    Took my girlfriend out for our 1 year anniversary, to say we had a great time wouldnt do it justice. We had such a great time. The service was excellent, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly than they were. The food lived up to the hype as well. The Drinks were easily the best part however. A unique experience that we will remember and will definitely be coming back to experience again in the future. 5/5 and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

    The food was amazingly good. The sever was super nice and friendly to my family . The problem is when we arrived waited at the podium for 10 min before being greeted. The waitress was the bartender and hostess all in one this place had a serious staffing issue . Everything takes so long it make the experience not enjoyable.

    My son thoroughly enjoyed himself for his birthday! The 24kt burger was delicious! The only draw back was the music for the theme, it skipped and ruined the video.

    Waited 15mins over my reservation, waited another 10-15 for service to take my order, food took 20-30 minutes. My shoes stuck to the floor and some of the wait staff was rude. Overpriced and dirty.

    Me and my family came here for my daughter graduation and when I say 10/10 I mean 10/10. Alicia our hostess was the best , she truly made our experience visiting here 10xs better. The food was amazing , everything was delicious. Good drinks and vibes with my family. Thank you Sugar Factory and Alicia .

    The mini sliders were cute but the beef was over cooked. The grilled ham and cheese was near inedible. The ham was fatty and sliced too thick for this type of sandwich. Way overpriced! And finally, why would you have a kid-inspired restaurant with NO children’s menu???? We will not return or recommend.

    Not worth the hype! I made reservations, got there @2 minutes before & checkedIn with the young lady. Mind you as soon as you approach she asked me my reservation name so I’m like ok they must really cater to reservations. She said it will be a few moments. I noticed a woman come about the same time with a child (I don’t know what was said) & they went back outside, back in again to go to restroom & back outside. At this point we have waited @15 minutes so I ask how much longer, she says she has to seat us in order of reservation & they are waiting for the woman with the child entire party before we can be seated. I tell her that my entire party is here & there is only (3) in my party. She explains that the woman’s reservation was before mine & she has to seat us in order of reservation time. That is poor customer service as I’m on time with my entire party. I was ready to go at this point @ 24 minutes after my reservation but my daughter wanted to stay. We were seated at the same time as the tardy party. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

    Service was good. Food so-so. Flys were biting my arms & side of my face. I found several gnats in my food & expressed my concern to waiter. He said management was aware of issue but that pest control was very busy at the present time.

    Maybe it was the location, I have been to the Atlantic City and Dover and it was much better. The food tasted out of a microwave, there was trash on the floor, I got some sort of candy stuff on my arm and pants from the table and chair. We only saw our waitress when we placed the order, when we got out food and when she asked if we needed a box because we weren’t eating. Not worth the money

    Save your time and money. They were out of lots of items. We spent $300 for 2 children and 2 adults and we didn't even get dessert. They couldn't even give a receipt at the end because they had no paper. I will never go back!

    While we rated the service as poor, it was no fault of the staff working. There were 2 people handling the hostess station, serving, bar, and bussing. These 2 girls were doing the best they could, but were obviously very understaffed for a Friday afternoon. Ambiance was fun, and what we expected. This could have been a much better experience if they had enough staff to support the business.

    The service and ambiance was wonderful. However we were disappointed with quality of the food. Based on pricing we expected a higher quality of food. We frequented the NYC locations prior to the pandemic and we were never disappointed. We had high hopes with this being our first visit after the pandemic.

    I have been to 5 sugar factory locations - Vegas, NYC, Bahamas, Atlantic City and Cherry Hill. Cherry hill was awful. The service the worst. We waited 45 minutes for drinks, we were seated for an hour before our food order was taken. I ordered chicken and waffles for dinner. The chicken was over cooked but the waffles were good. The drinks were completely watered down and had hardly any alcohol. We were a group of 5 and still had a great time together but I do not recommend this location at all.

    Don’t waste your time or money. Our waitress, Janet, was awesome but everything else just sucked… the candy store was empty, as usual. And the prices are outrageous for the amount and quality of the food. Do yourself a favor and skip this Kardashian fad restaurant

    There is a 20% mandatory gratuity whether the service warrants it or not! Unfortunately that was the case today. There were only two people available for the entire restaurant and bar service. (The drinks were excellent!). One of our sandwiches was dry and tasteless. The other adequate! Very expensive!

    Our server was wonderful. However, the prices were extremely high and unreasonable for what you got. $35-$40 for one non-alcoholic fancy looking beverage. $50 if you wanted alcohol. Lunch and dinner prices were astronomical. A nice option to go to whens just for the experience, but will never return.

    The portion sizes are very small for the price you pay. The brick chicken breast was the smallest I have ever seen. Also, steak stir fry was mainly rice with a small pieces of meat. Taste was average at best. Everything is overpriced. Shake sizes are small.

    We waited forever to be seated (no hostess), no one seemed to want to take our order or simply give us some water (there were maybe 3 other tables in the entire place)… I wanted fondue and they said they haven’t had it for a long time (but still on menu)… we waiting for over 30 mins for our food (2 orders of waffles) and THEY WERE AWFUL (the waffles were sour, soggy and spongy)… then we waited for a LONG time to get the check (20% tips were automatically added)! I actually had to stop the person (a manager?) who was counting money and asked if I could get the check. We were there for over an hour and none of the tables from before us were ever cleared the entire time (we asked for a booth and they said those tables were dirty)… ALL 4 OF US thought the food was bad - we only ate the fruits & chocolates on our waffles and couldn’t wait to get out of there! It’s a shame because we had high hopes and were excited to go there for a birthday celebration… PS the ONLY thing that was excellent about this whole experience was when they came out with a song & candle on the waffles.

    Food was horrible, rainbow burgers were super hard my baby couldn’t even eat them. Grilled cheese was burnt on the bread but cheese not melted! Waiters shirt was so disgusting I honestly didn’t want her serving me. Overall I wouldn’t go again!

    Level of service was terrible and I believe it's because a 20% gratuity is charged regardless of party size. The food was meh at best. I'm not sure what the hoorah is about this place but for me way overpriced bar food. The $47 dollar drink is ridiculous especially of you want it non alcoholic it's still $40 for some damn juice. Makes no sense. I would not recommend. Food take forever to come out and don't need something because your waitress will be nowhere to be found. Just a overall terrible experience all around the board. From when we checked in until we checked out.
