the place needs some upkeep. neon signs were burned out, walls were dirty, bathroom smelled terrible and was very unclean. the staff didn’t have much energy, except for our server. everyone just seemed unhappy to be there.

The service was almost non-existent. The food was terrible. The restaurant was dirty and in in need of a good cleaning. The prices were way too high for such a horrible experience!!!! This was our second time to come…hoping the first time was just an off day for the staff but we should have learned from the first time.

Horrible service. I never leave bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. We did not feel like making a big issue of it while we were there since it was my daughter’s birthday and we didn’t want to ruin the experience with her and her friends even more. Our waitress barely checked in on us, would not take dirty plates off of our table, and delivered her birthday cake on a table of filth with zero room. No apologies were given even after mentioned.

We had an excellent time at Sugar Factory! My advice for those of y’all who are looking to come here; book a smaller group and come at a time that’s not 6:00 pm on a weekend or holiday. The service when we’ve gone has always been amazing! Our food and drinks were tasty as well. Kobe and Christian have been our servers in the past and they’ve both been excellent!! Dominique the manager also came out and asked us about our experience and we were able to rave about our time. She gifted us with birthday shots for my friends birthday. By the way - the shots were delicious as well!! Overall, we’ve had an amazing time, but we’ve come in during non-peak times with a smaller group. If you’re looking for a similar experience, I recommend you do the same! :)

Food is mediocre for the price and those $45 drinks are not worth it. I drank the Strawberry Cadillac Reposado and wasn't even buzzed, ah what a disappointment.

Our server was very nice but overall the restaurant service was terrible! Took forever to even get water, wines on the menu were out of stock, food came out wrong- went back to the kitchen and took 30 min to come out again. The birthday music played so loud my family covered their ears. Had to ask for silverware, napkins and an extra plate. The food is fun, colorful and well presented but for a $200 meal 😠 you definitely expect better service.

They charge tip them self’s and it was only three of us and we didn’t know and we gave them more tip she got from me 50 dollars of tip and not sure sure mucha from my other Two friends

Our server was inattentive and didn’t seem to care. I’m not sure adding 20% on to every ticket upfront is getting them many extra tips. $400 spent for my daughters birthday to be ignored and get mediocre food

Egg on egg Benedict was cooked!! Not poached. Waitress wasn't very attentive. Called her twice as she walked by. The manager is the only reason I'm giving one star. When we got there she greeted us immediately and checked on us while we waited for our table.when we were seated she also came over and checked on us before our food came to ensure we ordered. She was amazing, she gets 10 stars!!

Had to check out and I’m happy witj did. Pretty much what I expected. A cool restaurant with over the top food items and such but ok food. Our server was very friendly and I think she did a very good job. The decor is pretty cool and plenty of places for Instagram pictures for those who like that. I can probably come back if visitors from out of town want to check out a place like this one.

I went to celebrate my child’s birthday and it was our first visit. We were seated but it took awhile for someone to come and great us. When we did order there wasn’t a barista and had to check if they could even make a certain food item. The food staggered out and the birthday child didn’t even receive her order. I had to ask and wait longer while the rest were done eating. I don’t agree with the mandatory 20 percent that’s automatically on the bill. For the amount of money that was spent it wasn’t worth the experience.

The food was okay. The drinks are overpriced. The service was subpar. You are only paying for an experience. There’s an automatic 20% fee & none of it goes to your actual server, so be prepared to tip way more so your server can get some compensation. Overall disappointing.

Love the service mellissa does a great job every time we go there. The smoke was really bad yesterday vents in the kitchen were not working and the staff were complaining about the smoke i just believe that they should have closed but instead it just seemed it was all about money we couldn’t stay long because the smoke was burning our eyes

I took my daughter here for her birthday during the day. It started off fine but the music being turnt up and down incredibly loud was off putting. I think there needs to be a time for certain types of music to be played. The service was very slow, although the waiter was kind. The food was tasty, but very overpriced. There were bugs flying around which simply changes the dining experience. It was a very hot day in Dallas, so the air was barely working. All of the negatives caused us to end our dining experience early. I do not plan to return because of the sub-par experience we had.

I was not pleased with my visit to the Sugar Factory. The restaurant had an odd smell. The walls were dirty and the table was sticky. The women’s’ bathroom had paper towel thrown on the sink and the floor. I requested a a burger cooked medium and there were raw pieces of meat inside. The buns on the rainbow sliders were tough. It was not a positive experience at all. Our server was the only good part of our visit.

The place was dirty from the floors to the utensils napkins being covered in lint and the restrooms have over flow of napkins in the trash can. We also didn’t feel cared for with service, I guess they don’t care to check in on their customers since they get 20% of gratuity regardless. So overall not a great experience and don’t recommend anyone going.

Nice atmosphere!!! I had my birthday dinner here and let me just get into it. Took 20-25 minutes just waiting for DRINKS and our order wasn’t taken until almost an hour after being seated. My friends ordered the burgers and fries and their food was cold🙄 my pasta was fine but definitely wasn’t worth the 40 dollars I spent on it. The service was decent when it was received but took forever to bring things such as extra napkins, silverware and ranch. I expected more from this place if I’m being honest but it is what it is and you live and learn

Instagram worthy drinks and dessert looks wise, but fell short on taste. Our server was not the most personable for what is supposed to be a fun place. Parking situation is terrible, especially when valet isn't at stand. My 13 year old loved it for her birthday party, so I was happy with it. I would never go back on my own though.

Burgers were good. Shake was amazing! Waffle was pretty stale. Service was slow, but it was busy at the time. Restroom was very dirty. Very loud music and twerking. Wouldn’t recommend taking kids here.
