The beach atmosphere is great but leave it on the outside, was there for my daughters 15th birthday. And it was crowded which was fine, but Some of these girls were sitting on the seats inside the establishment in thongs, and they didn't wipe down the seats . The whole time eating dinner we were surrounded with women who had there butts hanging out in thongs. Not appropriate for inside for the amount of money we spent. Feeling disappointed.

Overcrowded, overpriced. I've been to other locations, definitely not a contender in comparison.

Rather expensive, Pepsi- $7.00, no refill offered; glass of tea- $7.00, no refill offered. Hamburger (large), chicken sandwich $20 - $21 ea. Only five tables occupied, server not quite attentive. 20% service charge + 7% tax + 2% resort fee automatically added to check. Granted, it is South Beach.

This place is way overpriced and overrated. $44 for a drink and all loaded with tons of sugar and calories. Portions were ridiculously big. Few healthy options especially for vegans or vegetarians. The restaurant was dirty and not well maintained. I don’t see the attraction at all.

Dirty and disgusting. Loud and horrible experience. The menus should have been the first indication that the food would be wretched. Sticky, torn and dirty. Waiter told us he did not have a majority of the items since we had old menus. Bring us new ones? Nope. Save your money. 18% gratuity added for zero service ...

Very weird restaurant. There was a sweets store at the front (which sounds cool) and a restaurant at the back that was confusing in terms of who it was geared towards. It was extremely loud with old club music but also had a ton of families. The menu kind of reads like the Cheesecake Factory. Food was fine. Just an odd ambiance. We planned to have dinner there but ended up just getting drinks and an app and going somewhere else for dinner.

The decor was great when you first walked in the door. However, we sat outside and the chairs and cushions where dirty. The chocolate fondue was cold and the quality of chocolate was poor. My friend ordered the Nutella Milkshake and she enjoyed the flavor.

Inattentive, slow service. Overpriced, sub par food. $24 for a vodka soda, $75 for paella. Overrated tourist trap that doesn't even have bathrooms, literally!

First of I don't think any restaurant should have an automatic 20% gratuity charge because not all service from servers are good. I have NEVER spent $500 at any restaurant!! That's insane!! The only thing unique there is the milk shakes and the giant ice cream bowl thing they have but that's $99. Like literally I could have went to Jason's for the same experience and half the price.

The sandwich was great, waiters gave us water without needing to ask, great ambiance. Only negative thing to say is that the goblets should have less ice and more drink for the price they have

Having had a great experience at the AC location, we could not have been more disappointed by our meal at the South Beach location. The food was mediocre. For the chicken and waffles the chicken was dry and the waffles were spongy (and not the delicious waffles served in AC). The salmon salad was so fishy you could smell it coming. The milk shakes were thin and loaded with filler. Meanwhile the price was exorbitant. I don’t think I’ve ever wasted so much money on a meal. And while our server was good, the cashier at the candy counter was incredulous about having to break a five dollar bill for a small candy purchase. There is better food, service, and prices to be found all over South Florida. Don’t waste the money and calories to go here.
