It’s a fun interactive place. The milk shakes are delicious!

Christmas decorations at the end of February? That should have been the 1st clue of what a miserable place this was going to be. Reservations at 9. Seated at 9:30. Finally got to order at 10:00. Never took a drink order.

Staff Was unkempt. Dingy sweaty shirts. The tables were sticky.

The happy birthday songs were morbid and sad. Half hearted efforts. And the over priced food was unremarkable underwhelming. My children agreed Red Robin is superior to this place.

The staff doesn't want to be there. And it's dingy and dirty.

Great atmosphere! Very good for birthdays and special occasions! Their menu was great and had a variety of options to choose from. Customer service was good but a little slow

We went on Wednesday evening. They didn't have pizza and veg patties for the burger. So, we ended up having lot of sugar based food. Goblets seem a little overrated. Would try once for the goblets but not go there again and again.

Drinks didn't have price, was a bit pricey, but still worth it. Kids screaming and compacted seating, not entirely their fault especially when you got on a Wednesday. That is the only bad things to be said, other than that it was great and would definitely go again. Some foods were wild (and delicious) and some were just delicious!

It was underwhelming. I thought it would be more of a “fun” atmosphere/experience

Spaghetti was bland. Garlic bread was hard as a rock. Food wasn’t hot. There were only 2 or 3 occupied tables. We had teens and preteens, they loved everything. Had it all, big fizzy drinks first, then a full meal, 2 specialty shakes and a giant sundae.

The guacomole was brown; several of the items listed on the menu are apparently "not on the menu"- like listed steak sandwich and pinot that my husband ordered. They didn't offer to validate our parking. the loaded cheesy burger didn't look like picture at all and not very loaded.

the goblets are disgustingly sweet but fun for kids. good dessert options (but pricey) and ridiculously unhealthy. makes a memorable spot for a birthday dessert but wouldn't get any other food.

one and done- been there and done that.

We had a reservation and they had open tables, but seated us 40 minutes after the reservation time. We could see our table, but it wasnt cleaned. Waitress was really fun and nice. We were there for dessert for my daughters 13th birthday - we ordered 3 of the $35 drinks and 1 ice cream treat - it was $150 with tip. We were there towards the end of February and they still had up their Christmas decorations and had out sales Christmas items....which seemed really weird and not for a place across from John Howie's and in the Bravern? There were extension cords everwhere in the waiting area. Best thing was the staff was very nice and fun. Music was REALLY loud to the point where you really couldnt talk - like a dance club...which is great, when you are in a dance club. It's really expensive for what you get - fun for a 1 time experience, but wouldnt go back.
