   They need to close that place down, everything was disgusting, nothing works, there was hair in the food, the bathroom wasn’t working, no water running properly to wash your hands

   Food was not good - dry, over cooked chicken, stale bread, no guacamole and average tacos. We went specifically for the fondue. Looked good, but was the consistency of paste. It was not edible. The waitress said it was because the votive went out. Relit it, nothing changed. We asked to have it removed from our bill. SF policy- once a plate is placed on the table, it cannot be removed from the table or bill. We refused to pay our bill. The manager agreed to replace our fondue after seeing that it was inedible. Second attempt was better, but cake bits and brownies tasted stale. Never going back or recommending restaurant to others.

   I visited the restaurant on 4/30 which was my daughter's 9th birthday. When I walked in, there were several dirty tables. I had a party of 7 and they sat us in the corner at a very small table. The server was not very knowledgeable about anything! She didn't know what foods were available, what the birthday policy or celebration was, nothing! My daughter (the birthday girl) ordered fries. Not only was she the LAST person served, her food was cold. To add insult to injury they took FOREVER to sing her happy birthday and she was crying by the time they finally came. Once we got the bill is was a crazy amount for the appetizers and cold fries. Not to mention, they charged me $15 for a small scoop of ice cream and for them to sing happy birthday. While $15 is not a lot, not being told prior to, I was upset. Their response was "someone was supposed to tell me" Overall this was by far the WORST dining experience I've ever had and I will NOT be returning or recommending this location to family or friends.

   This place is good and really fun! They play music and the energy of the staff was great!! The only thing I didn’t like and why I’m rating it like I did is it’s WAY OVERPRICED!! $52 for those fancy drinks and the food was way overpriced as well. We spent $350 for 4 people. 2 alcohol drinks and 1 nonalcoholic drink plus food and 2 appetizers and 1 milkshake. For that we will not go back it’s just overpriced. But everyone is different. If you go just be prepared to spend!

   The seats are really close together, I wouldn’t prefer basically sitting on top of people. Waitress was very nice, she didn’t come by often but she did a good job. The spinach dip was like 4/10. Chicken stir fry very good, and watermelon pina colada was also very good.

   First time and last time to this restaurant. The place looks run down and dirty , the food was terrible but our server was great. Sorry but I won’t be going back.

   Was charged a service fee for a large party in which it said we had 8 people and we only had 5.Server had us waiting for awhile.It was my fiance birthday and they charged us $35 for them to sing happy birthday.

   The drinks are priced too high (the fishbowl drinks). My food was really good. I got a turkey burger with fries. The music was very loud, we could barely hear each other but it was a good playlist. My teens enjoyed it very much.

    The atmosphere is definitely energetic so be prepared!! Such an exciting establishment for birthday celebrations!! Based on the reviews we did not order any food but the food looked very appetizing coming out to other surrounding tables. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we were sat at 7:15. I really appreciated that. Our server, Rashonda was very attentive, caring, informative, and friendly!! The birthday song and dance was hit!! The desserts were delectable and delicious !! Perfect place for desserts and mocktails!! Reservations highly recommended. What a fun outing!!
