    Food was super salty and street corn was soft and squishy. Fajitas were particularly disappointing. Don’t go here. El Vez across the street is far superior.

    We saw at least 3-4 mice crawling around the floor of the dining area. When we told out waitress, she did not seem all too concerned. Food was mediocre and they clearly have a mice problem.

    There was a mouse running around upstairs while we ate. That’s pretty gross and I can guarantee I will never be back due to this incident.

    We were a little early for our reservation so we sat at the bar for a bit. Our bartender, Danielle, was fabulous! Very friendly and welcoming! Really liked the vibe. Once the rest of our party arrived, we were seated. Our server was not so friendly...We were given silverware that was wrapped in a napkin. When my husband opened his, the fork was missing so he asked our server for a fork. She said, "I gave you one." What?!?!? That really turned us off. The food was very good and was served quickly. We would probably return but would hope for a server with a better attitude!

    We were disappointed to find out that the menu online has not been updated to match the downsized menu that is available in the restaurant. Our server was great and did a good job. For the value and selection I have found other local restaurants to be better.

    Food was okay, for the price not worth it. My waitress was super standoffish and super rude. She did not smile or spend any time with us. She barley even asked what we wanted and seemed very agitated and took it out on us. We heard her complaining about how she is sick and tired or something to the bartender while point at my table. There is better Mexican food in the city for a cheaper price, and much much better service

    Everything was delicious. My bestfriend and I just wanted to have a night out and this was our first stop. They definitely helped us enjoy our evening with the great ambience, food, drinks and music. Thank you!

    Good food, nice vibe (if you like it loud), but with so many great restaurants in Philly, you gotta be more than just good to get a strong recommendation and Sueno is not quite at that level. The guac was a little cold (should be room temperature), steak a little overcooked and oversalted, tortillas, chips, drinks, and veggies all very good, but nothing that really stands out in a hyper competitive field of good restaurants in their peer group...even just in that neighborhood.

    The waitstaff took very good care of us, even though the place was really crowded. I appreciated that. The guacamole sampler was delicious. Happy Hour pitcher specials were a good deal. We had a great experience!

    Not what I expected! The food was a 3 1/4 out of 5. The music that was playing was great but to loud to have a conversation. There was just two of us dining and gratuity was charged and the service from the waitress was ok. This place is good for a party of 4 or more, this way everyone is yelling across the table to hear one another . Not a good place to take a date unless you are sitting outside.

    I celebrated my 21st birthday at sueños recently and the food & service was wonderful. I ordered 2 pitchers of margaritas & birria tacos with the trio guac which are good options. I wish they played more Latin music instead of American.

    This review is about the service. If you don’t care about that topic and only food then you’ll love this spot. The food was absolutely delicious. We did not order drinks because we happened to be in a hurry but we thoroughly enjoyed our food. We got tacos, guacamoles and 3 trio, empanadas, then some burrito. Our servers were obviously over it. They didn’t try to mask it and carried their demeanor to the table and only as previous servers were we able to relaid they were tired and not rude. They got our orders wrong. 3 times. We asked for attention to our allergies and they brought the food anyway. We didn’t send it back but simply asked for the substitute to plate ourselves. It seems unnecessary to automatically charge a 20% gratifying. The service was far below 20% service and if we were a larger party like 6 or more I’d understand, but we were just 3.
