They ran out of the appetizer that we wanted, so we settled for the spinach dip, which was watery.
Would not recommend this location. Food was not good, service was slow(we never got a drink refill), the music was so loud we could not have a conversation and the smell of smoke was prevalent.
It was super loud bc there were a lot of birthdays. We had fun. Service was kind of slow.
I was celebrating foe my birthday and this was my first time eating at the sugar factory; however, I didn’t know alcohol stopped serving at 10:30pm so that was very disappointing. The birthday song should also be free for those who are celebrating a birthday, it seems very unfair to charge the birthday girl or not $60-$100 to sing happy birthday.
Everything was great. Waitress was really nice
Great food great value. We will come back with the family.
Called for reservation ealrarlier in the day. A manager told me that reservations cannot be made for the same day. I went to OpenTable and reserved a table for the same day but could only reserve for 6 not 8. When I arrived I had to wait an additional 20+ mins. Food was cold, service was slow, our food was served to another table. Didn't receive a milkshake we had ordered. Restaurant was extremely loud. Not great considering the price.
I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a fun restaurant to dine at. The staff was very friendly and energetic.
Food was good. Would have like to see few more items added to the menu. Drinks were amazing !
First experience getting together with family
Great place to have fun.. staff was great and respectful.
Great food and drinks good place to hang out with friends.
The drinks were pretty good and presented well. However, our food was lukewarm and the burgers were dry. I will come back for the 🍸
BEST FIRST TIME BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE EVER
This is our second birthday party here. We loved it! Thanks, Sugar Factory!
I wasn’t offered the brunch menu @11am... made reservation but still had to wait for a table... food was cold ... ordered breakfast quesadilla but came out as tacos. If you’re not there for the Smokey drinks and colored food, it’s a waste of time. Will not return.
This place was amazing! It was our first time going and definitely will not be our last. Celeste, our waitress, was awesome! The atmosphere was energetic the entire time. The food and drinks were great as well.
It was awesome
If you have ANY special occasion and you don't mind the attention. Come here. The service is amazing.
It was a birthday they didn’t acknowledge... the food was awful, out of a lot of items. Service was mediocre... NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Once again I have no complaints. My waitress, sweet lady with braids. She was the bomb.
I absolutely loved my first visit at the Sugar Factory. Celeste was an awesome server. Loved the atmosphere. Will be back
My first experience at Sugar Factory was nothing short of amazing.
Matt was our waiter and he was the best waiter! He was so kind to my birthday girl. He got the crowd hype when it was time. He was friendly, caring, compassionate, attentive. I’ll make sure everyone I send back ask for Matt in particular. He made the experience 100x more enjoyable!
Thank you again!
Did not order food just drinks! The drinks were awesome! We had the hypnotic Long Island! Delicious
The drinks were super expensive. Although they were cool looking, they were too sweet. My daughter barely drank 1/4 of her cup. My husband and I shared a drink a d we also couldn't finish it. Two cups for $62!
Decided to surprise my 14yr old daughter with a trip to SS for her birthday. She enjoyed it as did the rest of the fam.
Our server Kayla was pretty much amazing. I mean how she managed to be perfectly attentive to her tables in such a fast paced environment was impressive.
We all 4 had burgers and only one came dressed as ordered. But it wasn’t a big enough deal to ruin the experience. The food arrived all together and at a good temp. Taste? It wasn’t the best ever but it didn’t disappoint either. But we as I assume most didn’t necessarily come for the food as much as the experience....and of course the sweets, i.e., monster shakes, sundaes, fancy drinks with dry ice bringing them to life. 5 stars there!!
Now here comes the only thing keeping the restaurant and the experience from being a perfect one. The restaurant has a candy store that looks like it Wily Wonka created it. The wifey hoped to buy some of the lemon candy that was included with one of my daughters drinks.
So as we’re doing our social distancing dance. My oldest is sharing with us how filthy the ladies restroom was. No worries. An employee gloved up and armed with cleaning supplies (Windex) enters the restroom appearing to initiate her cleaning.
There is one employee helping behind the candy counter and a gentlemen whom I assume is the manager appears to notice the need to summon her some assistance. And which employee is nearby? The same one that just exited from cleaning the ladies room and has just opened the door to the men’s room.
She is happy to come render her fellow employee some assistance at her managers request. She just needs to first set down her restroom disinfecting cleaning supplies (spray bottle of Windex). But no time to wash up. I mean she already had gloves on so she’s already ready to waltz right over to the container of candy and begin filling the customers order.
And this is where we...after staring at each other in shock, left vowing never to return.
Everything was great. Celebrating a birthday here is always a great fun experience.
The food quality was poor and not worth the price. I did not see staff sanitize tables when customers finished dining. The restaurant should have been cleaner. The floor was slippery. The booths were worn with visible tears in material. The bathroom needed cleaning. I will not return and will not recommend to family and friends.
We love the theme and location, but was not a good experience this time.
The service was extremely slow for us, food was cold when we finally received it and table next to us came in after us and was served before us??
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
Service is always great, food was good I recommend everyone to visit sugar factory
Granddaughters big 21st birthday.
3 people were served half cooked chicken. The waitresses was super nice.
Food was ok. Its a bit overpriced for what you get. Music was way too loud for the area
I was really impressed with the taste of the food and the display. I wasn’t impressed with my drink, for the price of it and for it not to really have any alcohol in it. I know I could have sent it back but I really don’t like doing that.
Service was awesome.... food not so much had the wing they were great & order shrimp Alfredo it didn't have no seasoning or taste. Seems like they take it straight from the bottle to the plate.
If you want to celebrate a birthday this is the place to go! They out did themselves! Make sure you get the Large IceCream it’s so worth it! Wish I could upload the videos from our trip all my sisters want to have their birthday there!
Great Atmosphere!!!! Would love to go again in the future.
