Worst experience ever! Air conditioning was broken and it was very very hot!! They were out of several things we requested from the menu. Ordered the Gringo tacos and they were terrible. Absolutely no seasoning and ver bland. Waited 30 minutes for the waitress to bring 2 sodas and a specialty drink. Requested the manager twice and he never came.

While our server worked very hard to please us, this experience was not good. The restaurant was pretty much out of everything we attempted to order. Our server had to come back at least three times after placing our order to say that they were out of what we ordered or stopped making that at a certain time. She finally placed our order instead coming back only to find that the order once completed was missing the major component of the order. We ended up only being able to order burgers and a salad at the Sugar Factory.

This location is in dire need of a cleaning. Upon arrival, the interior appeared dirty and worn, even though we arrived in the morning. The floor was sticky and my menu had food and melted milkshake or ice cream stuck to it. My friend mentioned the restrooms have an off putting odor and it’s not clean either. The value we received was incredibly low. The menu items are very expensive. For brunch, sides are a la carte and steakhouse price (e.g., $10-15 per side). Then a plate of pancakes is at minimum $15 but on average $20+. The food is hit or miss. The non specialty drink items were limited. They told us they only had Pepsi and ginger ale and no drip coffee. My party basically just ordered Pepsi and water, which was disappointing. The server was nice enough though. She tried her best. I won’t come back again though. I felt like I wasted my time and money.

They got my order wrong 3x and I still had to pay. Literally the worst experience I had in a restaurant environment in a long time.

I had a reservation for 8:30 and sat for an hour while they seated several parties of the same size before us. We asked about our reservation and were told it was basically meaningless. We finally got seated an hour later and the service was as bad as our experience with the hostess. The waiter was nice, but everything was very slow. The food was good except my daughter’s linguine pasta was dry, cold, and inedible. We didn’t complain and she just ate some of ours. The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms, and it was pretty clear that they were overwhelmed and understaffed. At the end of the meal, we asked for our check and our server disappeared for 45 minutes. We asked another server to track him down - still nothing. We begged 3 different people for a cup to take the remainder of my son’s drink home and never found anyone to bring one. When the check finally arrived, my husband walked with the server to cash out for fear he would disappear again. It was 11:30 at night and the kids were getting restless after being there for three hours. We had a party of 7 and our bill was over $500. They added a gratuity of 20% for the worst service I’ve had in a while. To top it off the server tried to talk my husband into adding an additional tip saying, “we all share tips and rely on the money….. etc.etc.” Now that I look over other reviews, I realize this place has systematic problems. The way they split tips leaves the servers unmotivated to provide good service. It also looks like the place routinely fails health inspections and former employees have posted serious concerns about management. This is the second time I’ve eaten here and the first experience wasn’t very good either. My family won’t be going back.

The food was great, and our overall experience was good. My only issue was the bathrooms could really use a complete makeover. Out of the 3 stalls only 2 of them worked and the overall cleanliness need some major attention.

Unfortunately, long story short, they tried to double tip us by having me check how much tip before they gave us the bill. Once they gave me the receipt, they took out 20% twice. Took 45 minute to get it remedied. The manager took over 30 minutes (and us asking several times) to come to us. He said we would just have to dispute it with our bank. It was terrible. Up until then, food was good/ok drinks were good and it was fun. Be careful. I feel it was a scam they have run before.

Absolutely awful experience here. Food was horrible. The wait time for our food and drinks was so long. Our server was absolutely rude. Because we had a large party, she was as guaranteed a tip and she was awful.

Our server was was professional, kind and did a great job!!! The chicken and waffles - honey spice(?) was horrible. The size of the chicken breast was gigantic and I was scared to it eat it. The wing and leg were dry and I didn’t touch the thigh. I tasted the hamburger and it was good. The dessert was fabulous (cookie skillet). Overall the experience was good other than the chicken and waffles

Service is horrible. Wait staff is slow and incompetent. Food is terrible. Bar was not stocked. Wanted overcharge for singing Happy Birthday. It's just a joke! Steer clear!
