Not a great place to eat. Very expensive!
I had a reservation someone told me to wait in the waiting area cause nothing was avail even but 30 min later still not being seat d they let a party of 8 in and I myself had a party of 8 to top it off the waiter rushed my mom she didn’t even get to eat cause she tried to rush her to order I paid $15 for some wings they only brought out 4! I told them this was our first experience and my last time coming I traveled 14 hrs for NOTHING MY BILL WAS $170 I honestly thing that was bs cause my service was bs! NEVER WILL RETURN HERE AGAIN
While the restaurant is supper cute. Drinks and food items are really cute it really does lack value for the price. I went with a group of 5. Brought 3 Kids. They all ordered milkshakes and again they were super cute but tasteless. They were actually really watered down. For $23 a milkshake I didn’t expect that. The rainbow sliders were so cute and actually tastes great. We also got a sample that was pretty average for $21. Fried ice cream tasted burnt. My goblet was so not worth $43. It’s an experience. You are certainly paying for the experience. Prob won’t go back. 1 Goblet, 3 milkshakes, appetizer sampler, rainbow sliders, and friend ice for $234 will prob be my last trip.
The steak could've been better for $40. It was a very thin cut
This was our second trip for a birthday in the last month. Both times I tried to call ahead but they don't answer their phone pretty much the only way to reserve a table is on line. both times I put that it was for a birthday (11th for both) the first time noone acknowledged yet sang Happy bday to other tables. Second time I made sure I said something to the manager (Anna) 3 times - she ASSURED me she had it handled. We ordered $24.00 milkshakes and nada. I had to ask my waiter in front of the bday girl if we could have the special sparkler candle etc...total cost in the two visits was over 1,000.00 - first time with 5 of us and second time with 3 of us. Will NEVER EVER go to this restaurant again - and I am a local.
BTW - when I went to say something to Anna she was conveniently "not here"
Not very impressed
We had an amazing time with you guys . The kids loved it and so did we, already recommend it to friends coming your way in the next week!!
We traveled all the way from Scotland to visit very happy!!
But one thing we did not get was one of your ducks that was ment to come with the five colour sliders my wife was sad .
Other than that great job guys xxxx
Great food and service!
Me and my niece made it to our reservation but received an email saying that we didn’t show up; not only did we show up but it was the worse experience ever. Bad service, mediocre food and the fact that I even received a message saying that I missed the reservation confirms my feeling upon leaving—it felt like the servers and hostess treated us like we weren’t even there! The server disappeared for 20 minutes and left the milkshake that we ordered at the bar. We told him that it was our milkshake but he told us no we had to wait for it to be made. He then brings us the exact milkshake we just said was ours from the bar to our table.
Overrated and expensive for bland food that I did not enjoy.
Horrible experience. They need to shut down this location or change all their employees and management. Bad attitudes from everyone and they are more concerned with talking to each other to worry about the food or special shakes that are not available since the cooks don’t want to make them! Horrible!! Look at all the other reviews before going!!!
The service was very busy but since it was really for the scene it was a lot of waving down people and reminding.
The atmosphere of the restaurant though was energetic and fun filled with vibrant decorations throughout. Our server was excellent and provided generous service. The actual appetizers and lunch items were American classic and the brunch selections had a great variety. The dessert menu is exemplary of dessert heaven for those individuals who have a nagging sweet tooth. All in all the experience is rated a 4 out of 5 the only downfall is the heavy traffic throughout the restaurant as well as their inability to uphold the reservation.
Trying to find parking is next to impossible. Because the gratuity is added to the check automatically, the service is below average. The outside area could use a good scrub down/power washing. Its nothing more than a novelty restaurant. One trip for a goblet drink and milkshake so my 16 year old could Snapchat it and we’re done!
Overall great experience. Went for a 16th Birthday. The service was sub-par. Servers automatically get 20% gratuity so it is clear they don't really care. My daughter had fun so that is all that matters. Be prepared to spend some money.
The food was not very good, it lacked flavor and tasted like it came from the store directly to my plate, could’ve made better at home myself. The drinks are also way overpriced, with the majority of it being ice and not actual drink.
Wait staff was nonexistent. Since you are automatically charged 20% gratuity, I felt as the staff didn’t care since they knew they were getting their tip anyways. But the biggest turn off was the bill. The waiter told us one price for a drink, and was charged another. Then as we looked closer at the bill- Every item- was overpriced by 2-3$. This doesn’t sound like much, but in the end it was an over charge of $25.00. The manager said they were old menus. We looked st 4 different menus and the price was the same. Is this a scam of theirs? And of course the manager wasn’t pleasant or in a rush to correct it. Never mind the food tasted awful. I won’t recommend this location to anyone .
The food was below average. The desserts were fantastic! Next time we go it will be for dessert only. The place was kind of dirty as well. Our nine year old daughter left bed her milkshake! Disappointed they did not have any rubber ducks as advertised with one of our appetizers and they did not have any of the special lollipops you see on tv that celebrities always have from there.
The service was very poor. For all the money you spend, you would think that the service would have been a lot better.
Domingo was amazing he really made us feel at home and the food came out quick!
Food was just ok. Drinks were extremely slow to come out. We were finished eating by the time our drink came out.
The service fees are a disgrace . The pricing for plain kids pasta with nothing on it and a grilled chicken patty on a bun- nothing in it. Place was very low end high price .
Food was good and our milkshakes were delicious! Bit pricey though and even with a Groupon voucher, still needed to pay a bit extra to cover the bill.
I understand location has a lot to do with it but the quality of food is non existent and the portions are very small. It is way over priced. Would not go there again. The drinks and shakes are cool but not for these prices. I’d rather go to a fancy restaurant for the money spent there. The restaurant is not as nice as in pictures on website. It can use some updating.
Service was so slow and it took forever for food to come out.
Great! We really enjoyed!
The service was horrible. We had to wait 1 hour for a seat and seats were available. Waited another 30 minuets for a menu and water. Waiter had no knowledge and food was cool salad was old. Spend your money somewhere else.
Some items on the menu too expensive.
The service fee is also a surprise on the receipt and you still need to leave a tip.
Overpriced and mediocre service, food was subpar. We ordered the calamari (it never arrived), burger was ok. Chinese chicken salad- all the ingredients came from a can which seems cheap considering the price they charge, cups of water were dirty. We ordered the rocky road milkshake, probably the only thing that was decent. Overall it was whatever, clearly there isn’t much effort, just pictures of celebrities eating there from what appears to be a very long time ago. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you enjoy throwing away money for the sake of saying you went there.
Very expensive for the basic and average food they serve. Not even with the groupon is worth the value.
The staff were very energetic. We went on a night when there were a lot of birthday celebrations so it got loud at times. The food was great but the best part are the drinks. I highly recommend getting a drink of any kind even if that is the only thing you order. Great place 10/10 would recommend
Celebrating the start of a graduation trip.
It was great it was something new and I enjoyed it. I’ll do it again
We are from the Teri state area
Waited for Miami to try the sugar factory
Loved s the drink and the food
Server messed up buy manager came out and greeted us
There’s a service charge and minimum drinks ar $40
My teens loved it
Service was horrible. Food was good. But will never come back again
This place is so loud, it was hard to have a conversation. The place seemed kind of dirty and overrun. We did enjoy the food, but it was certainly over the top and expensive, so it was a once and done kind of experience.
The restaurant was ok not really living up to the fanfare. My kid turned 20 and she wanted to go here really bad. She enjoyed herself but the adults thought it was pricey for normal food
Service, while good, was way too overbearing. Ambiance no where near as nice as he location in NYC which is probably why we were seated immediately and hardly any customers. Drinks were not as “theatric” as nyc location. My kids drink didn’t “smoke” as much. Kept forgetting to bring the cotton candy for our cotton candy martini. My Diet Coke took the longest. Overall ehh. We came because of our kids but wouldn’t come back. $43 for a drink? Way too expensive compared to other location
The place was an absolute mess. Sugar Factory has always been an amazing hotspot to celebrate a special occasion. On my birthday trip we didn't even think twice about going to Sugar Factory to celebrate. The place was dirty, the service was slow and the food was cold. Even one of the drinks did not smoke up when it was first poured and had to be redone. We spent $200 and all we got was 3 drinks and a meal each. The biggest waste of $200. The service should have been out of this world, quick and attentive. Instead it was slow, unattentive and the receipt was even incorrect. The servers were more interested in hangout around the bar instead of doing their job.
We planned a family dinner for my daughter 11 birthday and the experience was magical ... the food was great and the drinks are amazing .. the waiter made the experience for her special and she loved every moment of it
