Service was bad. Food was pretty bad. Ambiance was non existent. Apparently they don't do the same things that other Sugar Factories do to celebrate birthdays. We talked to three different workers and got different answers about how the birthdays are celebrated. It's very touristy at this location and because they will automatically get a 20% tip (it's already in the bill) the service stinks. We really waited 30 minutes for water.... and another 10 after asking for salt and pepper. If you want junk food and a place to just say you went while in Miami than this is it. I wouldn't do it though.

Was very expensive for what we actually had but was still great vibe and experience as hadn’t been before. So worth the visit.

We went for my daughter's birthday - four girls and one adult. The restaurant was almost empty, but service was still very slow. We got hamburgers with fries, which were mediocre, and one drink the girls shared, and the total was $175 (the tax and the 20% included tip). The large drink was $40 with alcohol, or $36 without alcohol, which seems wrong - it was essentially soda with candy in it, and a little dry ice. I would have expected it to be less without the alcohol. The restaurant does not do anything special for birthdays, other than put a sparkler into whatever incredibly overpriced dessert you choose to order. We decided to get ice cream at the store on the way out instead. The menu is fun, but not worth the price. If I ever go back, we might just go for milkshakes as a treat, but certainly not for dinner.

All good except for fact they didn’t mark down that we showed up! Even after I spent $178 on not a lot of food and only two drinks.

The food was good but the overall service and experience was pretty poor. This was our first time there for my husbands birthday and I do understand that servers and waiters are very busy managing several tables at once but I only interacted with my waiter 3 times(for my drink order, for my entree order, and for my check). The wait time just to ask for some napkins was unreasonable and the atmosphere was very noisy to where I could barely hear what was being said across my own table.

The food it’s just ok. Everything is overpriced and as the tip (20%) is already included the service is just horrible.
