   I've given Sugar Factor 2 tries now and will not be back. The service has consistently been slow. Our reservation was at 1045am, only two table of customers were in the restaurant when we arrived, it wasn't until 1115 when we received water. My niece ordered strawberry pancakes and asked for powdered sugar, they came out with wheat pancakes that had strawberries on them, no powdered sugar had been added, although the menu said buttermilk, she got wheat. They were dry and crumbled as she tried to pick them up with her fork. My other niece ordered a coffee drink and asked for the waffles to be placed on the side and not on the drink, I guess they also meant not to put the caramel drizzle that comes on the drink so we had to send that drink back. I had an omelette and home fries, the home fries came out slightly warm and not hot or crispy, they tasted as if they had been sitting a while and not what I expected for the long length of time we waited to get our food. I also ordered a mimosa, we were half way through our meal before I received it. Their service time doesn't make sense for the low number of tables that were being served in the restaurant. I've worked in restaurant business before and the level of service is unacceptable. I don't see how they can remain in business long-term.

   Food was not great but the atmosphere was amazing. Service was pretty slow but they were busy. Would be nice to be able to actually see the bill before paying. And had a gift card but they wouldn’t allow any rollover which is crazy.

   The service is slow and terrible then you are hit with a mandatory 20% gratuity. Not worth it!!

   Sugar factory is really nice it’s a place where all ages can attend. The food is a bite over priced but I under the exposure of busy they receive from celebrities.

   Over-priced. Run down. Food was adequate at best.

   I fully expected it to be packed but it really wasn’t. We had Brunch and it was just ok. Next time we’ll order off the regular menu. The drinks are REALLY sweet. Most items were shareable. Over all my 9 yr old enjoyed it for her bday.

   Our waiter was unfriendly, checked on the table once and then another waiter was kind enough to bring us our bill, we WAITED and no one came up to us to pick up our card Mind you all the big tables were being taken care of we were a small table so if you’re bringing 4 people or less do not bother! take it to go, they won’t even come pick up your card We had to walk to the front to finally pay, with the manager who did not even apologize walked off with the card, and then came back (don’t know why he was looking for the waiter) we did leave a tip because we have manners but the staff definitely didn’t.

   We took our twin girls to celebrate their 11th birthday. This place is not kids friendly. Music extremely loud, service took forever and dancers were inappropriate for kids. This place looks so pretty in photos but definitely not for kids.

   Sugar Factory-Dallas was everything and then some....I love this experience the food was great or waitress was great! I give Sugar Factory -Dallas 10 Stars.

    absolutely awful food and horrible service!!! do not recommend! more hype than it’s worth especially with the prices! added a 20% gratuity with out us knowing about it and we were nice enough to leave a tip (not knowing there was a gratuity) even though our service was horrible and didn’t deserve even $5 for a tip but with the gratuity they got a $54 tip for doing pretty much nothing with the quality of service we received.. so disappointing!
