We really enjoyed our stay, the food, the service was nice, the setting was very clean, My son Enjoyed his Fresh Prince of Bel Air & 80's theme birthday, We had so much fun ,the music, the waitress Felicia was so pleasent.. THank you, we will come again. Much appreciated
Great service, great food. Would definitely recommend.
Great! Accommodating. Teens loved it! Very fun atmosphere!
Had an awesome time for a birthday celebration. Very happy we didn't change the reservations. Will be back
This was my second time here and I must say it was waaaaayy better than the first time. When we got there everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Gotta try the big cheesy burger and the mai tai gobblet must say these were our favorites. Our server tammy service was exceptional she was full of energy and funny. She really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She also recommend the mai tai and it was just how she described delicious. The food was very good fast service and it was hot. Would definitely recommend this pace for family outting its very kid friendly.
Would definitely recommend this to family and Friends. And I will surely be going back again !!!
The noise level was over 90 dB the whole time we were there which honestly ruined the experience for us. Service was extremely slow and our family just wanted to get the dinner over with so we could get out of the mad house. The food was alright, the desserts of course awesome. The rainbow sliders were dry and tasteless. The $46 alcoholic drinks for two are a total ripoff. The dry ice effect is cool but after that the alcohol is frozen solid in the drink so that you don’t really get two drinks out of it. I’ll only return for desserts next time.
Horrible food. Overpriced.
Awesome server. Yummy drinks. Great food. Will be back
Great experience and fantastic staff! We had a fun time!
Honestly the hype prior didn’t meet my expectations. May be the time of day I visited . The waitresses seemed very new or in training . It was evident that their shifts had just started . Had a burger with macaroni and cheeses . The macaroni was cold . Had a lobster on sourdough the crab cake was over cooked and the sourdough was greasy not grilled properly . Chicken fingers seemed microwaved. The fountain coke was flat . Left feeling let down . The thing is we came with our grand daughter to see if she wanted to have her birthday party there . We will do Bahamar but the sugar factory , not so sure .
The restaurant is gorgeous and our server did everything to make our experience enjoyable. The overall value was just okay. We asked for 4 waters and they only had $15 bottles of water for purchase. When my glass was fully poured, my husband noticed lipstick all over my glass and asked for another. Never did the server offer to get us a new bottle after he took away my fully poured glass. They have no options for children and my kids do not eat normal adult portions. I know we are working with resort prices but it seemed overpriced for what you get. On another note, desserts totally worth getting.
First time there. Celebrating my sons 16th birthday. It was a memorable time. We enjoyed the festivities of other guests.
Kids had a great time!
Server was excellent. Food was 10/10. Drinks were amazing. Company was great. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Great environment. Clean. Hype
The service and food is outstanding. It’s a fun place to eat but it gets loud. If you want a quieter experience, eat outside. Overall we loved it and would return!
We were really looking forward to having lunch at Sugar Factory. We left feeling disappointed. It was overpriced, food was pretty mediocre (fries were undercooked) and there was actually not much variety of food on the menu. The dessert was good as was our server. Overall definitely not up to scratch overall.
The food was awful the waffles was dry and had no taste and the chicken was also dry and hard to swallow
That visit was my first time to Sugar factory and I was very not satisfied. The first entree I ordered, waffels and chicken, the chicken was very salty, I was forced to send it back. I placed another order and it took extremely long to leave the kitchen. Finally my server brought the check and the meal I sent back remained on the bill. When I spoke with my server about it, I did not like her reply, so I sat there and did some research and discovered she was not being honest. If she will be dishonest with the guest, she will be dishonest with her employer.
The ambiance was nice and the food was excellent. There wasn’t a long wait and the service was great. I would definitely go back.
The food was bad. The service was decent, but nothing special. I had oatmeal and it was shockingly salty. Oatmeal is not something you would think would be salty, but this was as salty as the Caribbean behind me.
Falicia my server made the event very special. She knew the menu very well and was able to suggest better food and drinks to fit the occasion.
They made my birthday dinner extra special 😍 will definitely be back
Cowan was amazing!!! He made suggestions and had my husband and I laughing!!
Great date night spot or family outing. They cater to everyone.
Perfect atmosphere for a big kid! the drinks are ridiculously expensive but festive. The staff and service is A+! No one does service like Bahamians! It was a great time!
Don't forget to check out the candy bar! Candy sold by the pound
Indeed, a birthday celebration to remember! I can't begin to describe the experience but I will say that everything was PERFECT! Our server Azaria paid attention to every detail and request which made my day in every way. The energy was above par, along with the service and cuisine. The Sugar Factory is a wonderful place to host any celebration or special occasion. Hats off to the entire team!
Overall great however they may have been some over crowding.
Overall everything was great. Service was good and the staff did a great job at delivering food on time and checking in on the table. Love the ambiance. Will recommend
We booked a table for 7 for my daughter's birthday lunch. We were a little disappointed that indoor dining doesn't open until 5pm because we had just done mini golfing and were really hot but we sat under the patio and it ended up being cool enough. Our waiter was so so nice. We ordered the rainbow sliders, fries and chicken tenders for the kids which they loved. We surprised my daughter by ordering the King Kong Sundae. Our waiter let us pick out a song for them to bring it out to. He was joined by other dancing staff members as be carried it out, so much fun!
Food was very good but the noise level was through the roof made the dining experience not enjoyable
Food came out quickly. The drinks were great. If you’re a pasta lover they are rich and creamy
Wonderful dinner with family. Great service.
It’s low brow for BahaMar. The ice cream quality is generic which is just covered up with microwaved Hershey syrup, no Ghiradelli hot fudge?
The decor is nice but very pathetically outdated theme of glorification of 2000’s pop stars. Like pictures everywhere. You look. On the wall. The worst humans on earth.
The club sandwich, sub the Turkey for grilled chicken, among the best sandwiches you can have in the Bahamas. Their French fries are also awesome.
We love the Sugar Factory! We’ve eaten at 4 of them so far. This one was the most beautiful and creative! The food is pretty good, the milkshakes and desserts are where it’s at though!
Was seated and served very promptly. Wes made great recommendations and Dontae the manager ensured everything went well even with louder family parties all around.
Great lunch with the family. Quite expensive but lovely.
It was an experience for the kiddos. The food was ok. Desserts were outrageous and fun. Very loud but fun ambiance
Price are ridiculous. A sands beer cost $12.50 which then had tax and gratuity added so it actually cost over $15.00. Crazy for a beer. Add 2 burgers and you have spent almost $100.00.
Grilled cheese was gross made with plastic cheeses not "aged cheddar" as menu states.
