Sugar Factory Bravern (Bellevue)
The tarter sauce is gross and ketchup bottles need to be on the table. Service was fine and food was good. Dessert by far was the best! Amazing!
We have been here twice and both times the service was not good, very slow to come and take orders and the food took forever to get to us, with this time taking so long we cancelled it. And they were not very busy, so not sure why they have issues like this.
It was too loud, i I also bought a goblet and I’m pretty sure they gave me a virgin when I asked got an alcoholic beverage. The food was meh...it was an experience but I wouldn’t do it again. Our waitress seems as if she didn’t want to be there, she was overwhelmed. All in all I probably won’t go back to that location.
We had a great time for my sons birthday!!!
More hype than substance. Food wasn't good and the bad food was overpriced.
I would recommend visiting SF ONLY for dessert. The food is terribly over priced for the quality. I don’t mind paying for good food; but this food was sub par at best.
This restaurant is completely overpriced. The food was ok, but not worth $22 for a salad.
Jack was an amazing outstanding waiter I would definitely be back to see him. Very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for drinks and food he had the music perfect we could still hear each other and enjoy some music at same time.
First time here, everything was good. The server was great. The food was a little expensive but I think it’s more about the experience. We got placed in the middle of all the tables which made it a little awkward but it was an over all good time!
Hosted a birthday party for a large group of 15-year-old girls. The service was outstanding and the party was a success (plus easy for Mom).
This was my 1st time here and it was such a beautiful restaurant, great staff, food, service. It was all amazing. Definitely going to go back again.
Worst food I’ve had in a long time. We ordered just sandwiches and it took over 40 minutes. When food arrived it was terrible. Our daughter wanted to go there for her birthday, and she hardly enjoyed the experience. Hopefully I won’t ever have to go back.
Defenatly worth trying at least once! Great for special occasions!
Great beautiful place to take your family and eat and enjoy company but way too expensive for the drinks all them
This was more than food, it was an experience! We had a great time!
Go for dessert. Some very creative sweets. Food is so-so. Slow, but friendly service. Overpriced for the quality.
Go with a big appetite - portions are huge! Great place for a birthday or other festive celebration (definitely not a romantic setting). Novel menu makes it a fun experience overall.
We sat in the chocolate lounge instead of the sugar factory because it was far too noisy in the sugar factory. However, the chocolate was very nice, relaxing and quiet. The server/bartender, Michael, was phenomenal! The service exceeded our expectations. The food on the other hand, was not worth the money. We sent the steak back once for being completely well done, then the second time it came it was raw in the middle and well done on the edges. The kitchen does not know how to cook steak and honestly did a terrible job when we sent it back. Food is very sub-par especially for Bellevue. The bartender made it a great experience but if not for him it would not have been that great
Mother’s Day weekend. Our server was Kayla and she was great! Food was good. Service was fab. Dessert was crazy diabetes good! Energy was high all around. Birthday parties and people just having a crazy meal out. If you want a unique dining experience and food selection, go here. At least once!
Fun place to take someone, desserts are cool how they come in so many varieties.Happy with my visit at the sugar factory.
The food was mediocre, the drinks were alright not to impressed and everything is very way over priced
The waitress was VERY rude and inattentive. She was not even going to take orders before she was asked. And rarely checked to see if the table was okay. I was spending way too much money to be treated that way.
I took my daughter for her 13th bday with a few friends. We got sat at a crappy table (the kind you use outside) instead of those really pretty tables. Come on! We are paying for the experience. Our server was barely around. We had to ask other people for water. The place was so loud! The food was soooo over priced and not good. None of the girls are more than a few bits of their $20 burgers. Ouch. I’ve had better burgers from Red Robin and THEY give you bottomless fries. For the price they should give you bread at the table or something to nosh on before food comes. Lame. All in all. I spent $350 dollars on 5 people’s dinner and I honestly want my money back. The desserts are super cool. However, again, over priced!! They charged us the same price on our virgin drinks as the alcoholic ones. What?! Save your money. I wish I had.
A little down disappointed that we showed up for a 5:45 reservation to then wait 10 minutes while other patrons (without reservations) were seated ahead of us. Quality of the food isn’t the reason anyone comes here - it’s the service (which was otherwise pretty good) & fun birthday atmosphere.
Make sure servers tell customers how much certain things are.shrimp and lobster mp says $6.i didn’t know what lobster market price was and thought it was still a add on of $6 and my bill came out to $40 for just my food!!!!
The Sugar Factory is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The food was surprisingly good. The portions were rather large which somewhat justifies their higher prices. Our server Abby was terrible. She disappeared constantly and when we did find her, she took so long to get extra napkins and silverware. I’m not sure if she was less attentive because there were kids at our table and we did not order drinks. Our bill was $140 and maybe she thought she wouldn’t waste her time on our table for a possibly small tip. Other tables further away with all adults, seem to get her attention much more. Perhaps for the possibility of a larger tip. In the end, the kids enjoyed themselves and we would go back.
Went a little too early and didn't realize the restaurant didn't open til 4:30.
We decided to wait since the kids were excited to get their favorite drinks. The cafe was understocked which made it look kind of sad. And the photos of all the celebrities ... turned out to repeatedly feature the Jenners and Kardashians. ha! I guess we had a long time to sit and study the pics.
Once we were seated, the server was annoyed that we weren't ordering a full dinner- just goblet, coffee, milkshake and fries to share... there were only three other tables in the whole restaurant that had people at them. It's not like we were taking up a table that would have otherwise made her more money.... The kids thought the goblet with the dry ice was fun. It was 3/4 of the way filled with ice- so joke's on us that we paid $40 for so much ice! I thought it was tacky that there was a price/barcode? sticker that hadn't been removed- under the goblet.
All in all we went home saying how good the fries were. Fun time with my girls. Wouldn't go back again nor would I recommend it to a friend.
I was shocked to see they charge $34.00 for their non-alcoholic signature goblet drinks (only $5.00 less than the alcoholic version). We spent $200.00 for a few baskets of French fries, three drinks for my daughter and her friends to share, and the tip. That’s quite ridiculous! She had a great time though but for the price, I don’t think we will go back.
Too expensive. But great concept.
It was a great place for a birthday but the food wasn’t the greatest. We enjoyed the drinks but they were overpriced for the quality. This place is definitely just for social media because it isn’t somewhere I would come for a regular night out.
Worked with a party planner and was honestly not an easy customer to work with. I was very demanding and needy and was reassured that everything would be set up perfectly and go off without a hitch. I was very concerned about this and sure enough when we got there, NOTHING, was done they was we asked for. Was given a reason that "they were busy and the group before me went over" I realize my $500 spent wasn't huge, but it was to me.
Javi, our waiter, was awesome!!!!!! Great service, food, and fun!
Kids kept talking about - I knew it would be a one and done. Way overpriced. A ton of unhealthy food. Go once and call it good.
Our waitress was super slow! There was only two tables worth of people there and she literally never checked on us. She came a ton as we were trying to decide what to eat, when we didn’t need her, and ignored us most of the night. Neat place but needs some exciting cheaper options. 40$ for the only cool drinks is wild! Maybe come up with some cool middle ground options
Paying a lot for the experience. Service, fine. Food quality, average. Drinks, overpriced. Been there, done that. No plans to return.
Excellent service. Fun atmosphere! Highly recommend!
We only order dessert, took forever to just get scoops of ice cream and they were not even that busy.
We took our daughters to this restaurant for their birthday as they had heard about it from friends and have seen it all over their friends Instagram feeds, so I thought we would give it a go. I would recommend only coming here for their desserts, as their actual food and entrees will leave you quite disappointed. You can tell they cater to a teen/tween audience, with the brightly lit posters of celebrities indulging in their candy and ice cream creations literally all over the walls, the loud pop music constantly playing and their over the top fanfare for their signature giant sundae that is meant for parties of 10 or more. Each time someone orders that $99 monstrosity, they turn off the lights, blast the music even louder, and come out with a huge showing of banging ladles, sparklers and flashing lights, all while singing (shouting) some birthday jingle. It happens quite a bit, especially on a Saturday evening, so be prepared for all of your senses to be overwhelmed at this grotesque sight.
I kind of knew what we were getting into, but had at least hoped that their steep prices on their food meant that it was actually good, but alas, it was not for the most part. There were a few select good items on their menu, their Veggie Burger is made in-house and was quite good, but be prepared for the biggest burgers you've ever seen. I wasn't feeling much on their menu, so decided to opt for the [usually] safe Grilled Cheese with a cup of their French Onion soup. The soup was just about the worst version of French Onion soup I've ever had, the broth was the color of dirty dish water and the taste was only mildly better. The onions were clearly not sauteed (as they should be) prior to being poured into the broth, but merely thrown in fresh after chopping. It was also somewhat bland, which considering the soup is literally just beef broth with a few spices and sauteed onions, shouldn't be too hard to mess up.
Needless to say, we won't be returning anytime soon.
The staff was so nice and the food was great! I love the ombeance!
I’ll be bring my son to celebrate his birthday. This will be our new place for special occasions!
Good service, great food and awesome atmosphere. I loved it was a family environment and everyone enjoyed their food
