   We did not have a great experience. we were there yesterday, and it took us 30 minutes to get our drinks both our 1st round the second round. Every time 1 of us went to the bathroom throughout the evening, our server was on her phone. And the restaurant was not packed. Our food took an hour to come out. My husband asked for a side of guacamole and sour cream, and by the time it came out, he was already done eating his meal and we were ready for the check. Once we got the check, we noticed that gratuity at 18% was already included for all parties, which is not a crazy big deal in my opinion. But there was an additional four percent service charge on the whole bill, which we really were unhappy about given the level of sub par service. Cute ambiance, food was mediocre. Drinks, once we received them were good

   We had a large group of 14 that I had made reservations for. We sat on the 3rd floor very cool vibe and not as noisy as downstairs. The food was amazing and service outstanding!

   It’s expensive for what you get busy when we went and the server was not very attentive and had a 20% gratuity when I don’t personally think it was worth it

   Decor is excellent and sets the vibe. The server was sweet however basics like napkins and silverware were not provided upon seating. We had to ask for them after our food appetizers arrived. Guac was excellent! Street corn was not as good as it looks in pictures. Cocktails and main course were good.

   Went for my friends bday and it was so much fun! Amazing selection of tequilas, the pomegranate margarita was fantastic (I had two!) Everything we ate was delicious (chicken flautas, quesabirria, churro cake), the staff was friendly, and the bathrooms seemed well taken care off. We will be bringing many people here in the future.

   The food and ambience were TOP TIER!! The portion sizes are great, and the drinks are creative and tasty! I will be returning! 🙂

   We were seated in the middle of the downstairs section at a high top table, it was a little loud and was breezy anytime the door opened. Service was confusing as we had two different people coming to care for us, but it was clear they were not communicating with each other and we had to go up to the bar to get silverware and napkins which took a few minutes to get brought over. The drinks were fine (flavored margs) and the tacos (shrimp and al pastor) were fine and had a good bit of feeling. We specifically chose this place looking to get a good cheese dip, and well it was awful. It had a powdery texture but was also watery, and tasted awful. I had one bite, the girl I was with had 2 and then we couldn't stand to touch it. The dip and the chips both came out cold. Maybe the salsa and quac are better, but if I was in town again, I don't think I would go back.

    The food was not great. Tortilla Soup cold and tasteless, the beef empanada was meh. The sauce provided for the empanadas saved them. The service was inattentive. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The only saving grace is that they called me on my phone 15 minutes after left because someone in our party left their phone. We were able to walk back there and pick it up. I’m grateful to them for that but otherwise not a good experience.
