Nice place noise level (music) to high unable to talk to listen to each other.
Milk shakes and desserts yummy! Not as happening as NYC sugar factory. Service was good ambiance ok-attached to a hotel on ocean drive.
Amazing 😍 atmosphere. Such great customer service. Everything was delicious. The drinks were excellent
Things went well food was great but our waiter kept forgetting things and it was hard to get anything bc of how busy he was but he was a great server
Food is not worth it plus you get hit with Florida taxes 7%, hotel taxes 3%, gratuity 20%. Overall the drinks were great and service is fast and friendly. Would go back for drinks and dessert.
Perfect for a special occasion or just because! Celebrated my baby girl’s birthday!!
Food was great, drinks were not all that for the price
This was for my birthday and was a little disappointed there wasn’t anything different when you reserve for a birthday. But other than that the food was all great and drinks amazing. Service a little slow but very nice.
We came from Palm Beach for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Everything was pretty good, we were sat on time per our reservation and people seemed very attentive, all besides our waiter Matt. Other than him taking a long time to tend to us after we were seated and serve us our drinks/take order we enjoyed the place and would one day return for another Goblet!
Celebrated my 30th birthday here! The food, drinks and overall atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The service was also exceptional!
We've wanted to try this place out for a while now but it's super far for us. I was browsing Groupon and saw a discount for Sugar Factory so I knew we definitely had to try it now. We went for my brother & husband's birthday and were greeted and sat quickly. The server was great and the food, dessert, drinks, and decor/ambience was amazing!!! If we ever go back to Miami, Sugar Factory is definitely on our to do list again! For sure a must go to place if you want something fun & different. We were all very happy with our experience.
Place was very good !!!
This is my second time coming here and the only reason why I come is because my daughter likes it. However, I will assure you this will be my last time going there. The food was very bland and I felt service could’ve been alot better. I even brought the leftovers to my husband and he said the food didn’t taste good.
Matt was so nice on the phone and so welcoming when we got there. Everyone made my daughters 18th birthday so special. Such a great place and so much fun. Took lots of great pics. Best day ever!
We loved the decorations and attentiveness of our server. My meal wasn’t as good as I would have liked but my boyfriend loved his and the portion was awesome (chicken and waffles). I wouldn’t come back but you have to try it at least once for the experience!
Not fun at all. The one in Orlando is way better and more exciting. The ice cream sundae was so much smaller here too. Wouldn’t go back.
I go to a sugar factory every year for my birthday in a different city and South Beach was my favorite
The restaurant itself, and the food, is good but not spectacular. It's very pricey; which you would expect with a South Beach dine in. I would recommend it just for the experience and their gigantic specialty nitro drinks. On the plus side, their staff is very friendly and accommodating and their waiting lobby is really comfortable; with plush couches instead of just being parked on a bench.
Omar was a awesome waiter 🙏🏾
How is it that the prices are high but the soda machine doesn’t work and the drinks come in a plastic cup that can be brought out of the dollar tree smh never again very disappointing....
This place has definitely oversold itself. This was my first time at the Miami location and it will definitely be my last. The drinks are definitely overpriced. A simple Long Island iced tea cost $18 and it comes in a water cup. The service was horrible, our waiter walked past us multiple times not one time did he introduce himself, sell us any items on the menu nor did was he attentive to us during our dine. I could go on and on however, my recommendation is to maybe visit the Orlando location it may be better than the Miami location....I am very disappointed.
It was awesome to do your teens birthdays!!!
It was a nice bday dinner
I told the host that I had a reservation, but they never asked the name. They just sat us down. The first waiter we had was nice, but he seemed to have disappeared and another waiter took our order. We were there over 1 1/2 hrs and only saw our waiter 4 times (to take our order, bring our food, take our dessert order, and bring our check). They take the "automatic 20% gratuity" for granted. The price of the basic food is ridiculous. $7.50 for a plastic 8oz cup of soad... and the waiter never came for a refill. Ridiculous. We were there on a Tuesday evening, so it was not even busy. The staff was too busy talking to each other to actually do their jobs. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
It was okay, definitely over priced. Drinks are not all that.
I’ve been to Sugar Factory I’m at least 5 cities and this was by far my worst experience!
My brother came in to town so I took him and we had a $30 Groupon for $60 worth of food...great deal! I just discovered Groupon and was so excited to use it!
Anyway, my salmon was great and I always order it. My brother ordered a sandwich and he thought it was ehh, ok nothing special. We had 4 coffees, one espresso and the total came to $92 and change before the numerous lists of taxes . Either the server didn’t know how to utilize a Groupon, we were charged per coffee...but the bill just didn’t make sense.
The server could not explain what the 20% service fee meant. I work in catering sales in south Florida so I explain it as an administrative fee NOT a tip. Our server explained it as money the house gets and divides it equally as opposed to him getting it again them dividing it up but if we want to tip additional we can. I was so confused and this guy seemed to be too that I just threw and additional 15% to get him to go away from us instead of having him uncomfortably looking over our bill which is extremely unprofessional. I never tip 15% especially in this business but he was a mess.
Being in catering and events, I would not have hired our server to work one of my banquets nor work with my guests.
Just some honest feedback for Sugar Factory Miami. I am almost positive I will not be returning but will go back to my favorites in other cities, especially NYC.
I will copy and paste this review on other platforms asking for feedback so it doesn’t have to be retyped again just Incase you see the same reply. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
We enjoyed ourselves. My husband really wants to go back to try the gelato.
Amazing experience. Need more waiters for busy Saturday. Otherwise no complaints.
Terrible food. Cold and over priced. Service sub par. Not attentive at all.
Food was overpriced and just ok. The waiter could have been more attentive.
Friendly welcome, great customer service and food taste delicious. #foodisveryfulling.
The food was delicious and the drinks were an experience. The children absolutely loved it and it was the highlight of their holiday.
Overpriced food and drinks. Dirty outside dining. Meh service.
Food quality is about the same as a fast food restaurant and definitely not worth the price you pay. Milkshakes are new & different experience but they taste bland and are nothing special. It was my daughters birthday and her friends and family were excited to be celebrating it there. No acknowledgement of it and was heartbroken when other tables were getting their Bday acknowledged. Servers don’t care how they serve you because there is a 20% Service charge as well as a 2% resort fee from Victor Hotel for use of their property. One & done
The food was good. It’s a celebration restaurant. A bit over priced for everyday.
Amazing food, great ambience 😍
First time in Miami -deffo recommend this place, loved every minute of it! Cheers guys ☺️
Just sat there for about 10 minutes for breakfast in an otherwise empty restaurant. Ordered a “3” egg omelet. Must have been quail eggs it was so small. One super dried toast with frozen butter; not a good combination oh and it cost $17! Their signature goblet drink is $42!!!! Saw the waitress once and had to hunt her down for a check. Then there was 20% tip automatically added. That makes sense because they know they wouldn't even get 5% for their level of service. My daughter had been looking forward to this for her birthday. What an expensive disappointment!!
Service was pretty bad, waited a while to be waited on and then our server spilled our drink all over our table. Our napkins were used to clean it up, then when I asked for new napkins we got a pile of cocktail napkins. The waiter said we’d get free dessert for all the issues but then we didn’t get it because the manager was at the ice cream station so he couldn’t sneak it to us. I’d think twice about coming back, it didn’t live up to its hype.
