Breakfast potatoes were basically dried up (like they were pre-made and reheated. Pancakes dry and no flavor and even the omelets were bland. Coffee was good though and music at brunch was like you were at the club!

We had a fantastic Birthday Celebration for our 8 year old daughter. She brought a few friends and they had a blast taking pictures on the red carpet and absolutely loved their crazy special desserts they each ordered. We had dinner and I was very impressed with the quality of food. Staff was over the top nice and made my daughter and her friends feel very special.

If I were in Bellevue in the future, I would go here just for dessert. Drink prices are outrageous for the minimal liquor to about 40 oz of ice sitting in a glass.

I ordered the Pacific Salmon and asked be cooked medium rare, showed up well done therefore, tasted on the dry side of texture.
Ordered the Raspberry Sin Martini - didn't look like the picture in menu and the mixture of this martini separated over minutes, looks like it was mixed with coagulated milk or just probably not blended/mix properly.
Picture below is the Raspberry Sin :(

Price gauging on the gobbler drinks. No disclosure of price on the menu, 34 bucks for a non-alcoholic drink! Talked to the staff, never sent the manager over, just blew me off.

I loved my experience at the sugar factory, went for my 21st birthday this past weekend. The bartender made it super fun and they had tons of great deals for happy hour on Friday nights - highly recommend!

They don’t put their drink prices in the menu and then you get gouged in the end! $30 for a non-alcolohic drink is ridiculous!

It was overrated and over priced. I thought we would feel like a celebrity there since so many pictures of celebrities . Only thing over the top was the price. 4 milkshakes for 80.00 not food... i thought they had rubber duckies?? Never saw one! Did we miss the experience we should have gotten? We were walked to our table asked to order and left paying the bill like any other restaurant... but without food.

I enjoyed the ambiance at this restaurant and the food was decent (half of our meals were good, the other two not so much). The biggest disappointment were the foo-foo drinks that we ordered for my kids (for his 15th birthday). The menu focuses extensively on all of the fun drinks to order (with or without alcohol) WITH NOT PRICING on the menu. After my children received their drinks, they only ate the gummies out of them and left the drink almost untouched. Come to find out the drinks were $34.00 each (WITHOUT ALCOHOL). For that price you would have thought we were allowed to take the glass home, but no. For 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) it cost over $250. For that reason, we likely won't be back.

My daughter brought 5 friends with her to The Sugar Factory for her birthday. They had a great time experimenting with all the flavors. The only disappointing thing was that even though I told the hostess and server AND the server asked the girls as well, no one sang happy birthday to her. Five other birthday tables were sung to but not hers. Otherwise, Brittany was great and the food was yummy.

I think I would of rated you higher had the food experience not been so poor. We spent $365 there and I’ve had better food at Denny’s. We treated ourselves to the steak and lobster. The lobster wasn’t too bad, a little over cooked but the steak was awful. We ordered it medium rare and received it well done at best. We could barely get it cut let alone chew it. We asked for asparagus instead of green beans and received green beans. The waitress kindly went back and asked for our asparagus which came out finally, at the end of the meal. The mashed potatoes were cold. For $70 a plate I was throughly unimpressed. And that’s a major understatement. I couldn’t in good faith recommend this restaurant to any of my friends knowing how likely they would be to be cheated.

I always like to end things on a positive note so I will say that my daughter loved the drinks. She got the watermelon one and was very pleased. Our waitress also was very kind.

Thank you.

Overpriced drinks ($34!) with no choices for sizes. They say it’s 60 ounces but they put in a full cupful of ice to the very top of the glass so when they pour in the liquid it’s really like maybe 40 ounces or less of strong juice. It was my girls 16th birthday and this is where she wanted to go. I had no idea it was a gimmick/rip off. And even with reservations it took a while to get seated even though there was no one else when we got there. The group behind us got seated next and they had to wait until we had ordered. Wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why everything took so long.

I love Sugar Factory. But this location lacked what other locations do right.
Upon arrival we had an unusually long wait time just to be seated even after having a reservation. Following being seated, we placed our orders but then we waited for a long while before our food and drinks were served.
I also asked for water and waitress forgot to bring it out, then asked again and again waited for a long time before she brought it out.

It was my 21st Birthday, I asked my server to sing. Which had happened at least 5 times in the tables around us. And nobody sang. I wanted this to be very special at at $40 a drink I thought it would be an amazing experience. It was absolutely not I did not feel special at all.

I thought all was overpriced for quality. Food was not hot and below average for the price.

Table and menus were sticky so it felt very much like a diner but priced much higher.

Drinks were definitely overpriced. We were told that there were 6 shots ina $40 drink but based on the experience I doubt it.

My recommendation is to drop the price or clean up your act and bring on better food.

Overall this was a great experience. Service was long, and our server didn’t really treat us as she might a wealthier customer (all of us are in our early twenties and were casually dressed). I would have enjoyed our goblet drinks more if it wasn’t 85% ice and for $38 for a virgin option it was kind of a rip off knowing we only got half poured. I would definitely return, maybe not on a Saturday! But other then the 2 negatives the ambiance and the food made the experience a 9/10!

First time visit for my daughters bday! She and her friends had a good time but, I will never return. It’s loud loud loud and over priced! A virgin goblet drink is $34! The food is so mediocre that I can’t believe they can’t do better. The thing that really put me off for a super expensive place was the fact that it was really dirty! The seats and floor were covered in sticky stuff. There were pieces of food under every table in the place. Just an overall train wreak of a place!

Came here for a bachelorette party and I was really nervous because of all the bad reviews. Honestly, this place was surprisingly really fun. Don’t come here on a budget though. Prices are a bit high.
Our waitress made it so fun and was super accommodating to our 15 person table. The food came out before the drinks, which was kind of a bummer, but when the drinks came out, they did not disappoint. I probably won’t come back for the food. But I would definitely go back for a dessert. They also have the such a large selection of candies in their candy store. Definitely overpriced but they have candies that you haven’t seen since you were a kid. If you like sweets, this place is for you.

This place is way too loud. If you follow celebs such as the Kardashians and have to get the perfect selfie with your fishbowl sized drink full of gummi candy than this is your place. As my husband described it, “it’s a place for girls to get ice cream before they go clubbing.” Our server left the gigantic bible sized menus on our table for our entire meal. I won’t go back unless my kids are absolutely begging me and have to get their own perfect selfie whilst drinking from a fishbowl.
