Would absolutely recommend this for a special occasion! We went to celebrate a 4 year old birthday party and the kids had a total blast. My daughter's eyes were saucers when she saw her big Cookie Monster milkshake coming her way! Had a few issues with incorrect items ordered and things not being available but in all we enjoyed it and would suggest Sugar Factory to others. The kids are already asking to come back next year!

Service was friendly but not attentive. Had to ask for spoons for both soup and milkshakes. We also had to wait for over 30 minutes after we finished dinner for the milkshakes to arrive. Milkshakes could be thicker.

We really wanted to like this place. The decor and the name attracted us. However, the first thing you see on the menu is a $39 drink; the reasonably priced drinks are not printed on the menu. It's not the kind of restaurant for an intimate date night so the drinks alone we're talking hundreds of dollars. The music was so loud that no one could talk. Even screaming volumes were not heard. We had a small child with us and the volume of the unattended music had her in tears and we had to take her out. The fist interaction with checking in was no acknowledgement for about three minutes, then we were told we could not be seated at our reserved table until our entire party was there; we were only waiting on two more. The waiter did not bring the correct drink for my daughter's birthday (because he couldn't hear her), he didn't bring a cup with a straw for my granddaughter, and we didn't even see him probably for 10 minutes upon sitting. We did go the Sugar Factory specifically for some fun. Had the music been loud but not head pounding loud, had the drinks been $20-$25 instead of $39, and had the wait staff been held to a higher standard of customer service we would have enjoyed it. However, that was not the case and we will never dine there again.

We had a blast with our teen daughter. We got dressed up, the drinks were super fun and tasty (tho super sweet so we watered one down), and the food (bacon bleu burger and the fettuccine alfredo) were very tasty too. The environment was fun and we enjoyed the happy birthday goings on, especially the ones when they turned down the lights, cranked up the music and brought out the sparkler treats. Great place for a fun occasion ir to try at least once if you are playful and a kid at heart!

Most of the food was excellent. I did not like the waffle burger, it was way too salty. My husband loved the Donut burger. We had spinach dip as an appetizer it was very good. The drinks were really fun and I loved that you could get them all non alcoholic

Terrible!! Food was bad except for milkshakes and one salad. Server was incredibly rude. Took 30 minutes to even get a martini and the bar wasn’t even busy. Some of our orders were wrong. Way over priced but it would have been worth it to us has the server tried or was somewhat nice. Everything was slow but it was 9pm I’m a Sunday night and the place was half empty. It really was horrible. Do not waste your time or money!

The service was less than satisfactory. Our waitress didn’t pay much attention my friend and I even after she saw it was my birthday! She didn’t answer questions about the menu helpfully. Our French toast didn’t even come with maple syrup or the chocolate sauce add on. I had to speak to the manager about that and my drink. The macaroni balls saved the day, everything else was a horrible experience.

Not a great experience with you guys.
Our waiter took like forever to take our order and bring out our food and drinks, food was cold.
We were celebrating my friends birthday and we tought it was gonna be like any other people that was celebrating birthdays, but when it was our turn, we ordered desert and I asked our waiter for a candle he bring out a very small candle the difference with other tables way to celebrate their birthday was huge and they didn’t even wanted to sing her “happy birthday song”
Really expensive for the service we got

I came to Resturant while I was visiting for a cheer competition. They did not have the drink that I wanted “the Drake” nor any of the “Couture pop” which was one of main reasons visiting the restaurant. The service on getting the food was good however the waiter to return to table to go boxes, bags, cups, etc was extremely slow.

The service was quite poor, unfortunately. My daughter had a great time celebrating her birthday, and that is what mattered. My other daughter ordered a milkshake, was told they were out, and then watched that same milkshake be served to someone else 30 min later.

Took our grandson there for his 20th birthday. This was a really unique experience. The specialty drinks were definitely fun and good. The food was good but not exceptional. The homemade milkshakes were really good. The prices are a little high but for a special occasion it was fine. Would recommend it for a truly unique experience.

This location can't even compare to the other locations! It's not lively at all. It took over an hour for the drinks we ordered to arrive to our table. It's clear that they're understaffed and everyone is stressed out. The food was still delicious. :/

This place is a freaking joke - I made reservations online for 10 people, and their reservation booking service made it for 6 people. We came up here for my boyfriend's birthday with 845p reservation. Got here at 840p. The hostess wasn't at the desk for a good 7 minutes, didn't get greeted by our server until about 30 minutes after being seated, another 10 to get water. Ordered our food and drinks all at the same time....1 hour after being here we finally got our food. Except for 1 individual who got his meal 20 minutes after everyone already ate. He told them not to bother with it. We never got our drinks. Everyone else that was seated after us got their food and drinks well before us.

The best way to describe our experience is that it was fine. Simply just fine. Nothing was terrible, but for the price, we felt that the food didn't really meet our expectations. The kids thought the desserts looked good, but so big that neither wanted to order their own item however they didn't want the same thing. I think if they could offer some smaller portions and thus lower the prices we'd come back for a kid birthday or special event. We are a family of self-described foodies though, so farm to table, and high quality, local menus are more our speed. I'm guessing we aren't the target audience for Sugar Factory.

They ran out of a lot of stuff due to the holidays which was understandable. No reduced price was offered as a result. The drink was ok but it definitely was NOT a $40 drink. There was too much ice and the dry ice is unnecessary which probably why the drink was expensive for what it is. I only ordered fries for food which were $8 but, I can get way better friend than what I got at the Sugar Factory for less at McDonald's and Burger King. It was also my first time there and they did not tell me about the ticket validation and that they do it there. So I then had to go all the way back to the restaurant and when I got there, there were two employees that were standing right by the bar next to the host stand and they did not even acknowledge me. They just looked at me and turned around.

Service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Alcohol drinks are extremely expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Great for birthdays or get togethers. It's not a place you can have a dinner conversation at because of the loud music that's playing.

Ok. I can do math. I knew I was spending $200+ before I got there. I was expecting that. I say this because I’ve seen reviews complaining about the price and I knew it was going to be a bit spendy.
What I wasn’t expecting was the eye roll from the hostess for adding 1 child to our reservation of 6. We were seated at a circular table and they weren’t at fire capacity. Order entered incorrectly leading to one item being entered as the only entre at a 7 top, everything else came out together. 1 hr later this one entre burger still hadn’t appeared even though we asked 2 people for it.
The biggest irritant was our waters never got refilled. 7 $20 milkshakes and food but no water?
Or the positive my tween birthday kid thought real famous people hung out there and loved the red carpet set up for pics.

We ate at Sugar Factory on a Saturday evening, and it all went well. Our server, Faith, was great. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had one who came late and she was quick about getting his order in so we could eat together. She recommended the cheesecake and it was phenomenal! We had cheesecake, chocolate cake and a huge shake. The food was good, desserts were the true winner.
