Sugar Factory - Atlantic City
Great service and great meal. It was honestly one of the fastest meals that my family and I have ever had, but we definitely weren’t rushed... the place was crowded, extremely lively; like a kid-friendly club, lol. Service was excellent, food was great, and of course the famous drinks and dessert were well worth their prices. Be mindful of portion sizes! We all shared a sundae that didn’t warn that it’d be huge but my husband and I, plus our 2 littles still couldn’t finish it. Loved it, nonetheless.
Went for breakfast. Food and service was excellent, although a bit overpriced.
It was such an amazing place and we all loved the food and drinks such good service as well they were nice and kept us entertained and it just was a good atmosphere to be in I can’t wait to come again
First time at this location! Brought my girlfriend for our anniversary. We ordered the sampler which filled us right up. The host was very friendly helpful! Our server was also some what helpful. We also ordered the Energy Bear 🥰 great choice because it was amazing! The energy in the restaurant was lovely very good vibes down to the bus boy! We will be returning this weekend with friends can’t wait
I would only go back for the drinks and dessert the food wasn’t that great
Drinks are all they are known for. The food is something you could make at home. It’s worth it if you are only going for the drinks. However I went for the food & was slightly pleased
Other than one of the hostess acting like she didn't want to be there the service was great. Our server Dani was outstanding! Food was very goos. Only coming is our sampler appetizer the chicken fingers looked and tastes like they had been sitting for hours. Prices are a outrageous but because of the overall experience and we were there celebrating it was exceptable
amazing time. service was awesome !
We love Sugar Factory for the experience.....once. the food was just ok for the price. We spent $320 on chicken tenders, 2 burgers, a club sandwich, 2 apps, 2 fish bowl drinks, 1 shareable sundae, and 3 milkshakes. It would be better if a children's menu was offered at the very least.
The service was ok. I sat without a refill for quite a while which is one thing I always expect servers to anticipate.
The floor was sticky as were the seats and when the server overflowed our fish bowl drink it was left to us to clean up.
Food and service was great but expensive. There were no options for anyone that has a peanut/ shellfish allergy as it is stated in very fine print on the menu. They said that almost everything can be cross contaminated so I was left with a salad that wasn’t very impressive for the price and couldn’t order a drink from the bar. As much as I appreciate their concern for the food allergy they need to make accommodations as well. Most restaurants now a days are aware of food allergies and are very accommodating with food options. It was highly disappointing.
The food wasn't great for the price & don't let me talk about the over priced drinks for kids....$26!
Food was ok but definitely not worth the prices they charge. Service was really great but it was suuuuuuper expensive! Was there for a birthday dinner, would probably not go back voluntarily.
ill come again the kids loved it... Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."
Great food and service. I had the rainbow slides which were so delicious and cooked perfectly. The fries were also amazing. Our waitress was very polite and friendly
It was a fun night celebrating a graduation. Very pricey, but great for special occasions. Food was very good.
It was more about the experience than the food. It wasn't bad but it could have been a tad better. The service was GREAT. No complaints there. My girlfriend loved it. Will be back next time.
Sugar Factory was an excellent choice to celebrate a birthday. The music was too loud at all times that we couldn't hear much of each other when trying to have a conversation. I have been to other Sugar Factory and they bring the music down little when they are not singing Happy Bday to anyone. Other than that everything was really good, service, food, drinks, appetizer, dessert and ambiance. Is a great place to celebrate birthdays.
During our stay at the Hard Rock, we went here twice for dinner and breakfast. The first night for dinner was excellent, great food and service. The second day for breakfast the food was great BUT there was GLASS in my sisters coffee mug! We told our waitress and she disappeared for a while so we showed the manager who apologized, took the glass, and left. When we received our bill we were still charged for the coffee to which was taken off after I went to the hostess, who handled it all. Would I go again? Yes, but I will never forget what happened.
It’s not somewhere I could afford to eat there everyday but this place is special and fun. The goblet drinks are an interactive affair, the insane milkshakes are beautiful and delicious and the food was fantastic too. Our server was very friendly and asked if we wanted to record her pouring our drinks, all part of the charm. Highly recommend stopping and checking it out.
Its a fun novelty. Overall it was loud, cramped and service was subpar. Portions are decent, but not worth the money. A fun experience but not sure I’ll be back.
It was great!
From the time we were seated the service was excellent. Food was very delicious and the drinks outstanding. Can't wait to go back. Had a wonderful time.
Friendly people, our waitress was very nice and the food is always amazing!
Waitress Kahlia was outstanding. We came back because of her.
It was the best birthday experience! I will be coming back!
Goblets priced too high for the amount service was fast friendly
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. 100% would recommend!!!
Fast service and our waitress was so nice she made us feel welcomed.
I’ve always wanted to go here for the drinks. $36 and couldn’t taste any alcohol but the smoke effect is cool. Salmon was pretty good but the rest wasn’t. Not a bad place but I wouldn’t go again. Very small place.
My daughter has been wanting to come there since it opened. We finally got a chance to go and we had the best time and the food was super tasty. I am a healthy eater but that day you need to forget about health and enjoy.
To expensive for the average person. $25.00 for a drink without alcohol??? It was juice, soda, food coloring and candy. Then we had appetizers....French fries, colorful slider burgers (5 sliders) 4 mac and cheese balls and 5 chicken fingers. And 3 milk shakes. End total......$163.??+ tip came to a Whopping $192.00 for 3 people. Seriously. Food was average, staff was average. You would think there would be a little more excitement or something in there and a lot more friendliness. And I took my son there for his birthday made a reservation ahead of time told them about his birthday not once but twice they did two birthdays around us and never did his my whole overall experience stunk I was not happy with them
Over rated and certainly overpriced....$21 milkshakes are a novelty, I get it. But to not offer kids portions for food and fancy milkshakes is just another shakedown. 2 eggs, lame potatoes and a couple of over cooked sausage links for how much? Must be high rent. Disappointed, but I won't tell my kids that.
Every time we are in Atlantic City we make sure to go to Sugar Factory for a meal. The food and the ambiance are awesome and really makes for a great trip.
The price of the food items was so expensive
The amount of food was little
The level of volume was so so loud I couldn't hear my work bosses who were sitting across from me
Birthday! Our waitress were extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service!
Service and experience was great. Drinks were awesome. Food was below par for the prices they charge.
Their food was absolutely delicious. I've been going to Atlantic city almost all my life and this is one of the best restaurants down there.
Restaurant was filthy. Walked into restroom, two stalls were locked with no one in them, third stall was open with toilet paper and paper towels everywhere and bloody towels hanging out of the trash, with no useable toilet paper. Menu didn’t match what was listed online for that location. Barely had any food options so couldn’t even eat what I had my heart set on. I will definitely not be back to this location and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t go here either.
After making a reservation weeks ago for a holiday weekend, we didn't like the table where they were going to sit us. The hostess was more than accommodating in helping us find a table more on the inside of the restaurant away from the casino border, so we didn't have to worry about the noise and smoke from the casino with my 14 month old. She was super helpful. The server was knowledgeable and polite. The only thing we really did not like was that our appetizers and food came out within minutes of each other - we did kinda feel a wee bit rushed. But all in all -it was a super fun experience.
