    Absolutely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend We booked a 7:00 PM reservation at the Sugar Factory in Atlanta to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We arrived early at 6:45, yet we weren’t seated until 7:50 PM. Once seated, it took nearly 30 minutes just to meet our server, and even longer before we received any food — which came out cold and incomplete around 9:00 PM. I had noted on the reservation that this was a birthday celebration and even booked a nearby hotel to make this a special “Sugar Factory Slumber Bash” for my daughter and her friends. Unfortunately, the entire experience was chaotic and disappointing. There were gnats swarming our table, no drinks delivered (not even water), and half our food sat unattended on a serving tray beside us for 15 minutes. I had to physically move it to our table myself because our server was nowhere to be found, despite asking multiple employees to find him. We only got water and one of the drinks we ordered (a non-alcoholic goblet) — which came at 10 PM, after getting a manager involved. He was the only redeeming part of the night: kind, apologetic, and quick to offer a discount. But by then, the night was already a bust. Four girls ended up sharing one goblet just to say they experienced something. The music was trendy but jarringly loud, with the DJ abruptly cutting songs mid-way, which killed the energy. The candy wall? Completely empty. Our food? Overpriced, cold, and missing items. We spent over 3 hours (6:45–10:00 PM) trying to have a good time, and instead, we left with sad kids and wasted money. This was supposed to be a magical, Instagram-worthy birthday experience — and instead, I have videos of gnats swarming our cold food. We will never come back. Not worth the hype, not worth the cost, and definitely not worth the disappointment.

    We set reservations for 6:30 PM. We also set reservations for 7 PM and once we arrived they told us that it would be a wait time and that they would send us a text message when our table was ready. It was 10:00 PM and we still did not receive a text message stating that our table was ready so we never got a chance to experience the Restaurant and we drove three hours to have this experience and we had to turn right back around and go home

    Honestly wasn’t an amazing visit. Was our first and probably won’t go again. We arrived and the hosts were standing there giggling to each other for 5-10 minutes while trying to figure out where to sit us. Once our table was ready the host waved us over instead of coming to walk us to the table. Our server was attentive and came over right away. We just came for a drink and dessert to share. We ordered the chocolate cake. And then later someone had to come by the table to ask if we were waiting on it. Once we finally received it, the cake was so dry. The waitress gave us plastic spoons because they had no clean ones and the spoon would bend in the cake. DRY. We maybe ate a little less than half of it because the server hadn’t come back in a bit, but when she asked if we wanted a box I told her no and that the cake honestly wasn’t good. She was shocked to hear that it was dry and that we didn’t like it. But didn’t offer us something else or to take it off the bill. For over $70 for our goblet and cake I don’t think anything we experienced was worth it.

    Food was very good, service was ok. Music was so loud I thought I was at a concert, and it was a tad inappropriate for a family place. No one was there and they said they were getting our table ready. They had someone taking pictures as you ate like it was a full on experience eating there. It was a sit down restaurant that looked to be outdated and needed some upkeep. Paint peeling and stained areas on walls and floors. It was also supposed to have candy but had. Just a few small things of gummies and hard candy. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. And not a lot of choices

    This place is very rundown. The service was AWFUL, we ordered onion rings, but never got them and our waiter didn't even check on us until our main course was ready. Water was not refilled and once the food came out, we didn't see our waiter again until it was time to see the bill. When it came time to pay the bill, our waiter didn't even let us check the bill to make sure we weren't charged for the onion rings. When I made the reservation I noted that this was for a birthday dinner, but that wasn't acknowledged either. There were soo many "servers" standing around doing nothing or looking at themselves in the mirror. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

    Firstly, we waited almost 20min before anyone greeted us at the host station. When we did begin to order and the waiter brought the drink he also spilled the drink on my fiance...mind you we just left an all white party so that outfit is ruined. There was nothing compensated it was just a here's some napkins I am sorry. The food was overpriced. My drink was wrong and when I brought that to the waiters attention a new drink wasn't made it was just added to the drink they sent that was wrong. How do I know? Well because the same candy that was on the top of the wrong drink was now sitting in the bottom of the new drink. Overall we review, we came hungry and left hungrier with a receipt over $200. For a couple who spends that regularly on new food experiences this was a terrible first impression.

    My family and I enjoyed being together at Sugar Factory ATL, unfortunately I was not satisfied with my appetizer (Buffalo chicken fries)they were cold, and my vegetable omelet was missing spinach. The waiter said it was because there wasn't any, along with croutons for my guest salad, poached egg, and the home fries were forgotten with the first omlet & was only brought out when we asked for it. Luckily our guest of honor's food was perfect(chicken &waffles)The waiter was very polite but forgetful, another guest waited for water 20 minutes. I wanted to order dessert but was afraid of how long it would take due to our paid parking time winding down. One bathroom in each (men& women's) inoperable. Overall, the guest of honor enjoyed her meal, ice cream and celebration song. Definitely not worth the $300+The website pictures must be from a different location. I'm so disappointed.

    Made reservations for 8:30pm. Didn't get set down until 9:15pm. They said there is a 10minute grace period but other families arrived later and got sat down first. Food was bland, didn't expect much but was disappointed. Food did not arrive until around 10:30 and we had to ask for the missing fries and ketchup. Waitress didn't ask if we needed anything after the food was delivered. Never received refills on drinks without asking. The bathroom has no toilet paper and one door handle was broken. The whole place needs some major upkeep. It seemed dirty and run down when you first walked in. 1/10 don't recommend.

    I made a reservation for 6:30 pm that was not honored. My group didn’t get seated until after 7:30 pm. If you’re going to offer reservations space them out if you know you can only accommodate so many people. The food was bland. I only liked the fries. The best thing on the rainbow burgers was the color of the bread. This experience ruined the birthday experience I was giving my daughter. They ruined the experience for everyone as it was our first time dining there. If you plan on going schedule an hour early and you might get a table on time. Hands down the worst experience at a restaurant. And then acting like he did me a favor of canceling fries off my order when they were never ordered in the first place.
