Sugar Factory - Foxwoods
Most of our group food arrived lukewarm.
A $35 chicken overdone. Charged for 2 drinks. Never ordered the 2nd.
Fun place lots of young people.
Delicious and fun! Great atmosphere . Cant wait to go again. Music was great. Upbeat
Great party place!! The food was so so, the drinks were amazing but expensive, but they were so fun so it didn’t matter! We would definitely come back!
The waitress was extremely nice and friendly. The environment was great, but my lobster arrived cold which was very disappointing
It was enjoyable
Very expensive especially for kids occasions it adds up!
Food is extremely overpriced dessert is crappy. Only good thing is the drinks, if you get them without booze
Food was amazingly good and hot and portions were beyond reasonable. Service was outstanding
The lights were down a little too low. Everyone around us was using their flashlight on their phone to read the menu. Great food and delicious desserts.
This has to be only for special occasions, it is sooo expensive but I do understand it is about the experience. I think they should have smaller goblet options
I can’t really understand the attraction because it’s not that unique. I had expected many more dessert options in the “sugar” factory but the focus is really on the drink bowls with lollipops stirrers. The Red Velvet cake was dry and tasted like it had been frozen. We had to keep flagging down the server, the colorful sliders were cute but extremely dry and tasteless, and the experience was disapointing
Fun place! Exciting drinks. Would definitely go back again
Food extremely overpriced
No kids menu
Would not recommend dinner, possibly just going for dessert.
Fun novelty place but service was so, so. It is extremely expensive for what you get
We had a blast! The Sugar Factory did not disappoint! Great way to celebrate a birthday. Worth every penny!
The one thing we drove 100 miles for was no longer on the menu... My bad for not checking, Oh well!!!
Really cool environment, but wasn’t crazy about the food, especially for the price
This was my third time at Sugar Factory in the past year. My two prior visits were outstanding. I had pancakes one day and a burger the next, both great. This time I had chicken and waffles...waffle was just ok and chicken was dry and overcooked. Music is very loud. I did have the grape crush cocktail and that was really good.
Fantastic service and great ambiance- if you leave hungry, you ordered wrong!
we've been to this sugar factory a couple of times. It can get rather crowded near lunch or dinner but we book a table on open table online and usually get in within 30 minutes or less without any issues.
This is my 4th time and service and food is always amazing.
The food was ok, the goblets are good just overpriced for the amount you actually get. The service was not very good. Our waiter took a long time to come over and wait on our table. It was not busy at all. Then after our food arrived he never can back to check if we need anything.
The drinks are the best part, a bit pricey but so many fun and unique ones to choose from. The food and service were just ok. Recent reviews had me very concerned about the music volume for my autistic son, it turns out we didn't need to be concerned during our visit. Will go back but probably only to try the milkshakes.
Had a wonderful first visit to the sugar factory. Kids loves their goblet and milkshake and the food was very good. The staff brought out the incredible sundae at the end of the meal to celebrate an anniversary. Was delicious, but too big to finish after such a filling meal. Would recommend to anyone looking for fun and good food and drinks
Pricey but the kids really enjoyed it. It’s definitely a fun place to go occasionally.
service was bad!!! items that were ordered never came out and we had to ask the waitress to remove them from the bill. music was too loud, lights flashed on and off constantly. we couldn’t enjoy each other’s company.
Our waitress was pleasant and attentive.
Food was ok.
Drink was disgustingly sweet and heartburn inducing and not worth $36.
My biggest issue was the cleanliness especially in the ladies room. On the night we were there only 1 stall was somewhat acceptable to use the others were clogged. Toilet paper was thrown everywhere, both soap dispensers had no soap and there was trash piled up under the sink. Now I dont know about you but if I'm ordering 1 drink somewhere that costs $36 I expect the restrooms to NOT look like a truck stop.
The food was good but definitely not worth the price. Not to mention that we were charged extra to change fries to mashed potatoes... never had to pay a fee to substitute a side but whatever.
The sugar factory is so much fun! Unique menu from Super Cool Drinks to Super Food! Great Customer Service!! We will be back for sure!!
Not worth the hype and very overpriced for low quality food.
Food, service and special drinks were 👌🏽
The food and drinks are so overpriced. The salad I ordered iwas like $30 and it was like a bag salad from the supermarket. The waiter messed up two of our orders and one of our family members had to wait 15 minutes for their salad to come out after we had all been served.
Everything in general was good but 2 of orders were breakfast items one was pasta. Pasta was warm but breakfast was cold
Very loud music not appropriate for my family cuss words
A friend of mine is visiting from China. While the prices were a little on the expensive side, the food was amazing, portions fit the amount paid, and just an overall amazing experience. It was the perfect place to take him before he left to go home.
Too expensive and food was nasty. Mac and cheese balls were as hard as a rock. Sliders were hard
We had an unforgettable time and will never forget it!
I would recommend the Sugar Factory if you thing is paying $26 for soda with 6 pieces of penny candy in it ... very disappointed
