Server barely came to table and did not come to table till 25 minutes after sitting, had reservations and was not seated until 30 minutes after arrival; food was forgotten

Service was extremely slow..a table that came in way after us with more ppl in their party got their order taken and their food before us..the meal was not want I ordered so I sent it back. When we get our 500 dollar bill I see the meal that I only took literally one bite of was still on the check. The server says well it wasn’t anything wrong with it so you still have to pay for it.which would’ve been ok had he told me that when he took it away from the table and I could’ve given it to one of my kids later. It took me going off for the manager to even try to accommodate even a little..he ended up taking off the meal but after so much hassle. And on top of that it was my daughter birthday and she didn’t even get her birthday icecream..I WILL NEVER BE BACK

The music was extremely loud. We understood it was a part of the ambience but we had to scream at each other to talk at the table. The food was okay. It could have been better if warm, we really liked the buffalo chicken fries a lot but really would have enjoyed it a lot more if warm. Also asked for a beer, was brought the non alcoholic version requested the alcohol one and after much wait, they said they didn’t have anymore blue moon.

Yesterday was my first time at the Sugar Factory and I had a blastttttt! The bartender was so sweet and understanding. She explained the menu and drink options beautifully. Definitely will be going back there again!

The milkshakes were fantastic and dessert for 2 days. We got some appetizers to share before hand. My only complaint were the $17 chicken fingers were very small for that price... and only included 4. The tenders and fries were really good though. Enjoyed the quesadillas. It took a while for a server to acknowledge us but our server was great. Very nice.. The staff sang for our daughter's 16th bday which was a lot of fun. It was definitely an experience we enjoyed overall.

Place needs an upgrade. Food was too salty. Was there for my 15 year old daughter’s birthday and it was not impressive. The menu is vast and there are endless drinks to choose from but it is expensive and not tasty. Ambience is ok but the place is old and just dirty. Won’t be back.

It’s definitely a fun place to visit. It could use an upgrade, especially the restrooms. Our server was amazing! The food was mediocre at best. The milkshakes were a hit for the kids. Overall, really overpriced. Enjoyed it, but probably won’t be back.
