Had to ask for napkins and ketchup, utensils and we had already started eating. Needed more water and could not find our server. Very expensive for the quality of food, kids loved their food. Pink and blue burger, chicken tenders and sweet potato fries were great. The ice cream sundaes were a win for celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday. She enjoyed them singing to her too, that was a fun memory or our day.

Food is subpar, the only reason to dine at this restaurant is for the shakes and treats. Our server was non attentive. We were there for our 11 year olds birthday and it was a disappointment.

Went for my birthday with my family and a few friends. Service was so horrible my kids never got their drinks, even after politely telling the server they still hadn’t had their drinks. Spent so much time sitting and waiting we went somewhere else for dessert, which sucked cause that was one of my main reasons for going there! This is a good vibe for when your out with friends, have some time on your hands, and don’t mind basic diner food. Drinks are good but dry ice portions make drinks clumpy and if you happen to swallow some some it is not a pleasant feeling.

It was a great experience. Love the theme and decor of the restaurant. Prices are a bit too high but for occasional dining, it was worth it. Drinks are really delicious. It was a bit too noisy, it was hard to have a conversation. A but too many children than I like to see.

The food was mediocre and the service was poor. Our waiter never checked on us, didn't provide utensils or napkins, didn't refill waters, didn't bring enough drinks and brought us our check 10 minutes after we received our food.

My sister wanted to go to Sugar Factory for her birthday. I was visiting from 1200 miles away so, I told her I would take her as a gift. I have been to another Sugar Factory so, I knew not to expect much. The Sugar Factory in MOA met my expectations. We had burgers and fries - a burger at Wendy's would have been better. I warned my sister so, she was not surprised that the food was mid at best but, I was hoping the service would overshadow this negative; sadly it just added to it. Yes, you go to the Sugar Factory for the pretty drinks but even that was lackluster. My advice, go somewhere else if you're hungry and actually care about receiving great service.

Did not receive my $32 drink until after we were finished eating and I had to ask about it, then i watched all the staff try and figureout how to make my drink because the bartender was not around. Fries were soggy and cold, did not receive correct order, waitress only stopped back after we were almost finished, restaurant was hot.

Fun atmosphere, unique food options, fun drinks but the service we received was poor and you are paying for the experience, not so much the quantity of food. The waitress we had first took around 30 minutes to see us, then when she took our order it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 15 after that for food. When the drinks came and she poured them she over flowed them and then just a casual oops and never cleaned it up. We asked for napkins but ended up having to walk up and get our own from the bar because she never came back with them as the drink ran off the table and on the chair and floor (would explain why the floors are so sticky). A couple beside us had the same thing and just up and left without even drinking their drinks at all. $17 for a drink that is full of ice, a few pieces of dry ice to create a bubbly experience, and a couple gummies with about 12oz of actual drink. Food was not bad, but be aware burgers do not come with fries, you have to order them separate. Had to ask for silverware from the front host as the waitress never brought them over. Was there for my daughters birthday and told them that and the waitress forgot about it until we were irritated enough that we just asked for our check so we could leave and then she all the sudden remembered, maybe she was too busy shopping since we saw her leave empty handed and then come back 15 minutes later on the phone and carrying shopping bags. Overall a good concepts, just very poor service (not speaking for all waiters/waitresses, just ours) and price seems high for what you actually get.

The only possible reason to go is a kid's birthday. The $28.95 drinks are pretty, but only about 3 ounces of actual liquid. Burgers are passable, but so salty! We waited 30 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for food, and it was not busy. The last straw was not having silverware. Really tacky.

We didn’t even get to eat. Our reservation was for 11. We got there and waited for 10 minutes when finally someone came to the front saying they could find keys to open up. Waiting for over 25 minutes and they never got the door open so we left.

Wasn’t quite what I expected. They were out of ducks for the rainbow burgers and cotton candy. Sitting area is very small. Drinks with alcohol are $30 and nonalcoholic drinks $20. Doubt if I ever go again. Went this time because it was my daughter’s 24th birthday and this is really where she wanted to go

We were not seated at our reservation time, floors were gross and sticky. Served water from dirty cups. Given a different glass of water and it too was dirty. My daughters birthday was that day and it was a bad start. After what appeared to be a bit of irritation for letting our sever know the cups were dirty he told us we had a 10 minute wait to be able to order. So we didn’t eat we left to eat at a different, clean, friendly location. Thank goodness the Mall has so many options. A different restaurant made my daughter feel special and made her smile for the money we were ready to spend.

My children and I made a special 3-hour trip to visit this establishment and was very disappointed. First impression the host stand had sticky tape marks on it where letters had fallen off and were not replaced. Next when we sat down the server told us about everything that was not available which was most of the signature items. I had been here a year ago with a friend of mine and had a great time, things clearly have gown down in quality and quantity.

The decor and design was exciting, the ice cream and drinks were amazing, the food was decent I was expecting a little more dazzle dazzle or wow factor in the flavors or seasoning of the food for the price, we went for a birthday and it was fun, definitely recommend for a cool date or bday. We’d go back again

Overpriced food and drinks. Hype isn't worth it. The location in the MoA is the smaller version so it felt more like a fast food place (hence the name "express"). It was a disappointment for me and overall an unmemorable experience. Wish I could have bought the glass goblet though.
