Food was great, temperature of building was cold.
We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday dinner food and service was great!
Drinks were really good. But we came for drinks and the colorful sliders but they were out of the buns. So we ordered the sampler platter and the chicken strips were hard. Took a while for our waiter to come over and get our drink order but she was very nice. Only 1 restroom upstairs so we had to wait to use the restroom but was told it was more downstairs. But i will come again!!
It was so loud, we could not hear each other speak.
It took more than 10 min for someone to speak to us after we were seated.
We had to ask 3 times for silverware.
My salad was missing ingredients, but it was too loud for me to mention it to anyone.
Definitely would not recommend. They ran out of utensils and glasses for the water. They gave us one glass of water for three people and didn’t bring out the other two glasses until after the entrees arrived. The manager was rude and they charged a $30 gratuity for 3 people. When I asked the manager about it they said it was “company policy” on the weekends. Very unprofessional.
We went to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. The hostess was not friendly at all, and I notified the restaurant before hand that it was her birthday. To start there was a really bad odor in the air from another customers food very fishy smell. Everyone seated around us was like what is that smell. Our waitress came to our table and said I hope you are not thirsty we do not have any clean glasses. Very unprofessional. Will never go back.
Hello I visited your Atlanta location on Saturday 11/30 night. Before actually getting into the restaurant when coming into your entrance there is not a flat surface and I had to have assistance to help me down off a step because I use a wheelchair. I had a reservation for 12:00 pm which would have been 12/01 but we arrived early around 11ish. When arriving we were seated very quickly and being that we were close to the entrance door and it was very cold that night. Also, by sitting so close to the door this was the main walkway for traffic. I could not pull up to your table due to there being a bar directly in the middle of it which would not allow my chair to pull up fully to the table. By me not being able to pull up with all the traffic I kept being bumped all night while waiting. I think there should be squares tables for wheelchairs that has legs on the outside which leaves open space in the middle under the table for leg room. Me and my guest preferred an upstairs table, but this was not available due to your elevator being out of order. However, it then took a turn for the worse. After placing our order it took 50+ minutes for our food to arrive. My server only response was " Oh you ordered a medium well steak that is whats taking so long". This was our first experience here and this is not what we imagined we would go through when trying to patronize your restaurant.
I believe people want a more fun environment ( like you receive at the Orlando location) however the vibe was quiet and off putting
The venue itself is beautiful. However, the noise level, the service and the overall satisfaction was poor. Drinks came significantly late. Food was mediocre for the price and some of our table guests never received what they ordered. Music was loud as if we were at a club. I swear I thought it had to be a hidden dance floor somewhere. I think everyone should always try things themselves but I won’t be back any time soon.
Would have preferred better seating
My dates steak was cold
We had a blast!! Awesome for birthday celebrating or girls night celebrating!
Drinks were really good but service was very slow and music was too loud. I felt like I was screaming just to talk to my friend.
I will never return to any Sugar Factory’s. I was so looking forward to this , the menu looked good and we had goblets picked out and milkshakes the whole nine yards. We came for my aunts bachelorette party thinking it would be a good time. We were sat all the way upstairs in the farthest corner in the back , no view of the restaurant to take in whole atmosphere. Music kept going up and down in volume. We got room temperature water when we sat down and never got any refills. When we asked for things it took 20+ minutes. The only thing that came in a timely manner was the straw for my Togo drink after the manager comped us over $100 in food because it was terrible. AWFUL. The manager knew exactly what the problems were just by looking at our plates.
slow service for a Saturday night. I waited 15min after being seated before even seeing our waiter and getting our water. The bartender took entirely to long on our drinks we didn’t receive our drinks until after we had ate our food. But besides that food was great, drinks were great, atmosphere was great. Definitely worth going again.
Please look at the New York location...
The energy is there but lacking in ambiance and esthetics.
Food was sooooooooo gooodddd😍
We took our children and grandchildren for dinner. All food and drinks were beautifully presented. Our grandchildren loved the colorful sliders and fancy milkshakes! We all had different menu items. The food was adequate, not great. The service was excellent. I would advise that, if you have younger children, be advised that the specialty shakes take a while. We ordered ours as soon as our meal arrived and it arrived shortly after we finished eating, which worked for the little ones. I did find the "fun" food and the drinks overpriced, though the regular menu items were very reasonable. The bulk candy is definitely skippable - we tried several items and threw most of our bag away. I thought I had read that there was a gummy bear chandelier, but I didn't see any décor in a candy theme. Impressive find for the kids.
The place is overpriced and overrated! It’s not a place to go to if you want good food. It’s gimmicky and that’s what you’re paying for. The regular cocktails were great but that’s the only decent thing on the menu. If you’re going to go, just get drinks and move on.
Very beautiful place inside and out. The only issue I had was the first table they tried to seat us at. It was very out of place and in the way of the server it was basically in first of the kitchen door and computer area. But we were moved. Thankfully. Beside that the food was AMAZING the drink even though $36 was very delicious! It was great and a lot of fun
We had reservations and they seated us immediately. Also, the food arrived in a decent time.
Celebrated a bday.
Our experience was mediocre at best. This place is definitely overrated. The ambiance was the best thing along with their playlist. Do not get the “homemade” spinach dip appetizer- it literally tasted like the spinach had been sitting for days. The alcoholic fishbowls seems way overpriced as there was a block of ice at the bottom of our drink (which I understand is an effective of using the dry ice to create the look of the drink). It took forever for our dessert but it was tasty! The burger and fries were also good but I’ve had better. This is only a place I feel I have to visit once.
Nice ambience....great customer service...food is visually appealing and desserts are DIVINE!
They wait for our reservation was over 30 minutes because we was waiting for someone to clean off the table. I’m used to if you have a reservation, you should not have to wait 30+ minutes to be seated. I may as well been a walk up.
Bad service. Was seated for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. The place was not busy. I walked out.
Great place but short of staff only 1 blender to make drinks so sad waitress sorry waited a long time to order get drinks and food for what you pay it was so sorry and I don’t like complaining
Fun place. My daughter and 12 of her middle school age friends meet there. They were wowed by the drinks and desserts. it was equally as fun for the adults.
Our server was sweet. The decor looked dated....nothing special just a lot of pics of celebrities. The milkshake took a long time and they were not busy. The 3 pasta dishes were very salty but the roasted chicken was great.
They should warn people with reservations that the kitchen closes at a certain time. I came here for my birthday and was unable to get what I actually wanted. Also the first time I came I wasn’t ID’d so this time was my birthday and I left my wallet home and forgot my ID was in there and was still unable to get a drink even tho it was my 22nd birthday. My date wasn’t even allowed to get the drink since I couldn’t. And they seated us right by the door in this little uncomfortable corner.
It was really nice! We got a cute little 2 top that made us feel like we were in a room by ourselves. The service was a little slow, and the food cost was too high for the value, but the ambiance was amazing!
As advertised! I had the mojito, and it tasted like...candy! Very good experience.
Cool spot. Music is too loud but nice experience
It was my birthday celebration.
It was a great experience, food was good drinks were better. The atmosphere is great and upbeat, we really enjoyed ourselves.
I called the day of to have have two more chairs added to my party. I spoke to an employee named Brittany and she advised me that the two chairs were added and I now had a party of 10. She also told me all checks would be separate, and it wasn’t separate. When I arrived at the restaurant, my reservation was changed to a party of four, which I NEVER changed. The hostess told me my party had been changed. I showed her my reservation I had made online weeks before. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The waiter had to redo our bill four times and still didn’t get it correct.
Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The bathrooms were filthy appeared as if no one cleaned it since opening. The paper towels to dry your hands on had fell on the floor and were soiled and wet. The bathroom counter had water all over the top dripping down to the floor. I had reservations and waited in the common area which was overcrowded with staff walking through with plates of food which people could have exposed to their germs talking over orders. The dessert area was filthy and messy. Ice cream all over the counters, candy etc. I ordered the salmon and asparagus entree which was overcooked and my asparagus burnt. Overall I will not be coming back’ poor management very poor management for a place that just opened.
Was not worth the hype - too crowded - staff not polite - food was okay
Fun night out on the town! Great for celebrations for all ages!
Best Friend birthday
I stayed because my daughter was happy but she’s 6 and doesn’t know much about customer service but this was an experience I will never go through again.
