It was loud and crowded which was expected on a weekend but the waitress was very overwhelmed. We asked if they had different types of ice cream and she said no. So, we settled for what she told us and saw the kind of ice cream we wanted displayed in our way out. They clearly had it. For the price we paid it would have be nice to get the flavor we wanted.

It was great! Made reservations a week in advance and upon arriving was immediately sat down. Already looked at the menu prior to arriving so appetizers, main course and drinks were ordered when the server introduced herself. Excellent everything and was in and out in about an hour.

Chair were filthy , menus were so sticky you had to pull the pages apart. The server rushed us with everything. Food was mediocre at best. Drinks were ok , even though I ordered one and it never came but it was put in our bill!! Overpriced Friendly’s. Won’t be returning.

It may have been the worse service I have ever experience especially for the prices they charge. I don't think I would ever go back.

My wife ordered burger with fries and a hot Creme brûlée latte decaf with skim milk. Kept waiting for the latte and when we asked the waitress she told us they had no decaf or skim milk. Why did we have to ask? Should have been told immediately. When our orders finally came out she had no fries. Was told they would be right out. They came out when she was done the burger.

Disappointing lunch.

For the amount spent there are plenty of other places to go where you are more comfortable. Not the place to be if you are looking for a more intimate date night as the tables are placed literally right next to eachother. Extremely noisy between very loud music and the conversations you can here with everyone being so close together. Service was not an issue at all and Im also sure that this is a better place to go if youre just in the casino looking for some sweet drinks and a cool bar to chill at,thats about it.

Second attempt having dessert there and it was another fail. Milkshake was gross and watery. Wish we didn’t give it another try and saved our $20 instead.

Too pricey for a family of 6. Our waitress was not good. Service was the problem but to have to ask for silver ware when food is on table is silly. It wasn't busy and everything we ordered was waaay toooo long in coming

The food was good. The prices were outrageous. Each shake is $20 or more. The watermelon drink I had was $38 which I would not have got if I known, but they do not have the price on the menu.

We felt rushed. We were told to put in our milkshake order at the same time we put our dinner order in because it would take a long time. Milkshakes came out with the dinner. When I made reservations, I explained it was for a birthday and even told our. Our server then forgot the birthday and had to take the bill back and add the dessert on. It was crazy and we were rushed. For the amount of money that we spent for that experience, it was definitely not worth it. We will not be returning.

It is what you would expect...a great place for Sweet Sixteen parties. The place is crawling with teenage girls all ordering giant ice cream sundaes, non-alcoholic goblet drinks that light up and are laden with cotton candy, lollipops, dry ice clouds etc. The service was OK considering it was a mad house. Our server, kindly, let us know that the drinks would take some time as the orders were backed up. Given the complexity of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, it should come as no surprise that it can take a while to get your order. The food was good, again keeping in mind the theme of the restaurant. Vividly colored sliders for $25 may seem excessive but if you are celebrating a special occasion then why not. In conclusion, the deserts are phenomenal!!! Noise level was excessive especially considering the blaring rap music that was playing...again the demographic...keep it in mind. Great place for teens, especially girls!

Food was great.Food prices weren’t bad.
Signature drinks were good a little pricey but worth the experience to me. I would recommend sharing a drink, the the longer it sits the more the bottom freezes. Milkshakes were good. Waiter was great, overall a good experience 😊

Went for the first time with my family, very neat, but extremely noisy. Food was good, but nothing to write home about, the goblet drinks that were non-alcoholic were $25 each, I have three children this Hit the Wallet very hard right there.
I would go again with friends, but it deafly would not be my choice.

Took the waitress more than 5 minutes to greet us. Appetizers were served, we had to wait for utensils. There was nothing special about the ceasar salad, just some shaved Parmesan.
Music was entirely too loud, you couldn’t hear yourselves talk.

The atmosphere was fun! Kids loved it. The food and drinks we're good, but expensive! A turkey club was $17 and the appetizer sliders (5 sliders) $25. My kids shared a drink that smoked and it was $20 without alcohol. It was basically a soda with candy. The shakes were delicious and for $19 they should be. Overall the food was really good. The service could have been better, but I'm sure that isn't always the case. Reservations are recommended! The place is always busy!

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I was so excited to go but Saturday afternoon I called to ask about parking and if it was a long wait. They said it wasn’t. So I pay the $10 parking in Hard Rick hotel and go in. Literally about 20 min after my phone call. I walk to the hostess and she completely ignore my presence. Then I finally tell her excuse me but I would like a seat for two and she tells me they r not accepting walkins. I explained that someone told me to just walk in on the phone and she just dismissed me. Very rudely. So I made a reservation for Sunday. The seating was quick but I had to wait for my food 1 hr 1/2!!! And it was just a club sandwich and a chicken sandwich that my husband had. The food was absolutely dry. Had to ask for extra mayo. I was very disappointed and thought the food was extremely over priced for just a simple chicken and club sandwich. I’ve def had better dine experience else where.
