   We went to Subito for a Mother's Day brunch. We wanted it to be elegant, classy, and of such quality that she would feel from our choice of restaurant our love and admiration for her. The experience delivered, with only minor wrinkles. The food was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, well prepared, and of gourmet quality throughout. A beautiful piano was played softly by an exquisite musician, and flowers were bountiful. Our only mild complaint was service. While incredibly well meaning and intentioned, we often had to gently remind our wait staff to bring us requested items like coffee, Mimosas, and more. It seems that they might have used a new wait staff to accommodate the event, and they were not polished. Thankfully, the beauty of the ambience and the quality of the food made these minor inconveniences well worth it. We will be back for sure and are glad that we discovered this treasure. A trip to the Taft Art Museum afterwards made the whole experience a day mom will not soon forget!

   The piano music was fantastic! Really loved listening to that musician on Mother’s Day. Gina our waitress was exceptional and attentive! The food was great! Wish we arrived in time for the beef. It was all gone when we arrived. The carved turkey was delish! Great experience!

   My children and I took my wife to Subito’s Mothers Day brunch. It’s unclear if the server seating the section was notified she had new families seated in her section. It was 15 minutes after we were seated before anyone came over to take drink orders and acknowledge our table. The family next to us waited even longer and was clearing there own plates off their table before they were served. They eventually complained and received a 20% discount on their bill for the inconvenience. The buffet itself was out of prime rib before we could even get up to the buffet and the server at the carving station informed us no more would be provided. Our party was a 1:30 pm seating, no where near the end of service for the buffet so several parties seated after us were also affected. No substitute was offered for the prime rib or other items that were no longer being replenished. Total bill was $330 dollars for four people and was poor value for what was offered. All in all was a disappointing experience, especially since my daughters and I had high hopes for Subito based on recommendations from friends. Perhaps regular service is better and it was just an off day for the buffet, but this was a lost opportunity.

   We thoroughly enjoyed the Mother's Day Brunch! Several stations were included: a charcuterie station that had smoked salmon along with the meats and cheeses, a lovely salad, several breakfast and hot item station, a pasta station, prime rib (which was the best!) and turkey station along with a dessert station. The atmosphere was elegant and lively! This was our third year there and it didn't disappoint!

   No omelet station. No sea food. Food was OK. At 79.00 a head with no senior discount and they chared $4.00 each for coffee. Never seen this before.

   We met a friend for lunch on a Saturday. The food was excellent. We had Eggs Benedict, the Ricotta Pancakes, and Crespelle with a side of Goetta, all very tasty. The staffperson was attentive and we had a nice conversation about mutual interests. It is a nice space. The only drawback was there was a large wedding party there which took up a lot of area in front of the hotel and were a little noisy in the lobby.

    Went there for our anniversary and stayed at the hotel afterward. Very romantic getaway…just what we were looking for.
