happy birthday” thing they do… I wouldn’t recommend for anything other than the vibe… the restaurant itself is so girly and beautiful!

I brought my daughter for her birthday and the goal was to give her and amazing experience and that was achieved. It was pretty empty when we walked in at noon. Reservation wasn't needed at all for but west gate as a whole was pretty empty. The food was just ok. For the price, I would have liked the quality to be far better. But again, for the experience. I tried ordering a few things off the menu but a few things were not available. I think there was one other waitress aside from mine so service wasn't as quick as I'd like it to be but totally not her fault. She did the best she could. Even with not a ton of patrons, they could have used a little help. I give it a 4 because my daughter loved the experience and her brothers who joined did as well, but again, for the price, the quality of food needs improvements. The specialty drinks and milkshake were great.

The food was OK, but it’s way too overpriced. It was a little bit dirty. We had water spilled all on their table before they even sat us down. The air conditioner was broken, and the surface was a bit slow that we stood in there way longer than anticipated, even though the restaurant was empty All the food that was supposed to be cold was hot. I guess due to the air conditioner, being out even our drinks felt warm even with ice in it.

Went there for Mothers Day brunch. We had a party of 10, our table was ready but noticed it was quite warm in the restaurant (no AC). The weather outside was over 100 degrees that day. Food and drinks were very good. Felt terrible for the staff who had to work without AC on a very busy day.

We made a reservation days in advance for my granddaughter’s birthday! It was a Friday. We were greeted on arrival and sat at a table. The server got us some water. We decided to go into the candy store and take some pictures of the cute things hanging on the wall. That’s how we noticed how hot it was. We got done with our pictures and sat down and realized that the air conditioning was not working unless establishment it took about 20 more minutes for our server to come back and ask us for our order and by that time I was already upset. Do you think making a reservation the establishment would reach out to you and let you know that there is no air-conditioning. And on a sidenote, their big screen TV was broken and wasn’t working.
