Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Biloxi
We ate here on a Monday night. The restaurant was not even 50% full, yet it took quite some time for us to receive our food. Noticing our food was taking longer-than-usual to reach us, the server merely looked panicked and avoided our table as not to be forced to explain why the food was taking so long. After waiting 45-50 minutes for our food to arrive, none of the requested side items came with it. We ordered the sampler as an appetizer, and the chicken strips were disgusting. There was more batter than meat, and the batter was not seasoned well. We informed our server that we were there to celebrate a birthday. The server never wished our guest a simple "Happy Birthday" and immediately started spewing prices for birthday acknowledgements (purchase dessert + pay $5 for a sparkler). We passed on that ridiculous offer. This restaurant is LOUD and overpriced. You have to yell over the music to communicate with the person sitting right next to you. It seems to me the owners are confused as to whether or not they wanted to open a night club or a restaurant, so they simply merged the two and snapped photos and video footage of every celebrity patronizing its restaurant to attain credibility. It's the oldest marketing trick in the book, and I'm ashamed to admit that I fell for it. Never again.
The food wasn't good the drinks wasn't good it was to sweet tasted like a fruit punch didn't have any kind of liquor in it big as the drink was we didn't even get a buz then the tables were so small could barely set the food on it with the drinks on it and they were to close together can barley move only thing was good about it was very entertaining
I made reservations for 8pm. I was not seated until 9:30pm. Although that was a horrible wait time, I still enjoyed myself! My waitress was great!
Food wise it was horrible. If you're going solely for desserts then it's a hit. Kids loved all the candy and colors. Definitely nosey but I expected that. Way over priced just for an IG worthy pic.
I went back again to try something different, I’m sure not all the food can’t be bad. This time I got the signature burger. It was actually pretty good, something I would definitely come back for. Service is always great here. I’ve noticed every time I go, 3rd time now, there’s something on the menu I would usually want. dessert, they’re usually out or not all ingredients available to make that dessert.
Waiter was poor, didn’t get everything I order meaning a drink and her response time was bad
The food was amazing, but the drinks was overpriced and overrated. They were extremely to sweet. I guess we were paying for the look
Food and service were good. Music choice and ambience weren’t as good as usual. 4th time there and the employees working weren’t as energetic.
We went for my seven year old birthday. Waiter forgot my wives meal and she had to watch us eat and got her food late. I can barely see chicken in my chicken Alfredo. Otherwise we were happy to visit.
Way too loud
Overpriced and food wasn’t good. Won’t be returning.
The tables are a little close together so you feel a bit cramped. But the food is good and overall we had a pleasant experience. Over half the menu is drinks and none are cheap so stop by a bar if alcohol is what you want. 😃
I wouldn’t say this is a kid friendly environment which is perfect, it’s like a club with great food and drinks, the music is loud and jumping, it’s always someone’s birthday , this was the best experience ever can’t wait to go back
It was okay no complaints just mix up with not finding my reservation
Table for two was horrible. Tiny table sitting on top of your neighbor both sides. So loud you couldn’t talk. Our waitress was horrible but the support staff was attentive.
We had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic and our drinks were fabulous. I will definitely be going back.
Yes but be prepared for poor organization. We did not have silverware on our table and had to ask 3 different times until someone finally gave us some.
The food and the service were really good but the prices are up there but for how much food they give you I would say it’s worth it.
Our waiter, KJ, was the best! She was very nice, urgent, and ready to answer all our questions about the drinks and food. The drinks were good and the food was even better. It was our first time going to the Sugar Factory. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone whether they’re staying in Hard Rock or not. Also, the hostess was great and nice as well.
Only two server on the floor its was so busy my food was cold an over cooked I went to the one in Orlando it was the bomb decided to drive to this one from New Orleans with other family members so they can have the experience it was horrible wont be back no time soon
It was great until all the birthday songs
I expected this place to be business the night I reserved due to a concert. But it wasn’t bad at all, No lines & we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive. The food was delicious & so was our Goblets. Will visit again soon.
The experience was great! The only issues that we encountered was that three of the items that I ordered from the menu was out. So I was basically forced to order something that I didn’t want. Certain items on the list was bland (as far as taste) being from Louisiana I expected more from Mississippi with the taste. The overall experience was great the food is what took the rating from outstanding to great! My server Raveen was the best to ever do it! She made sure our glasses stayed filled, and we were enjoying our outing. We return again. Can’t wait to try the Shrimp and Grits
Wait staff and Manager was outstanding! Milkshakes and food was delicious. The hostess tried to ruin our experience but once we got over her rudeness, we had a great experience.
We encountered the rudest hostess I have ever seen. Rolled her eyes at us, argued with us about not being able to seat our party of 6 together, and that we don’t have a reservation because they don’t make same day reservtion... yet we did ! Actually treated us like garbage and when I finally said something to her about it she literally threw her hand in the air and walked away... I spoke to management who was very kind. This is the first impression your customers have of your establishment. Having someone like this at your door is a very poor business decision. Also, this was a Birthday as stated in the Reservatin and no one did anything special for the child. So, 10 minutes arguing at the door with the rudest hostess in history made this Birthday just perfect. Won’t be back
Great food and service ! They do not sure the lunch menus until 11am so that was a slight change in our plans but the breakfast was amazing .
We went within the first 2 weeks of opening, and twice more thereafter. The food quality has declined since the 1st visit. I go for the macaroni balls. When they first opened, the cheese was gooey and falling out as you pull the ball apart.. Now, it taste very bland, the cheese isn’t gooey at all. My fiancé tried the donut burger this last visit, only the top bun was glazed. The fries wasn’t fresh. We learned on the first visit, the alcoholic beverage bowls, seem nonalcoholic. You don’t even buzz. Service is great! The manager was accommodating.
Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be back
We went for dessert . We didn’t know the menu was limited at that time of night but it was still nice. The sundaes were amazing and worth the $13
Everything was amazing!! The food, the service, and the atmosphere, everything was perfect!!!
I Went Twice Here In One Day. 11am & 8pm.
11am I Went For Lunch, It Was Quiet Because They Just Opened. I Had Ordered Sampler, Pasta & Strawberry Lemonade Goblet With No Alcohol. Some Of The Sampler Was Almost Cold When We Got It. Pasta Was Not Good But Server Realized I Didn’t Like It And Took It Off The Bill, Without Me Knowing. Awesome Service. The Goblet Drink Was Ok, Fun Experience.
8pm I Went With Family Members For Just Desserts. We Ordered Slider Burgers (Super Cute, Came With A Cute Rubber Duck& Was Pretty Good), Classic Ice Cream Sundae (Huge Portion, More For 5-6 People, Ice Cream Was Okay), Then My Brother Told Them It Was My Birthday, The Server & Some Other Staff Members Came Running Out A Firework Candle In The Ice Cream Cup And Sang (So Entertaining & Fun). I Was Also Able To Purchased The Rubber Duck Cup That Was On Displayed. Overall It Was A Great Experience. Staff Was Friendly & Wonderful. Food Was So So.
Waiter was very confused and took forever to get things I requested.
It was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved it.
The experience was great and I would like to try more items next time. My server was awful but another server jumped in to help and he did a great job. My drink was good but for 32.00 it tasted as if it didn't have any alcohol to me just sugar. lol The food was okay and worth the price I paid. The waffles were awesome. I will be coming back to try some desert only next time and hopefully I will get a better server.
The Sugar Factory was an amazing place to go. My boyfriend and i went for our one year anniversary and we chose a perfect place for lunch.
Loved the drinks and food. Positives for ambiance and menu choices, negative for bringing appetizers out at the same time as food and the tables being a bit sticky from the last group. Would go again especially for a special occasion.
This place is AMAZING! I’ve been wanting to go every since it debuted in Las Vegas and it was worth the money I spent! It was the perfect date for me and my boyfriend
The food was great but the restaurant was really loud and was pretty hard to talk to the person in front of me
It was the best. Food , drinks, service, and atmosphere was a dream
