My wife and I go there often and we enjoy it. The only drawback is the noise level, blasting loud music, and particularly when they are celebrating someone's birthday .
One server for whole restaurant. Felt sorry for her, wasn't her fault things were terrible. Brought French fries because no hash browns, didn't say that nor were we consulted. Were cold. Meat overcooked. Good thing we didn't have to pay for it or we would not have. Come on Bally's get your act together.
Disappointing to say the least. After being seated, we waited close to 30 minutes before our waitress showed up and we asked twice. She was apologetic and correct but it wasn't enough. The food wasn't as good as previous visit and we were told the club sandwich wasn't available and 20 minutes later, the table next to us who arrived after us were served one. Drinks were good and we didn't have dessert, but they looked good.
Made reservations.. had to wait.. got seated.. was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. Server finally came and told us half the menu was unavailable. We left. Horrible service. It wasn’t even busy. Sad.
Terrible experience. I had a birthday dinner. Everyone’s food on the table was cold. We had to send our food back multiple times. It was so bad that the manager took our food off our bill. Everyone in the restaurant was complaining about their food.
The decor and drinks are super cute. . . perfect for a girl’s night or a playful birthday. Speaking of birthdays… apparently this is the place to go for your birthday as the ‘bday song and dance’ was performed 8 times in the 3 hours we were there. Ii wouldn’t celebrate my birthday here (I like the attention to be on my solely) or go on a date… it’s just a bit too lively for that. The food was also so-so. . .
like the drinks
Good ice cream
Had a great birthday dinner here
Horrible (table for 2), waited 30-40 for our shakes, waited an hour+ for the appetizer, then finally left after waiting another hour for our entrées.
Birthday event! Tried to do online prior but did not receive response. Multiple menu items not available which made ordering a bit tricky. But the manage seated us early with our full party so I was happy given we traveled from 1.5 hours away.
I enjoyed my food and drinks. I wish they would have played the Cierra song for me since it was my birthday. But, the ice cream and happy birthday was cool.
We really enjoyed the Sugar Factory. My grandson loved his milkshake which came with cookies, chocolate, whipped cream, a donut and cookies and cream shake. The Asian salad was delicious., as well,as the hamburgers and grilled cheese. The only thing we weren’t sure about was the 20% service charge and there was no one around to answer our question so we also left a tip. If the service charge of 20% is a tip, why is gratuity also asked for. Otherwise we loved it and will go back.
The food was very overpriced and I wasn’t happy with the quality. There was not enough help to check on us. Overall we could have had a better experience at Dairy Queen. We won’t be back.
I enjoyed myself. It was my birthday and they were short handed and couldn’t get the song I wanted. No one answered the phone all week to ask questions
Would go back again
Overall, it was a good experience. The floors were a bit dirty and maybe due to short staff, some tables took longer to be cleaned. Otherwise, it's a nice place to visit. The food wasn't overly sweet, so that was good for those of us watching our sugar intake.
The Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta & Chicken Wings were very good, and worth this visit. I loved how the employees who came out to dance were full of energy, and seemed to love their jobs. I also enjoy the turn up on the music during the spurts of “let’s get 🔥 vibes” that they have here! If you’re looking for good food, good drinks, employees that will actually enjoy what they do, then this place is for you! Many celebrate birthdays here for a reason :)
Very disappointed in the staffing levels. I called several times prior to arrival and no one answered.
Our waiter was amazing considering he was juggling so much.
Covid protocols could have been better.
They closed early and never reached out I drove over an hr for nothing , very inconsiderate!!!
We had to wait in a long line and we never got to eat and we had reservation?
My husband and I planned a NYE visit to the Dover DE location (1hr 17m) for our very first experience. The ambience was great. The server was doing her best yet it took us more than a half hour to place our food order. She seemed to be juggling lots of duties/tasks. The drinks were beautiful and tasty. The food was very disappointing to say the least. The $$$ of food didn’t match the quality of the food. If I make a conscious decision to order a seafood combination for $75 then I expect good quality food not Sysco type food. $45 additional for a lobster tail is ridiculous and unheard of! Witnessing another patrons steak assured me that I avoided a potential disappointment by ordering one as it was not appealing at all. I will certainly be very honest and hesitant about recommending someone else to dine with you. A party of two spent $160 for food worth pennies. I’m very disappointed with the overall experience. I wish that my experience was more positive and not an awful reminder of wasted money.
Service was horrible unless your party was more than a few people, otherwise they didn’t pay attention to you and could care less that you were there. Calamari was horrible. Overcooked and there’s more substance in an Arby’s onion ring. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was stuck together and chalky, looked and tasted like canned cubed chicken meat. Seat was dirty and had to wipe off myself.
Wings were excellent..drinks are a bit over-priced for me
Our server Jericho was great! Enjoyed our Nee Years Eve breakfast!
Very overpriced for mediocre food. Brunch before was alright, not worth it for breakfast.
Slow to approach the table with drinks and food
Music is too loud. Very hard to have a conversation. Service was very slow. Food was delicious.
The food was good as always music on the other hand to loud.
My daughter loved her Sugar Factory Experience for her Birthday the Hostess did a great job accommodating our choice of seating and the Waitress Simone?(sorry I think that was her Name) was very friendly and helpful with drink choices.Once we ordered the food came out promptly and we added the bday turn up to our table and the staff had great energy and dance moves. We will definitely be back!
Fun place with great food. Love it for special occasions.
Very short staffed. Didn’t receive the drink we ordered, food wasn’t as good.. manager was just standing hosting she could’ve helped out a lot more .
My visit to the Sugar Factory was a Good One. For being short on staff for that night. The Staff did an Awesome Job. For my Wife’s Birthday Dinner. Thank You
Experience was great- atmosphere and service outstanding
Staff was excellent! Restaurant is very cute and definitely made for social media posting. The food was okay but definitely overpriced for the quality…I’d say it’s comparable to what you would get at a Friday’s or similar chain. The insane milkshakes were superb and worth every bit of $20 although my daughter was a bit disappointed they didn’t have the one she wanted in stock. They were also out of a few food options and the candy store was closed which disappointed the kiddos. I’d say overall it’s worth going for a one time experience. Bring your wallet…it was $180 for one app, four burger dinners, two milkshakes and one dessert!
Went on Christmas for dinner. We had good service. Food was good.
Everything and everyone was great excellent services great food I will visit again
Food, staff and atmosphere were great. Brought the grand kids to celebrate birthdays. They were disappointed that the candy store section was closed. Other than that, a good evening was had.
Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, such a fun (long) night!
Wonderful experience celebrating our grands daughter’s 21 birthday. Entire staff friendly and helpful.
Great atmosphere! Fantastic drinks. Fun. Friendly staff!
Food is great, serving size is big. Friendly staff.
