Seating was a little confusing, as we understood that the upstairs only was for dining; however this was very minor, overall a great meal and wonderful service

We were given a small pizza to share even though we ordered a large. When we told the waiter he brought out another small. Instead of getting charge the price of a large we were charged for two small which were more expensive. Even though it was the restaurants fault

Went on a quiet Tuesday night but then again with covid-19 fears, who knows if this affected business. Regardless, good food in a casual Italian eatery.

Went for brunch had the scrambled eggs with truffle and tag bolognese. I love their homemade pasta..

Food was excellent. Quality of service. Even the music they played not mainstream. Truly enjoyable experience. Can’t wait for the next visit.

Got house platter -- buffalo mozzerella (ok quality not amazing); parma ham on bread stick (good); salami and capiccola ham (run of the mill)

Gnudi with wild mushroom and truffle -- interesting dish. Never had it before. Ricotta and semolina flour dumpling.

Branzino with kale salad -- pretty good. Cost $38 so one of the more expensive dishes

Seating was a bit cramped. place was bustling at 7 pm. Service decent.

Overall decent. But less than what i expected based on online reviews

I was a bit disappointed with my snapper special but my guests seemed to enjoy their food. The nutella pizza dessert was out of this world! I had mentioned in our reservation that we had a birthday in the group , and she was from out of country, so a little sad nothing special came out for it. That said, we loved the ambiance and each others company and I still highly recommend Sud Forno whether it be for work or otherwise.

Food was delicious. Bombolinis are amazing!!! Place had a great vibe. The only criticism I have, is that it was a little loud to have a conversation. We kept having to repeat what we were saying because the other couldn’t hear.

Love it all the way, very authentic, however, the only small negative side is the size of some dishes that are too small for the price tag.

Amazing food!! They didn’t have balsamic vinegar which was a little strange and it was a little loud, but all in all lovely place!

My guest was gluten free and was excited and happy that they could have lots of choices. My only complaint is that the noise level can be high, mainly due to the restaurant design. However I always enjoy the food and will be back. Servers were also very helpful.

Really nice servers/hostess amazing service in this busy downtown ambience with amazing food to match. If your expecting a chill cafe style like you see on food blogs on insta, it definitely is not that or at least that part isn't so clear. Good food but if your cheap and want big portions for low prices thats not it but it is classy and quality. The tables or seating area is verrrryyyyy tight so expect to shift tables. The tea lights are cute though- I'd go for like sun -wed low key date night

Great night at Sud Forno. My wife and I went based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed.

I made reservations about a week in advance for my girlfriend and I to spend Valentine's day here. Simona, the manager, called me a few days prior to confirm the details of our reservation and was an absolute delight and accommodating. Considering the occasion, I had asked if she could seat us somewhere quiet and away from all the noise and she was able to accommodate us very well! Our waiter, Josh, was extremely attentive and provided an amazing service. Great experience overall. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Went here for Valentine’s Day. The food was filling (we ordered ravioli and pizza for lunch and were too full to eat for the rest of the day). The ambience wasn’t too loud and the waiters were very kind and respectful.

The only restaurant that I know of that has spelt pasta.. and it was delicious.

Good food, over priced for lunch and portions. Very loud. Lots of tables in the restaurant and had to move table out just to squeeze in.

Way Overpriced! Ordinary pizza! Doesn’t compare to Terroni!

The pizza with potato was not good at all. Pasta with spare rib was a small portion. Ambience nice but not worth going based on food.

I booked the Yonge location for my president and SVP - they had to get their own plates, cutlery and waiting for food took forever even though the restaurant was not busy. They liked the food but the service was deplorable.

I love Sud Forno. Whether I am doing grab-and-go or dining in, I always experience great service and there are so many amazing options to choose from! Service is quick and the quality of food is excellent.

Lovely space, great menu, convenient location but holy sh*t is this place loud! Servers can't hear orders, diners can't hear each other, plates are crashing, chairs are scraping, music is blaring. If you have the misfortune to sit near the top of the stairs, you get all the downstairs noise floating up as well. While it's a great spot for pizza, I will never come here again for a business lunch.

Enjoy the lunch only issue was waiting for our table even though a reservation was made at the beginning of the week plus I called to say we were going to be a bit late.

Pasta was excellent!

So dark it’s difficult to read menu items or see what you’re eating. Service was fair to ok, pizza was nothing special, gnocchi was over-cooked. No offer of coffee refill and $3.25 for a very small cup is a bit much. As we were leaving the gent at the table next to us discovered a small piece of plastic in his meal (that he had been chewing). Would never go back or recommend - lots of other options to choose from!

Lovely but for 2 apps and mains with just water it was $120. The noise level was such that you could not talk about business, or anything else for that matter.

One persons food was so delayed. The entire table had to wait for over 15 mins until they received their pizza. It was a formal business meeting so it was quite embarrassing.
