   poor service, food was excellent. Retail candy side needs help looks like maybe losing lease and closing. Artwork fallen from walls never replaced. Place needs TLC. I'm not one to call manager whole at table because that comes off I want a discount or something. Rather pay in full what I order and will pay the least offered amount mentioned as suggested tip and it was at 15%

   Went to the one in Biloxi, Mississippi. It was a cute place. The food was awful. The price was outrageous! We had three people in our party, every single drink and every meal came out at different times. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

   This place is terrible. The waitress was terrible. Service was bad. Food not up to par. Went for my birthday.. and the waitress didn’t even acknowledge it. Definitely would not recommend this location.

   I love the ambiance here. But that’s it. We have been to this restaurant several times. Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse and worse. We waited 10 minutes for the hostess to come seat us. Another 15 minutes for the server to come by. Another 30 minutes for drinks. And yet another 30 minutes for food. Very disappointing.

   Place is a gimmick. 1 entree came out way before other 2. Chicken Caesar with scarce amount of chicken. Wife finished it before other meals came out. So we all watch other eat instead of eating together. Buffalo chicken was cold. Actually cold. fries on 2 plates were soggy. The $40 drinks are a huge gimmick. And it just wasn’t as fun and entertaining as we’ve witnessed at the Foxwoods Connecticut venue, which is why we decided to go here. A lot of hype for a wildly underwhelming place.

    Sugar Factory is one of the reasons we take girls' trips to Biloxi! We love it there! The food and drinks are great and the service and atmosphere are awesome, too! We love how upbeat it is and the birthday celebrations! Thank you guys for an awesome time, as always!

    We celebrated our daughter’s 12th birthday and it was awesome! Our waiter David was the best! We did the $60 birthday package and it was sooooo worth it to see her face and how the whole restaurant participated once the lights turned off! 100 % Recommend for celebrating a birthday ❤️

    Went for my daughter's birthday and it was the best, we did the $60 celebration package and they made it so special for her. Staff was sooo friendly, everyone told her happy birthday remembered her name as we were leaving and told her happy birthday. It was the absolute best.

    We took a shot on this restaurant for my sister’s boyfriend birthday weekend getaway. It’s not a place where you are trying to eat on a budget or if you like quite dinning. The ambiance is lit and the food and drinks are good. I would most definitely dine here again.

    We arrived 15 min before our reservation time (6pm) and was seated. We ordered a milkshake and received in timely manner. We then ordered out dinner and drinks. After an hour of waiting, there was no food or drinks. After waiting another 15-20 minutes I finally ask the waiter to come over and explained to him that I never received my drink and later to find out that it was sitting at the bar and no one ran it out (per him). He explained they only had two cooks and that was the issue. Another 5 mins or so passed and the lady from the kitchen brought out my wings which were over cooked and slightly cold. My daughter did not receive her burger and I finally advised our waiter that I would like my receipt and we would be ok our way.

    Went there for breakfast, tables dirty and sticky. It was not full but took 20 mins to have the server ask for our drinks. After we placed our order it took another additional 40 mins to get a coffee and a milkshake. Each drink varied 10 to 20 minutes after the server brought one drink out. They were out of menu items, server was apologetic but then would disappear. Overall did not care for the experience.

    We had reservations for 6 we made it there at about 5:57 we were seated and placed our order. We did not receive our food until 7:15 the waiter stated they were short handed as the reason and that they were “temperature checking” our chicken and waffles. The food came out like it was rushed the burgers were hard (meat) and bread was slightly burnt. We told the waitress she apologized and gave us my son’s birthday sparkle free🙄 we spent a total of $189 for a Burger King meal… I feel ripped off never again!

    I have been wanting to come here for a while, and I finally did. I was not too happy about my visit. I got the chicken and waffles to eat. The chicken was delicious, but the waffles were too hard. I also got one of those big candy drinks with the smoke. They didn’t have the right candy, and for the price $40 I was expecting to get a little tips or something!!! I didn’t get tipsy at all. It’s really not worth it.     My husband, daughter, nephew and I had reservations 3/19/23 (Spring Break)we arrived a little early and was seated right away our server was a lady named “Star” she was excellent she attended to us and was very professional/polite I also told her manager how good our service was we will definitely be returning

    They were out of many items. Our reservation was for 4pm. It was 5pm before we could order. No one was available to work the candy counter. The food was okay, definitely overpriced. The waitress was really nice but had too many customers.
