We couldn’t even go in
The valet company said they could not park my vehicle because it was a Jeep
I drove around and there was no additional parking
So we left very disappointed. We were looking forward to dining at sugar factory.
I have been to the sugar factory in Orlando and in Miami the sugar factory in Orlando is is higher energy and in my opinion better especially for a birthday or other fun event.
service was subpar. they charge required 20% gratuity, so perhaps that was why our waiter gave us little to no attention. I had to actually get up and go find someone to order our milkshake and get the check after sitting for 25 minutes with no sight of our waiter. Also never once refilled our water glasses. We enjoyed the creative and tasty foods, but definitely will not be visiting ever again.
We went for my daughter's birthday.
She got a steak and I had the blue cheese burger. Everything was good and the people were very nice.
Dinner was amazing! From Valet parking to dessert service was exceptional.
I was disappointed with the meal and the overall experience. My burger (ordered medium rare) was well done. There were a few other issues. They should have taken something off the check. Even with the groupon and sharing meals, 4 of us was $200 for lunch (1 sliders, 2 sandwiches, 1 special drink and 2 milkshakes plus a $3 candle for my daughter bday and 20% gratuity). My 7yo enjoyed it but it was not worth it.
Everything went great. Only item I wasnt 100% thrilled with was the big dri k. Tasted like cough syrup - and at $45 bucks for one I definitely dont want my vodka tasting like that 🤣
The mini burgers with different color buns where amazing!
The steak was great!
We demolished the fries lol.
And Mauricio gabe excellent service! Loved everything overall.
Food, service, and the drinks were very good. This was my first time at an actual restaurant location, and I had a blast. I absolutely loved the ambiance and energy of the place. Great place to go for a girls’ night.
We loved it. Great food, drinks, and service. Wonderful experience and we will be returning soon.
So fun! We came here while on vacation and it did not disappoint! The pink bubble gum martini was my favorite. My husband had the rainbow sliders. We enjoyed the rainbow donut sundae. They have amazing 60 oz drink creations that we will have to try another time. The location is right on South Beach. We sat outside and enjoyed the great food, drinks, and ambiance. Thanks again!
Didn’t want to hurt the waitor’s feeling but for $159 check that white chocolate burger was horrible and the shrimps were rubberish.. the chocolate almost had a sour taste. Also for $7 soda they can at least make the cups bigger
Great service, our waiter Omar rocked. The drinks were great and the food as well.
We went to celebrate my niece’s 21st birthday and she wanted one of the huge drinks Sugar Factory is famous for. She enjoyed it very much! It’s a great place for a special occasion but overpriced and in a very touristy location. As a local I do not usually go to Ocean Drive. Our server was very attentive.
The service was excellent! The waiters and waiteress were super. The food was also excellent!
Good place to celebrate a birthday.
Went while visiting Miami for my 10 year anniversary, had a great time it was a slow night, but the staff, food, and drinks were great. It is a really cute place. A little pricey but worth the experience.
Most perfect date night ever. My server was awesome as well. The drinks are extremely good they aren’t just pretty! The food was amazing as well.
Wonderful service! Fun drinks and desserts!
It is fashion but nothing else. The goof was ok. Nothing out of the world.
Awesomeness I had so much fun and the food was amazing
I had a great time I loved it thank you for making my birthday special
Great atmosphere and great service. Monica, was very attentive and accommodating.
My son enjoyed his birthday party. Oscar the server was amazing. Only thing is the food is pricey. Other than that this would’ve been a 5.
Borderline robbery with the prices...$41 kids drinks for example
Best birthday ever! We had a great server with amazing food and even better drinks! They brought me ice cream with a candle to si g happy birthday without anyone asking them to. Would recommend
Our meals were delicious. My daughter did not receive her meal until 10 minutes after we had ours. Then we wanted to get a donut for dessert in the bakery, but there were bugs all over the ones sitting out.
Not worth the money at all. Overpriced, mediocre food and drinks. Service horrible. Visiting from out of town and felt like it was a waste of time and money.
It was awful. Food was terrible and so over priced. Frozen chicken strips- without fries for $15. $43 fun mai tai- but you don’t even get to keep the glass when you are done with a drink that was mostly ice.
I had noted that it was our first time coming here and little nats/ bugs kept flying around our food. I would not return or recommend this venue.
I had a great time but I will never come back. Too overpriced!
Good service, really good milkshakes
A good birthday
Food cold and uncooked
Cleanliness was horrible, floors were filthy, menus were disgustingly dirty germy, bathrooms were very unclean and smelly! Overall it’s obvious the restaurant needs work at least paint the walls are extremely dirty to be a dine in eatery, I spent over $300 and I’m also a chef, it’s not a place that should look the way it did, presentation is key!
Worst service ever. Took 45 min to get our drink that mind you was $43 and had 20% gratuity added to it. We had 7 different servers helping us as we watched our original server get on a moped and leave in the middle of our dinner. The burgers were decent and the fun drink made up for the service but I'd only go again to try the milkshakes otherwise this is just a place you go once or twice just to say you've been. It's extremely extensive which I guess you'd expect on south beach but still more expensive then normal for that area due to the novelty of the drinks. Luckily we ended up getting the drink for free and got a free unicorn looking cronut for free since it was my birthday. Overall I'd say try it out for the fun of it but just don't go with expectations of good service. Though the manager was nice.
So disappointed in this place. We arrived early so that we could sit at the bar and try one of their signature goblets. The goblet did not disappoint because we really just wanted to see it smoking. Don’t expect a strong drink from the goblets. They’re just for fun. There was no one else at the bar and the place was very empty so the bartender had nothing to concoct. That made for a boring experience at the bar. Not their fault, I understand. But when it came time to eat dinner, we decided to get a table outside because the Miami weather was incredible (70 degrees) at 7:15pm. The hostess sat us at a nice table outside but off of the sidewalk (we did not want the sidewalk). This is where the one star rating comes in. We waited...and waited...and waited...and watched a waiter and waitress just walk around aimlessly...and waited. We waited for about 7-8 minutes and NO ONE came to our table. Not to bring water, take a drink order, tell us that they would be right back, nothing. There were a total of maybe 5 tables (total) with patrons inside and outside of the restaurant. There was absolutely zero reason for not being waited on. After the 7-8 minutes, we got up and left. Their menu is huge. We were excited to try some of things on it but the service was so poor that we never did. The attitude of the staff is that of ‘YOU’ are lucky to be here (especially the hostess inside that we met when we first asked to sit at the bar). Do not include the bartender. He was the lone bright spot as far as service. They can run all of the advertisements that they want about how celebrities come to their establishment but that’s all that they can boast about. Their service and attitude was awful. We will never go back nor would we ever recommend anyone ever set foot in this place.
I went for my birthday 🎂 and it was anazing😂the food was great I’m just sad I couldn’t get a goblet because they were pricey for me if it was 15-20$ I would of bought it
