My birthday. The prices are too expensive. The business is very overrated but I made the best out of it
Great experience. Everything served looked great. Our slider apps were good and Salmon salad was fantastic.
Dominic our waiter was awesome! Phenomenal service!
Sugar factory is a great place for kids, anyone looking to turn an occasion into an experience and for those who love all things sugar! The atmosphere and decor is unique and appealing. The food and service is very good. The atmosphere and decor is perfect. Of course as with any experience, it comes with a price but worth it.
Lamb was so moist..all food tastey...service impeccable.
Would love to visit again soon...and got to see a celebrity while there!!!
I took my mom here to celebrate her birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Matt our waiter was great! He added a special touch yo make my mom's experience memorable.
We went out for NYE and dud to how busy it was we unfortunately suffered from poor service. We ordered drinks from the bar that never came and we were finally told that the bar was slammed and we’d have to wait longer, however tables around us that came after us were able to get fancy cocktails.
We ordered the rainbow doughnut with ice cream which turned out to be more like a rainbow bagel instead, not sweet or light and fluffy or soft with not enough ice cream. The Classic was okay but would’ve been nice if the cookies were warm like what’s done everywhere else that does cookie and ice cream.
We hope to return on a quieter day when service will be on the level it’s known for along with the food and beverage.
My grandchildren loved it and that’s all that mattered.
Drinks and food was GREAT! I went for my birthday and I had a blast!! Please visit you won’t be disappointed.
I live here locally on the beach and had some friends visiting from Broward county so I asked them to meet us there because we had children and thought it would be a fun place for them. First of all it took forever for orders to be taken then the food came before the drinks came out. The food was OK but the service was really lacking. Probably won’t be back.
Fun time at Sugar Factory! Surprisingly good fettucine alfredo dish.
The food and milkshake were great; however, the service was terrible. They didn’t allow us to sit outside because they didn’t have enough personnel, they didn’t want to make a milkshake because they were short on staff. They didn’t check enough times on our table, and then they automatically took 20 percent for tip which they did not earn. The food is good, but overpriced.
Only one and If you like those colored drinks. Food was good but way overpriced and service is very poor and slow. But 20% gratuity included so why would they even try
Best meal ever!! We had so much fun there and we would definitely go back. Food was absolutely amazing!!
Good for photos but that's about it. Service is horrible and they take 20% gratuity automatically so no point for the servers to even try. Very slow and over priced.
Great for kids and whole family!
Food didn’t meet my expectations, I went to Sugar Factory in Orlando and it was a great experience, this one don’t waste your money, no worthy
Amazing food, great ambiance!!! Will definitely return!
I think that it is definitely an experience. The food was not good. My children did not order desert. Next time we will just get desert.
Staff was very polite.
Food is mediocre.
The place is kind of dirty.
Food took forever.
Drinks were awesome, food was great!
They didn’t do as I asked with putting the sparkler in the dessert and play the song or sing happy birthday as I requested. Didn’t even light the candle on the mini cupcake that came with the milkshake..smh I’ve been to a few sugar factories and had a blast, this was the worst experience. I won’t go back
A little pricey but the food was outstanding including the service.
Good but drinks over priced
It was wonderful, the good and drinks were great but a little expensive for one drink other than that the night was perfect
Not worth the drive or the money, this place basically is s Diner by the beach and that's what you are paying for it, the waitress was OK but because the gratuity was already included he did not care to do his best.
My daughter and her friends went to celebrate her birthday. They loved the drinks and the food. Everyone had a great time.
My daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday here. We made a reservation in advance and noted it was her 21st birthday. We braved the two hour drive and were seated almost immediately. The ambiance is nice, outside has music playing so it’s a little loud but lively. It was nearly empty for a Monday afternoon so we were hopeful for a great experience - nope.
It started with the menus - one of our party ordered and was told pizza is no longer an option - even though we were looking at it in the menu. The server said the menu is being changed - it was in 5 of our 6 menus. She brought waters while another choice was made. We finally ordered and the server asked if there was anything else and walked off. We flagged her down to take our drink orders. A small miscommunication - her annoyance apparent.
While waiting... empty water cups blew across the table and the host finally came over to refill water (not the server). We waited 25-30min in total and flagged the server down again and asked about the appetizer to which she said it was coming. It showed up a few minutes later along with our dinner 😳.
The food was pretty good and they give you a lot of it. My daughter ordered her first drink - which was funny. Aside from this moment, the rest of our experience was lackluster.
If I could’ve given the server a $5 tip, I would have but you’re forced to pay a tip whether they deserve it or not. Here’s the issue with the $47 tip the server received - she didn’t have to work hard for it, didn’t have to refill our drinks without being asked, she didn’t have to check to see how we were doing ....she just had to show up to work, be inefficient and lackadaisical in her approach to her service job and still earn $47.
We left. A little while later I went back and asked about the birthday thing - they said they sing and for $5 there is cake or something. We didn’t get that. He said he’d mention it to the manager - we watched him do so... *Crickets*
This place was a let down. I wanted to take my mom somewhere fun and nice for her birthday and this looked like a great place. We drove from Northern Palm Beach (well over an hour away). When I walked in it felt dirty. Maybe the place is a lot better at night when it doesn't feel like "day-old-candy-and-liquor." I've eaten in some dives that still had good food and service, but not here. The waiter kept forgetting our order right after we would tell him. He would disappear to the unknown and randomly appear a long while later. It's not like the place was packed. We were the only table inside for most of our time in the restaurant. There were two other tables seated inside when we left.
The food was okay but certainly not worth the asking price on the menus. My kids refused to eat their mac n cheese because it was cold. Probably sitting in the back of the kitchen waiting for our waiter to reappear from outer space.
Then we placed an order for our dessert. The dessert chef/artist made it fairly quickly but then it sat for close to 10 minutes melting on the counter because a) our waiter was back in outer space b) the other staff stood around chit chatting right next to it not thinking that maybe someone wanted their melting dessert. Finally my mom's boyfriend got up and asked for our dessert from a random employee. Once it was on our table, our waiter came out of nowhere with a lighter to light the candle for my mom...
The icing on the cake was that they have a mandatory 20% service charge. So of course they don't care about service when they are guaranteed a 20% tip. I do not recommend this place, $200 down the drain and a ruined birthday for my mom.
The place was filthy, it was extremely over priced for mediocre food, not worth the $200 I spent on it.
Went for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Good place for celebrations.
Friendly waiter! Good food!! Clean surroundings, quiet
The servers tried really hard but other than that the experience was average. Food average. And the place feels dirty and sticky.
Amazing ! Food and the atmosphere was just wonderful!
The service was horrible! We waited over 20 mins to get extra condiments. We had send the fries back because they were cold. The quality of the food is not worth the price.
Very cute inside, lots of sweets, great menu options, a little noisy outside but not horrible, just music and people passing by. Lots of photo ops and good drinks
I went to Sugar Factory on a birthday weekend getaway. My friends and I came from out of town to experience Sugar Factory, but was disappointed. The drinks are very good, but the service was horrible. I asked my server if he could do the birthday celebration and he completely forgot. I would suggest they work on their service and how they treat their customers
An environment that has mastered the ability to appeal to all your senses. This is not just a restaurant. Trust the reviews, and me, when i say you will be completely satisfied. Also make reservations.
Nice place noise level (music) to high unable to talk to listen to each other.
