Sugar Factory Bravern (Bellevue)
Original menus. Actual food is gross. Service was super slow and erroneous. Son was sick overnight after eating there. Good idea, but execution very lacking.
This is a special occasion type place. It is pretty inside and everyone is friendly. The drinks are huge and the shakes are amazing. The food is average and a little spendy, but not crazy. Our biggest problem was how sloooow the service was. The fancy drinks and apps came out in a fair bit of time but the entrees took forever. It took a while to get the bill and everyone in our party didn’t want to stay to order dessert because it was so slow. Overall, an OK place to go for a Birthday celebration.
I took my wife for her first time to try the goblets. They were delicious! It was by far our best experience in any restaurant we have ever been to! Our waiter was friendly and helpful and frequently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Everyone there was very professional and I highly recommend this place. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Food , drinks and Desserts ALL tasted AMAZING!!! But Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! It would be worth the Price if they had good service. !!
We went for my 14 year olds birthday party. Four girls, no appetizers, 1 glass of wine for mom and it was $330 with tip.
They were out of most of their wine list. The food was over cooked and generic, the desserts were amazing and the atmosphere was fun and celebratory.
It’s not on my list of places I want to return, but glad for the experience.
Went there for my sons thirteenth birthday, way over priced, extremely slow service and no bussers to clear the tables. Food was so-so but deserts were good. My son left an unopened card on the table with a gift card. We called and of course they couldn't find it. Totally our fault for leaving it, but they had my number from our reservation and wish they would have called me when they found it on the table. This place is all about the pictures and outrageous drinks and deserts, one time is enough.
It was great for our get together for a birthday. Everyone was very professional. Had a great time.
Had a great experience at Sugar Factory. Was celebrating my daughter’s birthday. My server Mary provided outstanding service. She was checking on us all the time.
I loved the ambiance, the music was great.
I had a burger and I must say it was quite delicious.
Will definitely dine there again.
What a fun experience! I had seven 14 year olds and they had a blast. Our server, while very nice, seemed a bit slammed.
Enjoyed the friendliness of being first timers and the helpfulness. Also the efficiency when it came to getting our food, just wish there was a little bit quieter music.
Unique place to visit to experience a variety of food and drink options. Affordability - recommendation to go during their Happy Hour where items are 50% off.
Fabulous time @ Sugar Factory celebrating a birthday. The food, service, desserts are exquisite. All of our guests loved it!
It was fun to do once. Don’t think I’ll be back though. Super overpriced. $39 for a drink and you don’t even get to keep the glass. I got it without alcohol and it was still $34.
Best waiter We've had, ever!
Great fun atmosphere, but the food was very disappointing. Almost everything was severely overcooked and unfortunately, not good. Too bad because we really wanted to like it. Should I ever visit again, I'd go for the drinks but skip the meal.
it was birthday! They made me feel great about myself and have a great time with friends!
My bartender was a hottie. Gooood job on him ;)
Also the food was good.
I think this place is good for the young crowd vs the older crowd as I am in my opinion.
Fun place but noisy and I didn't care for the lights going out and blinking every 10 seconds. :D
The worst service I've had in a long time overpriced also.
I asked for them to make my birthday good & they exceeded. Food was so good, our server was pretty & nice and my birthday was amazing.
Perfect girls night out location 😉very enjoyable!
Visited Sugar Factory Bellevue for my daughters 14th Birthday last week. Made a 6:30 reservation and got right in at that time. Restaurant was not busy, but the place they sat us seemed a little out of the way for the amount of business. Our server Javier was really nice and treated my daughter like the Birthday Princess she wanted to be. The food was good, nothing to really write home about, but not over priced. The giant cauldron drink was probably the highlight of the evening. We left having had fun and would go again.
It was my daughters 8th birthday and she had a great time. The food and drinks were to die for. I would go back again for sure.
It was as sugary as expected, desserts were outragious and fun! Food was overpriced music was obnoxiously loud! Glad we went but once is probably enough
Restaurant was cold, service was slow and the waitress got our order wrong which meant that two of us had finished our meal before the brought out the remaining meal.
My daughter wanted to come and see the place because she wants to have her 16 birthday there. We are making another reservation as we speak because she had so much fun.. the staff and greeters were awesome and the waiter was knowledgeable and gracious so we are going back..
I could not stop smiling and grooving to the music. The staff are very motivated to work there and I’m happy to be eating there!
Music was way too loud in both the sugar factory and the chocolate lounge. The food was like eating at Denny's restaurant. My drink hardly had any alcohol in it.
Fun experience with friends. Lots of fun. Great dessert.
So much fun. Truly an experience! Can't wait to visit the Las Vegas location.
We ordered the multi colored burger sliders that had the cute duck in the photo on the menu. We got the burger sliders and there was no duck included. The waiter said that they were back ordered.. when that was the primary reason we ordered these burgers.. it was my friends birthday.
It was a great experience, the food was nothing special and a bit overpriced. The waiter talked very fast when explaining the menu , we also ordered an appitizer that didn’t get to us till the end of the meal I guess the chef forgot to make it which wasn’t a good first impression.
Had My Daughters 21st bday there.. It was GREAT!! I Totally plan on Coming Back.
30 minutes wait to be seated and we got a reservation 1 month in advance
This is my second time to the Sugar Factory in Bravern and my second negative review. This place is absolutely horrible and you should not go under any circumstance whatsoever. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place is the overpriced drinks and overpriced deserts, which are really fun. The food is horrible. We ordered their NY strip for some 30+ bucks and (I am not joking) it looked like a Steakum. It was 1/4 in thick and over cooked. Dry. Horrible. It should have been on a steak sandwich, not served stand alone.
Service was sub par. Our waiter didn't know about their drink selection. Was slow. We found him mingling with the other servers than paying attention to his table. The place was dead so it wasn't like he had any other tables to attend and we were a larger party... which meant more money for him.
Do not go here. It's over priced. Service is slow. Food is not worth it. It's all hype.
When we first arrived no host was on site we had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seated because no one could find the host. The bartender and servers that were walking by just kept saying they will look for the host. Our service was extremely slow. Our server would offer us many items but then when come time to order they would be out. I ordered a steak was very undercooked it also had a very off smell. Anyways that meal did get comped but the manager came over asked if I wanted anything else I said no so he said the deserts were on him. My daughter and her 2 friends ordered Milkshakes. At the end the milkshakes were still on the tab. I did order a to go order for my fiancé which they did comp but pretty sure that was cheaper than the deserts I was told would be taken care of. The only neat thing about our experience was the whole birthday scene they put on for my 13th year old with music and a sparkler (that I paid extra for them to do) overall just not a good experience. I even put in my notes when I made my reservation that it was my daughters 13th birthday finally a teenager and we wanted it to be really special. It sucked
This place is awesome! We are coming back for more!!
The Sugar Factory was an explosion of cheap quality products with excessive noise. We had the fondue. The chocolate was melted chalky Hershey Kiss consistency with dry, hard gummy bears, discussing die infused donuts and chemically ladened chocolate chip cookies. Good news is we tried it once and my daughter no longer wants to go there again. If you simply are a sugarholic who doesn’t care about quality of ingredients maybe this place is for you. It grossed us out.
We wanted to do something different and Sugar Factory delivered. The drinks were impressive and the food was good. The service was a little slow for a quiet afternoon but when we did get service it was professional. We will definitely be back as there are more menu items to try.
We had a lot of fun going to the Sugar Factory. We loved the decor of the place and the menu was full of fun and interesting items to choose from - but they had run out of the ducks which come with the mini sliders. We were disappointed that for $39 we didn't get to keep our goblets - that was one expensive drink.
