There was some confusion when we arrived due to the lack of signage and the staff member seating us did not seem to show any regard for our reservation. However, the drinks, food, and service once we were seated were all outstanding! By sitting outdoors, we were given a deal of buy one get one free drink which was a great saving. The drinks and appetizers were delicious :)
My Kids an I had a good time the waiter was excellent , help us out and gave us some suggestions been it was our first time there. The food was good BUT a bit to pricey
Although pricey.. Service and food were really good!
Decent food, fun drinks. Very expensive, not very worth the price.
Amazing Customer service. Great view. Will come again when I return.
First time going and I made a reservation and ended up sitting outside. I asked if there was inside seating and the girl said no, which apparently isn't true. Not very happy with my experience and the server wasn't very attentive. Which is odd since there was nobody there
Thank you so much sugar factory American came all the way from Philadelphia to celebrate my daughter‘s third birthday and with family And you guys at sugar factory American South Beach Miami Florida it was the worth of travel. The food/ drinks was delicious my daughter and family enjoy and her sparklies candle and milkshake yummy. Will come back soon thanks again
We opted to sit outside due to a waiter offering discounted drinks for curb side seating. Several street vendors approached us during our meal soliciting to purchase their products. That was extremely annoying!!! The food was delicious, the drinks were fun, our waiter was professional & friendly. I would come back but would not sit outside!
Overpriced, bad food, mediocre! Definitely not going back.
I enjoyed my dinner, it was my birthday and I was accommodated to the fullest extent. The food was delicious and everything was just perfect. I loved it. I will be back again soon
food is too expensive. sugar factory is over rated
Fun for a young crowd.
Everything was amazing!!! Our server nickolay was so sweet.
Amazing waiters, amazing service
Burgers were cold, fries were good, specialty milkshake was scratched & $35 for a non alcoholic goblet is utterly ridiculous! 20% service charge automatically added to tab & waiter writes on check that gratuities are not included in that 20%! So your expected to tip on top of that? Oh let's not forget 7% sales tax and 2% local tax. So customers are expected to pay outrageous prices plus 44% in tips, taxes and service charges! Beyond insane! Oh and that $35 non alcoholic goblet just cost >$50!!!!!!
Poor service. Overpriced. Longer than necessary wait time once our orders were placed.
Experience was awesome. I'll definitt be back
Actual food was less than mediocre. More known for the dessert and drink menu. Very slow service which is expected with an auto gratuity of 20%.
I little bit pricey and trick with the tips. For every single item they charge you an extra dollar ($1.00) for each one plus they include the 20% for service with no other options so you need to be prepared for surprise when you ask for the ticket. Our order was around $245.00 + all the charge increase to $340.00 almost a $100.00 extra.
The service was great, the food tastes good and the drinks are awesome.
It was amazing ...went for my birthday and enjoyed every moment. The drinks are super strong. You only need one big one to share with the table!
I was excited to go here because I’ve seen pictures of it, but it wasn’t really that great. The candy area was cute but I wasn’t expecting the actual restaurant area to be so small. It was very loud in there, and a million people were celebrating their birthday, so every two seconds the waiters broke out in song. I ordered the South Beach burger which sounded delicious but it was very bland. The only flavor was the plantain. The drink goblets were tasty but I still think $43 is a bit much. Overall, it’s just an overpriced place to eat.
Not impressed bad service not worth the hype at all very disappointed for all the money spent. Even desserts were dry.
I was really excited about going but I wasn’t impressed with the prices of the drinks or the food.
Service was amazing. Our waiter was attentive given how busy they got once we got there. Food was good but left more to be desired.
The waiter was horrible!!! Way too expensive for the quality. Desert was the only part worth mentioning...next time eat elsewhere and go for desert!
My experience was wonderful the staff was really friendly and answered all my questions, the waiter was really good at remembering are order and it did not take long for the food to come out. Would really recommend this place to everyone.
Best food amazing taste, drinks had the right amount of alcohol in them and Monica was the best waitress ever....... Will be going back
Food was horrible and the hostess was beyond rude!
I don't understand why if the company is a chain won't have the same entertainment and service the location on Orlando does. The "order a dessert and a cool dance with the waitresses " in Orlando is the coolest attraction, I thought Miami was going to be even better. But I was disappointed to find out they didn't even know what I was talking about. The food is good but the place is made by the ambiance. For the price you pay I don't think is worth going to this location
Presentation of drinks and sweets are fun and over the top. Definitely a one time visit to experience. Food was mediocre and DEFINITELY not worth the money.
It was really loud and the waiter wasn’t easy to get a hold of, other than that I had a great time with my friends
Our waiter Cody was awesome! Loved his energy & how consistent he was with such a big crowd on a Friday night. He even handled the difficult couple next to us in a positive manner. Go Cody!!!
Amazing food, fun drinks, fun atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves!
Food was ok. Service could have been better. Asked if they acknowledged our open table reservation she said yes but apparently lied because I rec'd a msg from open table saying I didnt show. Probably wont come again.
Food is way too expensive even with the ambiance. Service was average
Terrible service, mediocre food and severely overpriced. An extremely disappointing dinner experience.
Claimed they did not have Open Table Reservation.
I showed hostess confirmation on my phone.
Seated us anyway.
We sat there for 10-15 minutes with not a single hello or greeting from servers.
They all seemed to avoid eye contact with us.
(We were polite and nicely dressed, 2 - 17 year olds, 1 mother and 2 fathers).
Finally someone came over and asked how long we had been waiting.
Restaurant was 1/4 occupied.
He apologized and said he did not know we were his table.
Grilled chicken sandwich was way overcooked and I could only eat about 1/3 of it.
Daughter's $21 milk was ok.
Chandelier above our heads was furry, from all the accumulated dust.
Staff just seemed rude, they would walk right in front of me with out a single word or eye contact,
so that I would have to get out of their way, even without anything in their hands.
In the trendy area of South Beach, one would think they might have a gluten-free option or two.
Not even gluten-free buns. (My daughter has an allergy, so ordered burger w/o bun).
(And then I received an email from OPEN Table saying the restaurant said we were a no show).
Went to celebrate an early Birthday. The food is over priced and nothing to get excited about. $16 for a slice of average red velvet cake and $7 for a no refills ginger ale. The location is nice, South Beach!! Definitely better and more economical restaurants close by. The candy store area is really cute.
It was good the food was good especially the sliders and the milkshake. Our server needed to be on top of his game though
Great service ! Food was good a bit overpriced but your in south beach . Nice ambiance
