Our fast casual dining experience carries all of the whimsy and fun Sugar Factory is known for, in a more casual environment for the whole family.
Known for its famous candy accessory, the Couture Pop, Sugar Factory has many celebrity fans including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Flo Rida, Hailee Steinfeld, Katy Perry, Scott Disick, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Jerry Seinfeld, Selma Hayek and Mel B. Guests can expect a whimsical candy land experience with floor to ceiling candy bins, fun retail items, homemade gelato and artisan coffee. Fun place for both adults and kids. You can have candy or alcohol with dinner, and you make the choice.

I booked this for my daughter’s bday celebration. The host said happy bday but other than that, it was a major disappointment. They were out of cotton candy so the drinks she wanted were out of question. Then my son ordered buttered noodles and the server said we had to order the main entree of Alfredo and she could “put it on the side” (nice way to make some money). Our server was MIA most of the service. We sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for the check. I finally had our entire crew stand up so she would pay attention (there were two tables in the entire restaurant- ours was one of them). Food is mediocre at best. You go for the experience and today, they missed in every level.

I feel as I’ve only paid for the ambience. The food was below average standard. My air fryer could have made better chicken wings . Food was wrong initially even tho it was ONLY three other family there. The customer service was ok we had two servers one in training loved her energy and other one was okay no complaints. Just wasn’t a vibe for birthday celebration.

It was our daughters’ bday and the service was great! They made it special and we had a great time. The food/drinks were expensive but for a special occasion we could justify it. Portions were huge!

Drinks were good. Food was average. Definitely not worth the price. I would go back for just the drinks even tho they were overpriced. Paying for the name not the quality. It was never crowded the entire weekend. Definitely does not require reservations.

Salad was literally just romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I can make one way better at home. My sandwich was almost as if chicken tenders came from the grocery store freezer. Flat bread pizza was awful. Really regret it and way overpriced. My daughter would have rather have gone to McDonalds and had a better experience. Really unfortunate
