Really nice ambience but the food is just okay. Deserts are amazing…
The hype was the reason for going. Planned on getting one signature bowl drink, knew it consist of 1% alcohol vs 99% juice. Didn’t buy. The regular Long Island took 20 minutes to make/brought to table. Server walked away for several minutes between bringing menus, bringing water, taking order. Half of party received their plate, the other half received their plate 10 mins later. Rather crowded establishment with tables & chairs. Entrance needs revamping. Music consist of a few foul language, and full of kids. Ordered fire Cheetos burger, dry!! Shrimp pasta my mom ordered, 5 large shrimp. Had to ask for refills on water & was served carbonated water. That was strange. Valet was super cool.
Server was too busy. Had to request assistance from another. Fries came out cold. Food was taken from table that wasn't suppose to be.
Upon arrival for our reservation we were told to wait on the side with Many other guest. My family nor were the other guest acknowledged for about 40 minutes The workers kept walking by but said nothing. Didn't ask if we needed help. Check us in for our reservation no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Was in Atlanta for a visit, and the restaurant was highly recommended. The following were areas observed during the visit:
Waiter: He was awesome and catered to our needs, polite, and attentive.
Cleanliness: The floor was dirty and sticky, and not what we expected from a popular place to dine in.
Food: Myself and my daughter ordered burgers and asked for the meat to be medium. It came out well done and dry.
Overall: The place was a good place to try out, as a one time visit. The price definitely DOES NOT represent the food quality, or the cleanliness of the establishment. The food was subpar and something you could expect from a lower end restaurant chain as far as quality. The food presentation was okay.
The food was good but the prices could be a little lower especially the drinks
Food and drink too expensive and surprised taxes, I didn't like it and they forgot about my bday after I told them 3 times and reserved a table.
Server with blonde hair was awesome.
My daughters first time there and they loved it. Loved it so much they want their birthday party there. See y’all soon.
They were out of vanilla ice cream which made it difficult for our party and birthday girl! How do you run out of vanilla!!???
Had a great time. It was nice music was good an the drinks was amazing. Definitely goin bacc. Thanks sugar factory Atlanta
Finally decided to spend my birthday with my family of 5 at Sugar Factory. We made a reservation for a Sunday at 6:30. We were seated right away. It took some time for a server to come take our order. I was so excited for one of Sugar Factory’s signature drinks and I even let my girls get a virgin drink to match. Our food came within 10 minutes! Sounds awesome? Nope. No drinks. No silverware. When asked, they gave us plastic silverware with a paper napkin while everyone around us had metal silverware wrapped in a black cotton napkin. 10 minutes later, they bring both huge bowls filled with ice and candy for our drinks. We were excited! But No drink. 15 minutes later, as we watched people that came and sat at the bar after we arrived get their drink, after we completely finished eating, the server brings the 2 glasses to pour the drinks. No thanks..the ice had started to melt with water just sitting inside, we were done eating and ready to go. No apology. So no fun drink, no fun birthday dessert thanks to awful service. Our food should not have come out before the drinks. The drinks should not have been sitting there with just ice for over 15 minutes and then try to pour it into a watered down bowl. We all enjoyed our food, but not the experience
My second time at a sugary factory and definitely not what I experienced the first time.
Poor customer service with making a reservation for a party over 10 people. No response from Sugar Factory.
I had to get more dry ice because it didn't do right and that was the only reason my little girl wanted to go.. Make sure you always have good ice
Didn’t get seated for 45 with a reservation and the service was terrible and the horrific looks that was given while we were there
The sugar factory was ok. This was my first experience. I loved the drinks. The food is a bit over priced. The waiter added his own tip at the end And I didn’t appreciate that.
It was a great experience but definitely not for the price
It was beyond amazing for my daughter & cousin birthday
Go for ambience & IG pics only - thank me later!!!
Food took 45 minutes to get to us. The floors throughout the entire restaurant were extremely dirty and sticky. When our food finally came, we asked for it to go. Traveled from NC to visit this place. Could of stayed home and went to chuckee cheeses.
Birthday celebration of our 16 year old. Great way to celebrate!!
The loud music was fine. The service was great. The food was not so good.
It was a great experience and a very complementing place for my daughter to discover the biggest milkshake she's ever had.
Better for lunch doesn’t really live up to the hype
(My 10 yr old says) It was my first time. I got a smokey drink & I loved it. My friend got a milk shake. She loved it as well. They were bigger than we thought, but I love big drinks. I loved all the pictures on the wall. The Sugar Factory is an awesome place to take pictures at. The food wasn’t the best, but I guess it’s not known for their food. I recommend the rainbow hamburgers. All of it was on the pricey side, but I thought it was worth it for my first time. I wanted a sucker, but they were $38 dollars and the celebrities probably get them for free. I mean, cut us some slack. We are humans too. Overall, I would recommend.
Came for my son's 12th birthday. The food was good but took a long time to come out. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the wait time for dessert was extremely dissatisfying.
Tierra was amazing, great experience will return 3 thumbs up
My sons Milkshake took 45 mins to come out, it was a Tuesday & his birthday … it’s kinda dark in here .. couldn’t get good pictures of him.
Bathrooms can be cleaner as well .
This was my first visit here and I went with some friends that has visited another one of your restaurants, she advised it was nothing like this restaurant. It was dark, food not that great, and not what I anticipated.
It took 45 minutes for a some to come to our table which was so annoying.
The food was good
Poor customer service didn’t receive my food but got my ticket
Our milkshakes were warm and melted completely. We had to ask 3 times for silveware and napkins.
Made reservations and The young lady that was there said that I could not still cannot be seated until all of my party /7 out of 9 was there and then when all my party was there he claim he is the manager of the front desk or the hostess area you have straight attitude. On this day this manager head on a leopard shirt. I will have to think twice about ever going back to the sugar factory in Atlanta Georgia.
Party of 8. 80% of the food came out cold and overcooked. No napkins, silverware and cups. Server spilled water on floor behind me, instead of mopping it up, he placed a wet floor sign on top of puddle and waited for the floor to dry on its own. People were complaining about the food and service all around us. Will not be going back.
Our waiter was very nice and professional but the service sucked. We constantly have to remind him for refills until we just gave up. We waited over forty minutes for our checks and Togo boxes. Out of the 2.5 hours there, he probably was at our table five times. Remind you, this was a party of eight.
Service was horrible. Waiter told us they didn’t have things they had, out of numerous items. Took forever to get drinks and there were only two tables. Manager was very kind and apologetic. Food was not great, so it didn’t even make up for the bad service.
Our server accidentally served us an alcoholic drink (we were NOT 21) and didn’t notice until we asked him if it was nonalcoholic. We specifically ordered nonalcoholic. Then, when he realized he brought us a nonalcoholic version, but we didn’t even want that anymore because we had just drank a lot of the first one because it took him a long time to get back to us, and we still had to pay for the second one, which we didn’t want and barely drank. It wasn’t even that crowded, but service was slow.
It was my birthday weekend and I Have a Fabulous time I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again
