Una verdadera experiencia gastronómica. Cada plato impresionante con ingredientes frescos, una preparación y presentación impecable. El servicio de primer nivel y muy considerados con restricciones por alergia. 100% recomendado, la atención a los detalles complementa la experiencia.

The 12 levels menu is great but when we asked to cancel one of the ala carte because we are full, we were surprised that they still charged us. That was the downer.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Guatemalan cuisine. The flavors are bold, comforting, and clearly made with care. From traditional dishes to modern twists, everything we tried was delicious. The drinks were also top-notch—creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re in the mood for a craft cocktail or something more traditional, the bar menu delivers. The ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for a night out with friends or a relaxed dinner. The manager(I assume) even accommodated our daughter who was extremely tired and made her feel cozy and comfy so we could enjoy our night. It was extremely thoughtful! The only downside was a staff member behind the bar who was coughing throughout the night. It was noticeable and, honestly, a bit concerning given the setting. Hopefully it’s addressed moving forward, because otherwise, this place truly shines. Highly recommend for the food, drinks, and overall experience!

The tasting menu is about the diverse locations and all local ingredients about Guatemala. The quality and presentation of the food are all good. Services are excellent and I absolutely love the atmosphere/decoration of the restaurant. I guess it is a great starting point for travellers who visit to Guatemala for the first time to get to know the food aspect of this great country.

The service was friendly and good but the food was a big let down. We had the tasting menu. While the story was great to listen to about the meal and the visual appeal was great, the flavor was unbalanced and lackluster.
